Nothing special. The unrealistic proportions for Konohamaru are stale, the horrid excuse of a nickname Kushina gives to him is cringey beyond belief (unless the nickname's from the show, authors need to spare us their so called "creativity"; especially the American or American sounding ones who think "Konoha" as a nickname works) and what a suprise, rather than adding kink to it by having Minato be anything other than a submissive bitch, Minato is in fact nothing more than a submissive bitch and is about as exciting as "and then the harem was complete."
I like the idea of Kushina cheating. I'll even say that Kushina and Konohamaru could be a really good story. Unfortunately you've just decided to embrace every shitty Naruto hentai cliche that you possibly could find instead of doing something new for a change.
Also, to the one reviewer suggesting that the "only" Kushina fic we get these days is one with Naruto. Welcome to 2019. It sounds like you haven't read fanfic in a decade otherwise you'd know that most Kushina fics these days are ones like this one, laughing drunkenly as she rides a "real" man's cock or the one's where 12 year olds have foot long dicks plus the ability to fuck a bitch twice their age into a coma like they've never taken a cock before. Kushina/Naruto pairings are a rarity and considering that at least some of those authors had the ability to actually tell a story and actually make things exciting every now and again, I'd dare say they would actually be an improvement upon what we usually get.
