Putting Kizashi and Sakura in a hot tub together; it always feels like the writer has no creative way to put them together, so he just does a slapdash fic for the readers, and then wishes that he never wrote it afterwards... and then decides to tag on a Naruto/Mebuki pairing as a sort of spinoff to justify its existence...

The summary says that Naruto and the gang all have sexual urges towards the opposite sex, and then you mention yaoi and yuri will exist in this hentai story. (Again: Het stands for 'Hetero' (M/F pairings) not Hentai, you goose). Second, it mentions his friends, not family; so is this strictly Incest as the title implies, or just another random collage with more 'begging peach nipples', 'masculine lips', and awkward dialogue that would, in truth, kill boners and dry up vageenees?
