E3- months later Hinata learns the Raikage is in Leaf and comes running when he sets up a private meeting between and he gives her a tempting proposal. E4- During her last mission before retirement/marraige Hinata is attacked by rogue nin who sneak her into Kumo and is reunited with the Raikage. (corruption/slave/possible sequel)
Sequel (Naruko x Kumo men/Raikage x Hinata) Believing him to be involved, Naruko tries to seduce and get answers out of the Raikage and his men only to fall prey to them.

I think the author has something similar called Naruto's Temptations on the "other site". Look it up.
