Chapter 14- Oh, no! What the hell is going on? So, it's not Izuna, after all, but Madara? Or is Madara alive, too, and Izuna was sent out to get Shikamaru and take out Sasuke? What a way to end the chapter! I don't know what to say, Mannah, you have blown my mind once again.

Now I am definitely looking forward to the next update. I am still in shock here!

I do love the story, even if you've narrowed the crazy, compelling ambition of "Iteration." I am still obsessing a little about your choice of POV characters. Sasuke is a given, naturally. With respect to Shikamaru and Haru, it is ambitious to write from the perspective of two people whose thought processes are, by definition, far more advanced than those of ordinary individuals. It works, though. An entire chapter from Madara's point of view is pretty excruciating - I hope you veer away from his projected path soon. One of the things that makes "Iteration" so memorable is the whipsaw transition from homey slices of Uchiha life to Shika and Haru's abduction, Ranmaru's murder, the bombing ....

It's becoming clear why this story is called "Leader." The theme of leadership is all over the place ...Sasuke's mettle as a leader is at issue, Madara wants to lead Uchiha, Haru, Hoshi and Five show potential as leaders.

I have to admit I'm not sure why nobody questions why Sasuke wants all the new planets. Isn't Uchiha rich enough? I understand why Shikamaru cultivates wealth - he can do it in secret and it enables him to protect those he cares about. But it would seem that more public wealth would just attract more unwanted attention, perhaps even by Centre.

OMG!!! I'm happy that the old man is not Sasukes hero:) But I didn't see it being who it is! You are the bomb Queenie:) That makes perfect sense for it to be him. I just didn't see it coming. WoW! Of course my fear factor just went up ten degrees:) So I'll buckle in for the ride to come ^_^

Bad developments with Madara. I think I am going to have to come back in a couple of weeks or something. I can't stand waiting for the other shoe to drop. I am so invested in these characters and whether it's Sasuke, Naruto, Shika, or the kits, the list goes on and on, I don't want any of them to be hurt. And it's starting to become unrealistic that we are going to come out of this situation unscathed. I want to be mad at Sasuke and Shika for letting their hero worship cloud their judgement and I am but on the other hand that's what makes them them. They are nice and trusting and I think it's still hard for them to imagine that someone would be so devious. I'm starting to think that they can only trust those who they know and I also kind of feel like we are forgetting the lesson we learned with the bombing about not letting anyone into the inner sanctum, to where they can easily hurt us. I can only hope that this will make them even more stronger and even more vigilant about letting outsiders into Uchiha no matter who they are.

I thought you droped some hints but I wasn't sure if the history data had been changed of if it was the wrong person. Or could it be both? Were the brothers twins and why are all insane geniuses so stupid? I love the fact that Haku does not like the bastard but what the hell is Neji doing while that male bitch is hitting on his man!!!

Old Uchiha was rather boring and a hero has died :-) makeing a hero of the old the new Uchia-sama might work but just some old noone? No chance. Especially when a certain girl is having ambitions ;-)

love sasu idear of pre trainee. All the children will found theere way better. haru is not sure of himself, love ran, sai and kazuki confort him. Izuna his the devil he is friend with orochimau, hopefuly the new generation of uchiha will break his plan. love you stroy so much, see you soon
