Chapter 1

AN: To start off, if you noticed the Incest tag, that yes, indeed, this is an ItachixSasuke fan fic. Don't like the pairing? Then this is your chance to click away.

Still staying? Cool. First of all, I'd like to say this was sort of a collaboration with Chieira. This was a RP we did, in script form no less, and I translated it into story. I loved the interactions between Sasuke and Itachi, and figured it was worthy of story status. We both try to keep them in character as much as we possibly can, given that Itachi has seldom appeared and the lack of either of them coming into contact with each other.... or humping one another. If they're out of character, I'm sorry. This will eventually be AU, but only slightly, since it breaks off at one part of the manga and wanders into it's own plot. ^^ Anyway, I think I did a decent job, and after much prodding of my friends I finally posted this. Please review, and if you have critique, I'll enjoy it, as long as it's constructive and not just 'your story suxor'.

Edit* ^^; Sorry, not an update, I just want to diclaimer this and not have it taken off. Same thing with the rest of my fiction. Also, I'm half way done with the fifth chapter, so expect it soon.

Disclaimer: I don't own Naruto, or make any money off of it. Or Orochimaru wouldn't chase little boys, and Itachi and Sasuke would be doing naughty things with Naruto behind closed doors. *cough*

Itachi wasn't used to large groups of people packed into one small room. It didn't bother him, but he wasn't pleased either. The sound ninja talked in low tones to each other, almost ignoring the two Akatsuki members completely. That was fine as well; he wouldn't waste his time communicating with weaklings. "For ninja under a mad man, they sure are boring..."

"I noticed. Damn peace treaty... no one to kill." Kisame sighed, sipping his drink and grumbling to himself under his breath. Ah, yes... liquor. The only redeeming quality of the party. Itachi glanced down at his cup.

"How is that? Strong enough?"

"Not really. Seems a little watered down."

"How cheap of him..." Itachi suppressed a yawn. "I think I'll return to my room. I've spent the polite amount of time here." As peace delegates, they had to be... polite. It didn't sit well with him, being polite to the snake. However, he wasn't sent only for peace, a peace that their group didn't really need. Their leader was curious what aligning their two factions might bring. Itachi clapped his hand over Kisame's shoulder in goodbye, then turned toward the exit.

Orochimaru noticed Itachi's attempted early escape from the party, smirking to himself as he plotted. He turned his gaze to Sasuke. "Did you notice that they sent your brother as part of the two delegates?"

The younger Uchiha's eyes followed Itachi. He'd noticed earlier, and had had to suppress the sudden need to wipe the sneers from Itachi's lips. It would get him in trouble, attacking Itachi, so he held back. Besides, as much as his pride ached at the knowledge, he wasn't strong enough yet to take him. Soon... he'd had to put up with Orochimaru's requirements to his stay there, but soon he would have enough power to remove his brother from this world. Those requirements at times seemed too much; collar and leash, and the right to join the snake’s bed whenever he wished it. Orochimaru wasn't a soft lover, but Sasuke's pain tolerance grew as he adjusted to his way of life.

"It's been a few years since you've last seen him, ne? Why don't we go say hello before he leaves?"

"I'd rather not, Orochimaru-sama."

"Tch, family should be cherished." He smiled and tugged on Sasuke's leash. Cherished indeed... he just liked to see both proud Uchiha males squirm. "Let's go..." Orochimaru raised his voice so it carried over the low dim. "Itachi-kun, wait."

Itachi twitched at the sound of Orochimaru's voice, then turned slowly toward the direction from which it had come. Orochimaru was making his way through the crowd, leather strap draped over one shoulder, his fingers hooked into the loop at the bottom. He looked entirely too smug for Itachi's liking.

"I have a present for you, Itachi-kun." Orochimaru halted a short distance from the older Uchiha, lips curled into a smile that would be pleasant on anyone other than him. Those who knew Orochimaru, knew that smile meant he was up to something. The leash twisted from it's position on his shoulder, sliding off as the other end grew closer. Itachi suppressed the shock of seeing his brother in the snake's compound, instead sneering at his younger brother.

"A leash?"

Orochimaru watched Sasuke's dark eyes narrow further, pleased at his silence. "He's mine and I prefer to remind him of that this way..." Sasuke's jaw clenched at that, but he stilled his tongue.

"I see... Was there something you needed?"

"To give you your present, of course. For coming here to deliberate the treaty with me." He was happy with his plan, and curious as to how Itachi would react.

Itachi watched Orochimaru warily, unable to think of what sort of present the snake would give him. Whatever it was, it would be more for Orochimaru's entertainment than for any other reason, he was sure. Orochimaru didn't give things away unless it benefited him. "What present?"

Orochimaru yanked on the leash, jerking Sasuke forward. The younger Uchiha stumbled, nearly losing his balance at the sudden movement. He smiled at the boy then held out the leash to Itachi. It was gratifying to see the mild surprise cross Itachi's features before they faded back to the unemotional mask he usually wore.

"A leash? Or the useless thing attached to it?" Itachi watched those obsidian eyes of his brother's flash red, sharingan bleeding color into their depths.

"Now, now..." Orochimaru chuckled, amused at Itachi's words. "There's no use in insulting him, Itachi-kun. In public at least." He stepped closer, offering the leash again. "Have fun." A frown almost tugged at his lips. There weren't cameras in the guest rooms, and he very much wished to be a fly on the wall while Itachi pondered what to do with his present. Would the older Uchiha beat his brother... or would he use him as Orochimaru did...

Sasuke was less than pleased. His gaze turned sharply to Orochimaru, those red eyes glowering at him. "What the fuck are you doing?"

Orochimaru patted Sasuke's head, knowing how much the boy hated condescending gestures like that. "Spreading peace..." ...through one incestuous encounter at a time.

The thought of having his brother alone, at his mercy, and leashed... Itachi smirked and took the offered present. What he would do was still forming in his mind, but it would be, none of the less, more entertaining than this party.

"What do you expect him to do with me?!"

"I don't care... and maybe that isn't my business... kukukuku..."

"Why you..." Sasuke growled out, trying to keep his temper. "...Disgusting..."

Itachi, bored of Sasuke's weak resistance, jerked on the leash. "Come." He didn't want to be around Orochimaru any longer than he had to. At least Kabuto was nowhere to be seen at the moment. Itachi couldn't stand the Sound nin, and had told him a few times to stay out of Kisame and his conversations and return to licking Orochimaru's boots. He broke out of his thoughts, aware Sasuke and Orochimaru were arguing. Orochimaru's eyes were narrowed, his hand on Sasuke's upper arm, digging his fingers into the pale flesh.

"Are you disobeying me?"

Sasuke winced, but stood firm. "Giving me away wasn't part of our agreement." After all he went through to get Orochimaru's training, he wasn't going to leave on the snake's whim.

Orochimaru's gaze softened a little, and he let go of Sasuke's arm. He reached up and stroked the boy's cheek almost lovingly. "Dear boy... you're far too valuable to lose for good. I meant the duration to be only as long as Itachi stays here." No, he would not lose Sasuke now. Orochimaru's gaze shifted to Itachi. He doubted he would kill Sasuke, but it was still a risk. Gambling was usually Tsunade's forte, but he'd give it a try.

Glancing back at Itachi, Sasuke hesitated. He knew his brother, and he supposed that a beating was all he would get. "...Fine."

The older Uchiha rolled his eyes, turning and pulling Sasuke with him. "If you're done with the annoying fluff..."

"Excuse me?" Sasuke snapped, stumbling along with him.

"Fluff..." Orochimaru smirked. Itachi almost sounded... jealous. He wondered at the implications of that, turning to rejoin the party. Rubbing in Sasuke's obedience would be amusing, and probably serve to irk the older Uchiha...

Itachi glanced back at his younger brother as they walked down the dimly lit hallway. Sasuke's eyes were cast to the side, avoiding looking at his brother as much as he could. The concrete floor thudded with the sounds of their boots, flooding the hall with echoes. The silence between them was uncomfortable. Itachi was used to his brother's loud shouts and threats. "You really don't mind a leash?" He was curious, but the question was more to fill the dead air.

"I never said I didn't mind."

"Then why do you put up with it?"

"To gain power." It was worth it, in the end... but that wasn't something he needed to explain to the one he would do anything to gain enough power to kill.

Itachi nodded, pretending to agree. "Right, because leashes bring power." He couldn't hold back a sneer at his brother's foolish words. The way Sasuke acted... it was nothing like himself. Itachi would never sacrifice this much pride for a flimsy agreement of power. Orochimaru probably taught him as little as he could get away with.

"I see you've developed sarcasm," Sasuke responded wryly. "Wow, you almost have a personality now. Keep working at it, I'm sure someday you'll get there."

The older Uchiha snorted. "Funny, coming from you, Sasuke. All you've ever done is mimic me."

"I haven't mimicked you since I was eight years old. Get over yourself."

"You've done everything I've ever told you to do, even now." It was true enough, and his words had the added bonus of further angering his snotty little brother. "A leash is actually fitting, especially in my hands."

"I want to kill you because I want revenge, not because you told me to. As for the leash... take me back to your room and beat me up, we both know that's what you're going to do." His angry voiced echoed in the empty hall.

Itachi frowned at Sasuke's assumption. Silence held for a few minutes as he made up his mind; Sasuke was attractive, the more he looked the more he warmed up to the idea of taking him. His hair had grown out since the last he'd seen of him, and now hung to the middle of the boy’s back, held together with a gray string. He wore pants instead of shorts; black pants that clung to him, complimenting his well muscled legs. The snake was to thank for that, he was sure, but the thought of actually being grateful to Orochimaru for something made his mind move on quickly. His navy shirt's collar nuzzled his neck more tightly than the one Itachi had remembered him wearing at their last encounter. It was sleeveless, exposing firm biceps that shifted under creamy skin. The bloody shade of his eyes matched the red leather of his collar, silver ring catching the dim light and reflecting it brightly back. "Hn.... Maybe I'll do something else this time."

"Right." Sasuke crossed his arms over his chest.

Itachi shrugged, slowing his step as he approached his room. "I'll do both. Blood is just fun... plus... your cries are very delicious..."

The tone of Itachi's voice struck an odd chord in Sasuke's mind. It wasn't empty threats to rile him, it wasn't sarcasm... he sounded serious. Sasuke shifted his gaze calmly back toward Itachi. "What do you mean you'll do both?" His brother merely smirked, and Sasuke bristled. "That's not funny."

"What isn't?"

"Whatever the hell kind of joke you're trying to make."

"I wasn't joking."

Sasuke fought down a surge of panic. "You can't be serious."

"Why not? I'm already going to hell," Itachi snickered. "Why not make the way there more fun?"

"Beacuse we're still brothers, you psycho!" Sasuke's fists clenched, unsure if Itachi was serious or doing his best to piss his younger brother off.

"Brotherly love..."

He twitched, looking away. "Hentai..." The thought of his brother touching him like that... Sasuke pushed those thoughts away, unpleased with what it stirred in him.

"You'll be just as bad soon enough. I'll give you five minutes."

Sasuke raised an eyebrow. "What?"

"You'll be just as hard after five minutes. Or less."

A flush stained his cheeks. His eyes flickered over Itachi's body for a moment before he muttered "Yeah right…" under his breath.

Itachi sighed, though thoroughly pleased with Sasuke's reactions. "How little you know of your aniki and his skills..."

"...You're sick."

"And you're dense, if you didn't realize that sooner." Sasuke growled at that, losing the last of his temper and tossing his fist at the older Uchiha. Itachi easily stepped aside, pulling the leash roughly. Sasuke stumbled against him, flinching as his brother's arms wrapped around his shoulders to keep him from moving away. "Are you done, stupid?"

"Let go of me."

"Are you done?"

Sasuke ground his teeth, shaking with barely contained fury. "Let. Go."

Fingers wound into Sasuke's hair, tugging at it roughly. "Answer me."

Sasuke glared up at Itachi. "If you're asking if I’m done fighting you, then no. If you think I'm going to lay back and take it like your bitch, then you're very wrong."

"I wouldn't want it any other way... just remember who holds the leash." Sasuke shoved away from his older brother, slightly surprised that Itachi allowed him to do so. With the leash let out enough to keep Sasuke pacified, Itachi considered his options.

"Are we going to stand in the hallway all night?"

Snapped from his daydreaming, Itachi focused his eyes on the whelp before him. "Nope. Come on, dog..." With that he pulled Sasuke the rest of the way to the room, ignoring the violent tugs on the leash until one wrenched his wrist painfully. "Stupid, knock it off." He turned back to the door, opening the heavy oak by leaning his shoulder against it and turning the knob.

Sasuke followed, stumbling into the room after another hard yank on the leash. "Stop calling me stupid, jackass."

"Stop acting stupid, then."

"Not wanting to sleep with my brother is stupid?"

Itachi stepped past the younger Uchiha, nudging the door shut and locking it with a soft click. "Do you have something against pleasure?"

"I have something against fucking my brother!"

The words seemed to sink in, joviality suddenly dispersing from Itachi's tone. "Your brother never really existed."

Sasuke stiffened at his words, whispering, "That's a lie."

"Is it?" Keeping a firm grip on the leash with one hand, Itachi closed the distance between them, free hand reaching up to grip Sasuke's chin firmly. "If you don't believe it, then why are you so gung ho about killing me?"

Sasuke's bitterness wavered for a moment. "You're not my brother anymore.... but you were once."

"If I'm not your brother anymore," the older Uchiha lowered his head, lips hovering above Sasuke's own, "then you won't mind."

The proximity of his brother's face caused him to redden, part of him annoyed at his body's reaction. "Yes, I will..."

Itachi responded with a grunt, then kissed him, lips deceptively gentle. A small moan escaped the younger Uchiha before he could regain his composure. He turned away as much as Itachi's hand would let him.

Itachi frowned, dropping his hand from Sasuke's chin to his neck, pushing up the collar. Black painted nails scraped against flesh, fingers curling around Sasuke's neck. He pushed his lighter sibling against the wall, ignoring the hands that attempted to shove him away. "You don't want this to be easy, do you?" Itachi lifted his prey by the neck, smiling cruelly. "I think you like it rough." Sasuke began to choke, the hand around his neck constricting his airways. Not wanting to kill his brother yet, Itachi raised his knee, sliding it up to nestle between Sasuke's legs. He then loosened his grip on Sasuke's neck enough to allow him to breathe easier.

Free to breathe, Sasuke gulped in air, glaring at the emotionless face of his brother. This was what he was used to; his brother's disregard, the look that seemed to see through him, as if he wasn't good enough to be noticed. Itachi's attention... it was on him, as he had wanted it in the past, though not in the way he had originally intended. Warm lips found their way to Sasuke's, taking advantage of the open mouth by plundering it with his tongue. Not like this... he turned away again, hands pushing at Itachi's chest.

The older Uchiha didn't mind, he turned his attention to the closest thing to his mouth; Sasuke's ear. He dragged the tip of his tongue over the outer shell, from bottom to top, then back down again to nibble at the earlobe. A shiver ran through his prey's body, Itachi unsure or uncaring if it was from pleasure or disgust.

"Nn.... stop..." Sasuke shoved harder against Itachi, hoping to end the confusing sensation.

"No." Despite Sasuke's protests Itachi strained to stay where he was, rubbing his knee against Sasuke's slowly growing hardness to distract him.

Sasuke gasped loudly, fingers curling in the fabric of his brother's cloak. Desperate now, Sasuke tried to push Itachi away, and Itachi's fingers tightened around his neck in warning, nails digging crescent moons into the smooth skin. Once Sasuke's protests all but faded, Itachi loosened the grip, sliding his hand down a little.

"Stop pushing me away." He nuzzled Sasuke's neck, grinding his knee roughly against the other boy.

"...No... stop it!" Sasuke gasped, his head falling back and connecting with the wall with a thump. It didn't hurt, nothing did at the moment. All his senses were concentrated on denying his body's reaction to the grinding, trying to calm himself.

"I can't... you don't want me to either." He licked his neck, tongue dipping to taste the hidden skin under his collar. Leather dominated his palate, mixed with the salty taste of sweat. It was an odd taste, but one that he didn't mind trying again.

"Yes I do... and you can.... stop!" Stop... before all his pride was shattered, and he gave in to the demands his body seemed willing for.

Itachi bit his neck playfully. "How can I stop now?" He returned his attention to Sasuke's ear for the moment. He flicked his tongue against his earlobe and then paused to whisper, "I want you...."

"Why?" He couldn't help but pant, his brother's knee and his mouth were too much to endure quietly.

"Why not? You're beautiful..." Itachi nibbled along his jaw line, pausing his knee for a moment. "I bet your moans are pretty like your screams." At that Sasuke broke from the lusty haze long enough to hit him, knuckles bruising against Itachi's cheek bone. The older of the two grunted on impact, a surge of pain following a breath later. Itachi returned his vice like grip to Sasuke's throat. "You're too stubborn for your own good."

"You're just... like the snake.... get your.... hands.... off of me!" He struggled to choke out his words, vision starting to whiten. Suddenly he was on the floor, gasping for breath against the chilly mud colored stone. Sasuke snuck a glance at Itachi out of the corner of his eye, heart sinking when he spotted the leash still firmly in hand.

"Don't you dare compare me to him."

Sasuke coughed, leveling a cool glare at him. "You're just like him."

"I'm nothing like him." The words wormed under Itachi's skin. It figured his brother would easily hit upon the words that would bother him the most. He narrowed his eyes and returned Sasuke's glare.

"Exactly like him." It infuriated his brother, he knew that flash in his eyes well. Even if he did admire his brother at one time, they had gotten into brotherly squabbles now and then, especially when Itachi was younger. The older Uchiha clenched his jaw and stared at him, obviously trying to restrain himself. Sasuke looked away as he sat up, crossing his arms over his chest. "Move."

"No..."

"You're in my way! Why keep me here?"

"You're still going to entertain me."

Sasuke scowled. "And how exactly am I supposed to do that?" He watched Itachi walk over to one of the two chairs in the room, near a plain wooden table, and sit down. Slack on the leash was nonexistent, so Sasuke scooted forward then stood, forced to follow. He didn't want to be any closer than he had to, so he kept his distance. Long pale fingers toyed with the leather strap of the leash, sharingan eyes looking him over. It made him shiver, and he wondered just what his brother saw.

"Come here."

"...No."

"Now."

"No!" Closer meant more of those confusing feelings... Pain, pleasure... pleasure that he wasn't supposed to feel.

"Then answer a question I have..."

"...Fine." Answer a question, that's better than what Itachi had previously planned on. "What is it?"

"What does he make you do?"

Sasuke stared at him dumbly for a moment, processing the question. "...I'm on a fucking leash. What do you think?"

He shrugged, the games Orochimaru would play with his brother was something he was curious about. Though by Sasuke's reaction, it seemed he didn't like wearing the leash... It was stupid, his idiotic brother was weird. If he didn't like it, he should have left. "Show me."

"...What do you mean?"

"Show me what you do." His voice was calm, as if he were discussing the weather.

"You're asking me to do the things he makes me do to him... to you?"

Itachi resisted the urge to roll his eyes. When did Sasuke become so fucking slow…? "Since you're the one on the leash... then yes."

Sasuke twitched. "No!" The thought made his stomach do a flip.

The older Uchiha tugged on the leash, making Sasuke stumble forward. "You will."

"No, I won't!"

Itachi shrugged, leaning back in his chair. "Then you don't mind if your master gets his head handed to him."

That caught Sasuke's attention. "What are you talking about?"

"The Akatsuki don't need his peace. We could destroy him and the other weak nins in his so-called village at any time. It's up to me if we accept a peace treaty." It wasn't completely true... but bluffing didn't have to be. The Akatsuki wouldn't take the time to kill Orochimaru, it had been decided a long time ago that it was a waste of time. If he ever became a real threat, then he would be put down.

Sasuke clenched his fists. He still needed him, he wasn't strong enough to take on Itachi. Damn aniki... "...And you say you're nothing like him."

He narrowed his eyes, tightening his grip on the leash. "Don't you dare start with that again."

"You're asking me to do to you what I do to him!"

"He isn't the only one you've done that with, ne?"

"...No." Sasuke pushed that memory away. It would make him regret things... The things in his life that were too late to change now. Those he left in the village were nothing to him now.

"Are they like the snake?"

"It was only one person. And no, he's nothing like Orochimaru."

Itachi shrugged. "Then don't compare me, either."

"I was comparing you because you're acting like him."

"I am not." If there was something other than sharp objects to throw at Sasuke... he would have done so by now.

"I'm tired of having this argument."

"You're making me lose the mood." He glared at Sasuke.

"Good." Sasuke returned the glare. "Then my plan is working."

"You rather I return to beating the snot out of you?" Sasuke glared darkly at Itachi as the older Uchiha stood. "Fine. I can deal with that."

Itachi's tone made him pause, anger leaking away from him. Dread replaced it, filling him and leaving a heavy feeling in the pit of his stomach. "Deal with what?"

"Your death, possibly."

Sasuke took a step back, collar digging into his neck as the leash strained. "What the hell around you talking about?" He didn't count on his brother actually killing him. It was always the other way around, when Sasuke thought about it.

"This isn't what I had planned for you. If you're going to stay that snake's bitch, then I should just put you out of your misery now. At least it'd be entertaining."

"I don't care what you had planned for me, I'm only doing this so I can kill you!" If he died now, all the humiliation he put up with for the sake of getting stronger would mean nothing.

"That's what I wanted you to do... but being someone's pet won't get you ahead. He's using you, stupid."

Sasuke clenched his fists. "Shut up! He's taught me things!"

"Right. How to give him proper head. As good as you may be, I'm sure that won't cause my death." The younger Uchiha growled at Itachi's words, lunging at him. Itachi easily dodged, taking advantage of the sudden slack on the leash to step on it loosely, then yanked up on it. Sasuke let out a cry, falling to the floor in a heap. The pinned leash remained underfoot as Itachi scooted closer, adjusting the length on the leash as he approached to keep Sasuke pinned. "You're so annoying." Sasuke attempted to rise, only to be jerked back down by the collar. "My patience has left me, Sasuke. If you're not going to play along, I'll just take what I want. Fuck you then kill you, at least you'd have a proper send off." The younger Uchiha froze, eyes widening as he turned his face toward Sasuke. "Does the thought of your death scare you still, otouto?" He removed his cloak and tossed it over the table, fingers nimbly moving to remove his pants.

"..No..." Sasuke's blood turned to ice while he forced himself to be calm. He wouldn't give Itachi the satisfaction of knowing how he felt. "If you're really willing to rape and kill me, then just get it over with."

Itachi knelt, one knee pressing against Sasuke's shoulder blade to keep him from moving. "Okay." His brother went quiet, paling a little as he closed his eyes. Not wanting to be bothered by removing Sasuke's clothes, he palmed a kunai then slipped the cold steel against Sasuke's back then under his pants.

The blade caused Sasuke's heart to beat faster, eyes opening once again. "What are you doing?"

"Removing your pants."

"...With a kunai?

"Would you drop them if I asked?"

"...No. But I do have a zipper."

Itachi snorted. "You've been too bothersome already. I wanted to play nice, make you enjoy it too... but I've lost that mood along with my patience." Hope seemed to die in Sasuke's eyes, the usually bright black dimming considerably. It wasn't quite as pleasurable as Itachi had thought it would be. He pushed that thought away and tilted the sharpened edge of the kunai up, tip pressing between his brother’s cheeks.

Sasuke stiffened, muscles in his back tightening. Itachi pressed up further, fabric parting at his insistence. As the blade moved further down, Sasuke stared at the stone floor, pressing his forehead against it. The coolness was a stark contrast to the heat on his cheeks. Blushing... how embarrassing. What was to happen... it was all like a dream. He wasn't here, he was safe in his bed, and his aniki wasn't about to kill him... Strange that his inevitable death was the only thing that bothered him. Sex that was against his will, it'd happened so many times now. Being the snake's whore at least prepared him for what was to come.

Itachi took care to keep from marring the milky skin as he cut away Sasuke's pants. There would be blood in the end, but right now... he wanted to look over his prey's body without the interference of blood. He removed the blade, reaching back to put it back, then tugged at the sheered edges to further rip the pants. Whether it was unconscious or not, Sasuke drew his legs together once the air hit his bare skin. "That won't stop me."

Squeezing his eyes shut a bit tighter, Sasuke scratched at the floor, wishing to claw out of his nightmare. He heard a rustle of fabric as Itachi pulled his own pants down to his legs. Curious, though over what he wasn't sure, Sasuke shifted a little, trying to push himself up to glance over his shoulder.

Itachi pushed his knee into his back again, harder than before. "Stay." The younger Uchiha winced as the force pushed his head against the floor, sparks dancing before his eyes as his cheek rested on the stone. Making sure to keep him pinned, Itachi pressed his hands against Sasuke's back, positioning himself behind him.

Sasuke's breath stared to speed up. "D-don't... Itachi.... I...."

"I?"

"...Nothing."

"...Exactly what you'll be soon." Sasuke flinched, but Itachi ignored it, laying over him and nuzzling his face in Sasuke's hair. The action must have relaxed his brother; the body he covered seemed less tense, if only by a small amount. Itachi kissed the back of his neck, sliding his hands up Sasuke's back to grip his shoulder, massaging them and ignoring how they started to shake. He licked his lips, loving the taste there, and nibbled where he had just kissed, wanting more of that taste. More... he wanted more... he wanted to feel Sasuke writhe under him. Itachi pressed a knee against the back of Sasuke's knees, trying to work it's way between. Being his usual stubborn self, Sasuke tried to keep his legs together. "Shhh..." His knee pressed more insistently. "If you give in now I'll make it better for you than just rape..."

The shaking in his shoulders was hard to control, in fact... he couldn't seem to. Itachi's words made him dizzy, unsure of what he should do. Put up a fight, or give in... Sasuke hesitantly opened his legs. He knew what Itachi was capable of, and a chance that he'd actually be some what gentle was something Sasuke didn't want to discard for the sake of pride. Putting his pride away was something he was good at by now.

Itachi slipped his knee between Sasuke's legs, nudging them open. The other knee soon followed, further widening the gap. His brother looked back over his shoulder so he leaned forward and kissed his cheek, loving the confusion that would probably result from that action. The dark eyes flickered with surprise and widened. Itachi let go of his shoulders, turning his chin a little more to kiss him lightly on the lips. Sasuke allowed it, but didn't return the kiss, closing his eyes. The kiss lingered for longer than Itachi had meant it to; he was drawn to those soft lips. He withdrew his touch, giving himself a little shake. Getting attached now would be stupid. The tip of his length bumped against Sasuke's entrance as he positioned himself to thrust in.

"Wait..." Sasuke's eyes widened, "aren't you going to-"

"Would you stay here if I left to get it?" Itachi shrugged as Sasuke remained silent. "I don't care either way. It'll hurt me, too, but I like pain. Besides, your blood will make it better after awhile."

Sasuke chewed his bottom lip. "...I don't want you to do it like that, but I can't promise to still be here when you get back if you go somewhere." He answered as honestly as he could, sure that it wouldn't land any extra leniency, but somehow drawn to anyway.

"Yeah... I'd expect that. You don't want to die, after all." He glanced around the room, wondering if there was something to use for lubrication.

"...But I'm going to... ne?"

"You're going to get fucked. Then you're going to die. Is it that hard to understand?"

The numbness he had been feeling ever since he’d left Konoha spread. "Then don't bother preparing me. Just do it."

Itachi smirked. "Okay." Without further warning, he thrust into Sasuke roughly, wincing at the slightly uncomfortable friction. Sasuke cried out, tears springing to his eyes. Slowly he started moving in and out of him, breathing hard against Sasuke's ear and ruffling his hair.

His hands clawed at the floor, whimpering with every movement. The pain was searing, worse than Orochimaru had ever made him feel. Itachi slid his hands down Sasuke's arms, nails scratching along the skin, hard enough to leave red streaks. His aniki... Sasuke whimpered, tears pouring over his cheeks. The last time he'd cried it was for Itachi... ironic how things had settled... He was supposed to avenge his family, but now he was pinned to the floor, unable to hold back both tears and whimpers. Some avenger he was... One especially rough thrust ripped him, blood spilling from his insides and down the dark line that led to his balls, pooling there before finally resting on the floor. His entire body stiffened with pain, barely able to quiet the scream that tore from his lips.

The blood helped Itachi in a way, easing his ability to move in and out of him. Sasuke's cry made him shiver, hips picking up speed. His hands found their way to Sasuke's shaking hands, fingers slipping between his.

The younger Uchiha panted, cracking open his eyes a little. It was almost a caring gesture... He lifted his head, eyes resting on the ground. Itachi was trying to confuse him... that was what it meant. Lips pressed against his shoulder as Itachi moaned, fingers tightening over his hands. The thrusts were rubbing his length against the bumpy floor, only protected by a thin layer of cloth. He turned one of his hands, not caring if it was an empty gesture on both of their parts, and linked his fingers with Itachi's. Lifting his hips, he tried to protect his length from the painful friction on the floor.

Itachi blinked, lifting his head. He hadn't counted on Sasuke responding. Freeing the hand that Sasuke wasn't clutching to, he snaked it around the boy’s hips, pulling Sasuke up to rest on his knees. The movements had to be adjusted, but the new thrusts wrought a more calm expression from his brother.

The pain was lessening, only a dull throb with every thrust. Pleasure replaced the pain, Itachi's length bumping against the sensitive gland inside him. "Nn... aniki..." He bit his lip, incapable of keeping silent. Despite the fact that he shouldn't enjoy it... he was. His brother kissed his shoulder, hand almost hesitantly moving from his hip to Sasuke's thigh. It made him shiver and pant harder, pushing his body back against Itachi’s to increase his pleasure... and to keep some semblance of control over the situation.

His younger brother's reactions enticed him into wanting more. He wanted to hear his name on Sasuke's lips. Rubbing Sasuke's thigh, he snuck his hand between their bodies at the ripped pants, finding the hardened length with ease. Sasuke gasped at the touch, letting out a low moan. The older Uchiha smiled smugly, thrusting into him harder.

"Aniki!" Nails ground into the stone, some breaking. Sasuke no longer cared about the world around him. The only things he felt were the hand stroking his length and Itachi pounding relentlessly into him.

"Sasuke..."

He bowed his head, thrusting into Itachi's hand, urging him to speed his touch. Itachi's hand squeezed his own and he returned the pressure. His release was so close, he could feel the tightness in his lower stomach, the tension building considerably. The still conscious part of his mind reminded him that it was wrong of him to feel this way... Sasuke shoved that nagging thought away, concentrating on the moment. He would feel guilty later; now was the time to enjoy.

Itachi noticed the tension in his muscles once more, smiling at his moaning brother. "Come for me, otouto..." he murmured while nuzzling his neck.

Flushing at his words, Sasuke felt the tension in his stomach break, and cried out Itachi's name. His length twitched as released his seed onto Itachi's hand and the floor, inner walls clamping around the still thrusting length. He felt Itachi shiver and speed his movements, hot breath on Sasuke's neck as he panted.

Itachi licked his lips, moving his hand from Sasuke's length to his hip, holding him steady against his rough thrusts. His orgasm followed shortly after Sasuke's, body tensing for a moment as he filled the younger Uchiha with his essence, mixing it with the blood that dripped from him. Sasuke collapsed underneath him, forehead resting on the floor as he panted. Itachi managed to keep himself mostly upright, resting on his elbows as he laid over Sasuke. All that panting dried his lips again, and he licked them to wet them once more. His mind was starting to clear, reminding him of what he had planned. "Sasuke..."

He opened his eyes slowly. That was right... fuck then kill... The thought sped his heart from the relaxed state it had previously been in. He was going to die... Itachi was finally going to kill all of his family.

The older Uchiha glanced up at their still joined hands. If he backed down now, it might be perceived as weakness. Although Sasuke's death now would be inconvenient... With a wince, he pulled out of him, grunting a little. Sasuke winced, but didn't move. Slowly Itachi let go of his brother's hand, watching him shift and turn over to look up at him, tears still shining on his cheeks. A part of him inwardly winced at Sasuke's tears. It had been a while since he had made his brother cry... He adjusted his pants, pulling them up and re-zipping them, and then leaned over Sasuke. Opening his eyes, Sasuke looked up at his brother, tears filling his eyes again but not flowing over. It further shook Itachi's resolve. He had thought the brat would fight back. Or run away, like he had when they were younger. Sasuke didn't fight back, or protest... he just look resigned, even a little sad. Itachi pushed up the collar, wrapping his fingers around his brother’s slender neck and starting to squeeze. Tears slipped from Sasuke's eyes as he closed them, choking as he struggled for breath. Itachi watched for a moment, then silently cursed, letting go of Sasuke's neck and standing, dropping the leash. "Get out."

Sasuke opened his eyes. "...What?"

Itachi laid down on the bed, staring up at the ceiling. Killing Sasuke now would be a waste... "Get out."

"But..." He was confused, though not ungrateful, sitting up slowly with a wince. "...My pants are ripped.... and..."

"Bah." Itachi rolled to his feet, walking to his bag and shifting through his belongings. He hadn't packed much, but enough incase the snake wanted to drag out the deliberations. Finding a pair of loose fitting pants that doubled as pajamas, he tossed them at Sasuke.

"Thanks..." Using the ruined pants as a rag, he tried to clean off what blood hadn't already dried. Satisfied with the clean up, he put the pants to the side, standing with a wince to pull on the pants Itachi had given him. He glanced at Itachi, who had laid back down on the bed, facing away from him. "Orochimaru-sama gave me to you until you leave... I'm not sure I'm supposed to leave your room."

"Fine."

Sasuke shifted uncomfortably on his feet. There was no chance he was getting into bed with Itachi as he usually was made to do with Orochimaru. Besides, whether it was luck or just a fluke, Sasuke didn't want to press his luck with his life on the line. He walked over to the corner of the room, gritting his teeth as he sat down, alternating between cheeks to find a comfortable position.

"If you're staying, I can trust that you wouldn't kill me in my sleep? You don't seem low enough for that yet."

Sasuke stiffened at the insult, narrowing his eyes. "...You were the one planning to kill me right after sex, so I wouldn't talk about being low, if I were you. And no, I won't kill you in your sleep." He laid down on the ground, unable to find a comfortable sitting position.

"After sex..." He was surprised Sasuke had stopped calling it rape.

"What?"

Itachi snorted, nuzzling his pillow. "Why are you pushing your luck and mouthing off to me? Just because I decided not to kill you before doesn't mean being a little bitch won't change my mind."

Sasuke blinked, confused by Itachi's shift in mood. "All I said was ‘what'!"

"Before that, stupid."

"Well, you were a little late." Sasuke curled up on the floor, the stone sucking the warmth from him. Itachi picked up a pillow and threw it at Sasuke, aiming for his head. He caught it easily, unsure if he should thank him or not... Itachi could have just wanted to throw something at him. Not caring either way, he shoved the pillow under his head, closing his eyes.

The clothes he had on bothered him, but Itachi tried to ignore it and sleep. They were tight and the fishnet was starting to itch... Sighing, he got up again, walking over to his bag to dig out his spare pair of pajamas.

Sasuke peeked open an eye, wondering what Itachi was up to. His older brother started to strip, dropping his shirt to the ground then pulling his pants down. Sasuke gawked for a moment, then blushed and looked away, closing his eyes quickly.

Pulling on pants similar to the ones Sasuke was wearing, he stretched his arms over his head, letting the waist band settle low on his hips. Itachi glanced at Sasuke as he walked back to the bed, sliding under the sheets. He heard Sasuke shift, his brother’s eyes on him. "You should rest... you lost a decent amount of blood." The older Uchiha rolled onto his back, thin white scars marking his back.

"...I know." Sasuke was confused by his concern, but shrugged it off, deciding that it was just a lack of sleep. Nothing of the day seemed right, but sleeping on things usually helped. He wondered if Orochimaru knew that Itachi really would have taken him up on the offer, they had spent time together while they both were part of the Akatsuki. Sasuke sighed and tried to still his thoughts long enough for sleep to claim him.
