Why is everyone always so pissed off about this? It’s smut, of course it’s not realistic or in-character. I’m not even a big Sasuke fan, but this is getting ridiculous the amount of hate these stories get for simply having Sasuke as the MC. If you don’t like BigE’s writing I could understand that, but I swear every review is just somebody triggered about Sasuke

Not including Naruto or Sasuke, there's a bare minimum of twenty male characters that can be considered a part of the main cast. Not including a single villain. Outside of the main cast and including villains, there's no doubt that there's over a hundred male characters in Naruto.
And some people only want to write Naruto- or Sasuke-centric stories that we've already read dozens of time over the years.

It’s smut, not erotica. Who gives a shit who the MC is? Sasuke isn’t really Sasuke, he’s a blank slate with general personality traits resembling Sasuke that the author and reader project themselves onto.

That it's smut is no excuse. There's such a thing as smut that's both hot and readable, without resorting to shitty author/reader inserts. Generic anime character or not.
I'll admit I'm arguing an uphill battle, expecting people who write smut to actually write something that's otherwise mentally engaging since author and reader alike are there to bust a nut and move on; but there's nothing wrong with asking that the shit you read is above average-to-poor quality.
