I would say right now you have the perfect mix of creepy and sexy, plus the perfect mix of story and smut. Just keep doing exactly what you're doing. Also could I suggest some girls? Could you add: Koharu, deaged like Tsunade because she was good looking when she was young; Yugao; Tenten; Yugito; Pakura; and Shizune. Later.

Another good chapter, and there are less and less spelling and grammar mistakes as the story progresses. I eagerly await the next chapter where I hope to learn what role Ino is made to play as well as finally see Tsunade break under Naruko's tender loving care. Or whatever you want to call it. Still hoping for Konan of Akatsuki to be captured at some point though.
