Not bad. Your biggest problem definitely is grammar. Fixing the grammar will definitely improve your story a lot, especially in presentation and how it flows. Also, I personally thought it was overly long. The smut is the most important aspect and I felt there was a lot of unnecessary material that could have been removed and probably would have made the story more enjoyable to read.
Other than that, I can say I look forward to reading your future stories. I've been waiting for more Kushina lemons with characters other than Naruto and MInato and it seems you plan to do just that.
