It's true you don't see cheating fics like this very often. Most of the time Naruto is the one getting cheated on. I find it funny how well received this one is. I guess people really want to see Naruto get back at people. That or people really dislike Sasuke. For a first story this one wasn't too bad. It was strange to see Sasuke talk so much. The surprise twist at the end was nice and it felt like it left the door open for more. NTR with Naruto coming out on top seems to be a under used genre. Hope to see more in the future like this one.
I do find it interesting your name is raging maelstrom. While another author is called ragingspeed who is known for writeing cheating fic that involve hinata cheating on naruto. Well i hope we see some more naruto sakura cheating in the future.

Nice job, Ragingmaelstrom. I liked the story quite a bit and while I like stories where Naruto is cheated upon it doesn't mean I don't like where is he the one cheating too. I hope that this is not just a one-shot with what Naruto and Ino implied is going to happen later after the wedding.
