I find the story really intriguing plot-wise. I'm hoping that it will get updated soon.

The last part of chapter 3 might backfire on Kushina and Jiraiya. Tsunade is not going to take well to being forced back to a town that she did not want to return to and might do a 'suicide run' in order to make it quite clear that she didn't want to do that and it is a mistake trying to make her do something that she doesn't want to do.

Hey, just thought I'd offer some insight into your story.

Now that you've separated the council for Shinobi/Civilian matters, they should also be held separately. It makes no sense for civilians to be present when sensitive information about the village's military is being discussed. Likewise, if the shinobi council has no say on trade matters, they shouldn't be present for such meetings either. If they do, they just do a collective meeting with everyone for trade, and a secluded one with only shinobi for the military matters.

Imagine how easy it would be to capture/ interrogate a civilian to discover village secrets otherwise.

The story is going in a good direction, I'm quite familiar with stories where Naruto just goes up a notch in badass and this is one.

I vote that Hinata be in the Harem, Shion is already there, she's just a blonde Hinata with attitude :D
