hmm... I think the oral there at the end jumped the gun a bit. I liked how your Sasuke didn't think anything of Naruto until that accidental kiss and then that was all he could focus on. But he was focused on the kiss and then the kissing this time led to the groping which totally followed. But that extra step wasn't something that had occurred to Sasuke and it didn't make much sense to jump into the heavier stuff that fast.

Maybe if he had been thinking about Naruto's body as well as kissing it would have fit better.I really do like your tunnel-vision Sasuke though.
