I find it interesting that the very selfishness Naruto accuses Sakura of, he is displaying himself in his rant to her about how he feels towards her. You've done an excellent job describing the level of obsession Naruto has developed. I appreciate you veering away from the dark path it seemed you might have Naruto go down there for a few moments as he expressed himself rather forcefully to her.
You did well describing their copulation, but I wonder that it might not be a bit soon, given that Sakura did just admit that she has any sort of romantic inclinations for Naruto.
You've ended this chapter on an interesting note. I'm intrigued to see where you continue from here. I know you've put this as Sasuke/Sakura, but I wonder that you might not make it a dual relationship with Sakura as the fulcrum. It would be quite interesting to see the development of their relationships now that Sasuke has returned.
