So far so good. There have been a few "Naruto is the only man in the world" stories, but you manage to do your own thing with it as well. Would definitely like to see some anal action in the coming chapters.
One particular scenario I would like to see is Naruto plowing Tsunade's ass in front of a crowd in her own office, or some variation on that, as well as having Tsunade be an anal whore.
