I liked the story and thought it was very interesting to read. I hope you continue with it when you have a chance as I am interested in seeing where it goes. Please remain encouraged and take any hate you get with a grain of salt. You can't please everyone and inspiration can't cater to what people think you should be writing about. Honestly, you're a pretty talented author. There's no real problem with how the story's written, no problems with spelling/grammar/etc... or anything like that, but I'll admit that I honestly don't think it's really worth the time to read.
Cheating, especially NTR, is basically dime-a-dozen at the moment. You can't find a fandom without it. But, that's not the problem. The problem is how fucking many of them feature the male lead of the series being the victim of it because they happen to be the main character of the series. It's boring. It's been done to death. There's nothing left to like about it, at this point.
In other words, while I don't particularly care for Naruto himself one way or another, it's pretty fucking dull constantly reading about Hinata finding some new reason to cheat or why Naruto needs to see his wife get fucked by another dude to even consider getting hard. Or how Naruto just happens to give Hinata a reason to cheat or how unlikeable Hinata can possibly get for cheating for the sake of cheating - all, of course, in feature-length fics that do nothing to endear you to these characters who lose what little similarity they have to actual human beings over the course of story's of varying length.
Personally, if the trend absolutely has to continue and cheating/NTR has to remain the prevalent theme in the Naruto fandom then what the fuck - as a reader - do we have to do to get author's to consider something new? Seriously, I would be thrilled if someone posted something to do with Kushina, Ino, Temari, Karui, Sakura or Tamaki with the cheating/NTR tag just because it's something different.
Or, perish the thought, move onto a new kink. With different characters. For instance: Tenten. In Kumo/Iwa/Tetsu no Kuni. Anonymous sex. I wouldn't hesitate to read something along those lines.
While this is only the first chapter, I'm gonna say that at least some of his delusions actually happen. And Hinata actually becomes less careful upon realizing her husband can't be sure of what he's seeing. If he hallucinates her getting fucked by a stranger in a restaurant, why would he think it's real when (after becoming Hokage, perhaps immediately after) he sees his ANBU making her air-tight in his office?
