If you already have the third then make the forth about choji's expansion jutsu or Shino, in the anime when the guys werd gathered at ths hot springs Naruto mentioned that Shino was quite large, so maybe he could a very large as well in your story
Kind of generic, honestly.
The dialogue is stiff and unnatural, the charactersonly vageuly resemble themselves and the actual smut has a mechanical quality to it that leaves a lot to be desired. The inclusion of Naruto into Kiba's chapter as a point of mockery just feels like you're checking another cliché off the list, as well.
It's not outright bad or anything like that, but it could use a lot of work before I'd personally want to continue reading this. As it stands it's just another stale, kinda boring slutty!MILF!Kushina where she bangs her son's friends for no reason (since, y'know, adults Kushina's age apparently don't exist in the Naruto-verse).
If you are adding a space between to separate paragraphs, then it isn't necessary to indent. You should pick one or the other. I personally like the spaces over indenting because I think it's easier to read.
Also, my sentiments mirror Ashura's. Your story isn't bad at all, but it does feel a bit generic. You should try to think of ways or pairings that would make it stand out.

if it's adults maybe kakashi, raikage, asuma, iruka, killer bee, hiashi hyuga, might guy ...... maybe not but ... I leave it to your discretion.
if it's other women I would like to have tsunade with naruto.
Finally do not do anything of slave x master it becomes a bit bored, better as well as what you are doing is fine, with kushina being a whore.
