I must ask why did you make the protagonist still have such a small penis i mean seriously me limp length at 12 was 11 inches. Very nice! Grammar's solid, the interplay flows well (plus most importantly is pretty hot), and I love to see Kushina dominated. There are a couple of typos at the end, "He grabbed her by the hair [a]gain and jerked her up" and "And they were known for retai[n]ing their youth well up into their elder years" you might want to edit, but it's still readable so it's not a big thing.
As for where to go next... ultimately it's on you. You can only write what you enjoy writing, that's just how it is, BUT personally I just want more Kushina. Finish this encounter off before moving to anything else, maybe include some toys and oral/anal... maybe another woman later on. Mikoto was a friend of Kushina's right?

You should do a continuation of this story.
Consider having Jokuro take his first C-rank mission out to Takigakure, where he encounter's Fū and dominates her like he did to Kushina.
Another idea' have Jokuro take a C-rank mission that is close to Kumogakure, where by chance he encounters either Karui, Samui or Yugito.
