I only noticed some very (and I do mean VERY) minor errors in grammar and punctuation, but the overall flow is wonderful. The story just sucks you in. As for the plot, I'm loving what you are doing. I did cry for most of the story but I'm exited to know what will happen next. Great job, please update soon.

I agree with ayai's review. Hating on Sakura is just not right. She was victimized too, and in such a way that she couldn't possibly have known it wasn't Naruto who was attacking her. People hating on her for it is just re-victimizing her again. Naruto isn't actually Ninja Jesus who can do no wrong. If there's mountains of evidence that he committed a certain crime, is everyone supposed to ignore it because Naruto is so perfect that he couldn't possibly do whatever it was he's accused of? Sure, him brutalizing Sakura in that particular way was totally out of character for him and hard to believe, but they are ninjas. With all the killing, death, and violence that they are exposed to (and at such a young age), I'm sure it's not uncommon for ninjas to occasionally snap. (Sasuke is a perfect example.) It wasn't out of the question that that could have happened to Naruto.
Naruto being convicted of the crime when all the evidence against him was so convincing isn't the problem. Naruto being treated so viciously while he was in prison IS the problem. Even a prisoner deserves to be treated humanely, and the fact that Tsunade & co. didn't try to make sure that he was is what we should be hating on them for, not that people didn't believe Naruto to begin with, and certainly not that Sakura, the original victim, didn't believe Naruto to begin with. (She's really good at detecting genjutsu. If there was a way to see through Sasuke's perfect disguise, she would have done so. The fact that she couldn't speaks to how good his disguise was, or how distressed she was during the whole incident that she couldn't get it together enough to figure out what was going on. Either way, not her fault.)

Forgive them? Naruto should never forgive any of them. And of course she knew. If she wanted to find out who did she could, but she still chooses not to fully investigate.
And what does it matter that she wouldn't let it happen now? Now that she knows he's innocent. If he wasn't innocent that means she still wouldn't care, because it obviously wasn't a one time event. I hope the next chapter finds the room suddenly vacant. And Naruto long gone until they hear of him years later and he's a hero for those that deserve it but never Konoha or any of it's people.

Iruka is a bit a dick here against Sakura.
Yes, Naruto was treaded unfair, but Sakura WAS RAPED. With a genjutsu strong enough that it was literally impossible for her to know it was not Naruto.
She could see him, feel him, smell him, everything. What was she supposed to do? Say "I got raped, but I know the guy, he would NEVER do such a thing, so it must be something else"? Thats the stupid excuse made for every rapist.
Tsunade can eat shit for tolerating the abuse, but Sakura? She is the first victim here.

Did Sasuke actually mastermind the whole thing? His story sounded farfetched, yet they all believed him so easily. If he was telling the truth, why would he have Naruto imprisoned and tortured only to suddenly confess the truth a year later? I get the part about wanting Naruto to hate Konoha so he'd be under Sasuke's control, but if Sasuke was so good at chakra manipulation that he could fake DNA and could sneak in and out of Naruto's prison cell undetected, wouldn't it have been a better idea for him to break Naruto out of prison? That way, he could pretend to be Naruto's friend afterward and act like he was the only one who believed in Naruto's innocence, etc. That would have gotten him Naruto's loyalty for sure. But the way Sasuke did it, Naruto will end up hating him more than he does Konoha. He raped Sakura and was the cause of Naruto's misery. Those things are unforgivable.
So what happens from here on out? Will Tsunade & co. be successful in making it up to Naruto? Will Naruto join Sasuke, just as Sasuke wanted? Or will Naruto make all of them into his enemies?
