Oh wow, I stumbled upon this by chance and I’m really intrigued. This is very well-written and in-character, yet also feels very novel. It is interesting that Sai knows how Ino compares his looks to Sasuke but he becomes aroused by it and wants to show off to her that he is better than him. It makes sense especially in the context of the smut. If you ever plan to continue this story, I will be very excited and looking forward to it, this has such a good potential.
