I can't wait for the loli sections. I'm curious as to who the loli is, as the only two I can even think of is Moegi and Hanabi.

Okay I'm pretty disappointed with the 3rd chapter since I had to look who the hell Ibara even was. At first I thought it was an OC but it was someone who was so obscure that she only showed up for one scene that lasted like 3 seconds...come on man how on earth is anyone supposed to remember that? I was really looking forward to Sakura and then maybe Tenten. Not sure if you would want to just keep adding women or just start revisiting the previous ones as most of these kinds of stories get filled with too many women and the plot never goes anywhere.
I would stick with a core group of girls and maybe someone new now and then to keep it fresh. Also would they eventually know what was going on as it's kind of hard to keep from them that many of them like Ino and Hinata had to be virgins before the story so it's kind of odd how they don't notice things like pains or sore areas/muscles as I can tell you from experience sex usually wears out certain areas sometimes depending on what you're doing.

Excellent chapter. I had hoped you would do the mothers at least one of them. Man I hope he did get her pregnant, but if he doesn't that's fine as well. Besides the results really wouldn't be known until the Chunin exams at the earliest when she starts to develop a bump and by then he'll probably forget not to mention if you have Naruto apprentice with Jiraiya and they go on their journey he probably wouldn't see the kid until it was 3/4 years old.
Thinking about your next chapter. I wonder if maybe one of them women during the d-ranks causes him to feel certain thoughts or makes him want revenge. I mean there is a month of doing d-ranks between graduating and Wave where I imagine he could have field day with multiple women of the impoverished community and perhaps leaving several bastards as well. Anyway in saying that I'm thinking maybe since it's shown Naruto has the pleasure of walking the Inuzuka hounds maybe it's some unknown Inuzuka or Hana/Tsume that catches his eye/wrath for whatever reason. The only other women I remember from the anime was the beefy older woman that accosted Naruto when he nearly pulled out her entire garden.

Another great chapter and while I have no complaints I have to ask, is there something wrong with faithful marriages or do you just don't believe in them? I could understand in The Secret Technique with Mebuki being the main woman for Naruto but I don't get the point of Ino's mom being a cheater (unless its opening a path for Naruto to take advantage of).

Nice chapter and looks like naruto got the added bonus of black mail to for who is next.... may tusnai from the wave arc or haku if you decide to make it (fem haku) still cant wait for naruto to tell hinata if he will he can probably help him get kuernai and others

Awesome story that just keeps getting better. I can't wait for the return visit. Although for the next chapter might I suggest an older woman/women like the two moms that talk about Naruto and give him dirty looks. Maybe he could see them with their kid(s) as they are standing at the front of the academy and remember how they treated him and hopefully leaves them with more than a memory that grows within them.
