I just barely found this story and I'm glad I did. Although it was short and smutty, it did have a little interesting story and some interesting situations for Naruto, Hanabi, and Hinata. Even though you said it was a one shot, you totally left me wondering what will end up happening to Hanabi. I seriously hope Hanabi ends up being Naruto's second wife alongside Hinata since it did seem that they had some genuine and passionate feelings towards each other. I would personally love to see a second chapter with those three being happy together, heck mabe even see a smutty threesome lol. But ultimately it's up to you m8, hope to see an update soon!
Perhaps the second chapter and threesome should be a flashback as to how the relationship started
Wow! This was really good. I like the dynamic, with Hinata wanting to both help her sister find some love while also sating her husband's incredible stamina - it works really well, and Hinata is someone I could see doing something of that sort. A second chapter would be nice, but don't force yourself to do it if you don't feel any inspiration, :)

Pretty good for a first go
A little short, but well written. Honestly though, why couldn't Naruto claim Hanabi as his second wife? No one in the know has any problems with the arrangement as is. I really doubt that the Hyuga would have a major issue with it, let alone Hiashi. Why would they complain, when Hanabi would probably bear powerhouse kids with him? And its not like they would need the villages permission for such a union, since it would be more of a clan matter. Just some thoughts on my part, I'm not looking for an anwswer.
