Oh the feels. Itachi. Oh Itachi. He's gonna be alright. He just gotta. And Sasuke. I know desperate times calls for desperate measures, but the kid is digging his own grave. I fear for what would happen to Sasuke if he gets caught. Since Itachi is mostly at home now, is there a greater possibility naruto will get caught? Can't wait for the next chappie.

Thanks for the chapter and hapy, merry Christmas to you! All the best, luck, love and good health to you and your family!

This chpter seems disturbing, not only because of Itachi's problem, mostly it's all about Sasuke's determination. Is he's going to keep it secret from the two closest to him, there must be some danger or a law he's planning to break. Where and how to raise money, and quickly? Ask Kabuto.
I'm sure none of the few people close to Sasuke can help him out or lend him the money, so... drug dealing? Burgary? Illegal fights? Anything except for prostitution, as he is not that desperate, not just now...
I trully enjoyed all the passages with Itachi. Why did he get fired? Is it connected with his deteriorating health? Will he be spending more time indoors now, so his meeting with Naruto is inevitable?...
Will Itachi notice any chages in Sasuke's personality, as Jyugo did before? Will he stop questioning him about the way he's going to get the money?
Lots of questions and there're so much more.
Till the next chapter, then. Thanks again, and good luck!

That was awesome. Nice payback by Sasuke. It's so cute how Naruto is so easily scared. It's not always like that though. As soon as he thought Sasuke was in danger, he didn't hesitate to fight. That warmed my heart. Thanks for another lovely chapter. ^_^

Awww, this chapter (19) was both angsty and heart-warming. I had a great time reading it. It's wonderful that Naruto and Sasuke have each other. I can't shake the feeling that this is the calm before the storm or somethig though, but time will tell. XD

I look forward to every update. I think the interaction between Sasuke and Naruto is wonderfully written. They have each been through so much and yet they are very much adolescents for whom friendship is becoming more. This chapter (19) was such a poignant mixture of horseplay and true intimacy. I don't know who is more scared: Naruto of telling Sasuke about his past or Sasuke of admitting his fears and insecurities. As I have said before, you make us readers care. Bravo!

So sweet and cute and real.

This last chapter reminds me so much of my first boyfriend and I in high school. It seems so fast when experiencing it, but looking back, it was months of deepening friendship, discovering feelings, catching sidelong glances, and time spent together coalescing into that final and first explosion of hormones and emotions. Afterwards, the world was still a scary place, but there is no way you'd regret any of those actions.

Thank you for that perfect view of teenage love.
