Prologue
Hello Assassin's Kiss here with a new story. I don’t know if this story will continue or not, I did this on a whim and because a friend of mines has been obsessing over this pairing. I hope you like and review also don’t own Naruto… so yeah.
It Had to Be You
Pained eyes looked away, for what seemed the fifth time that day, from the brunette overseeing his students. And with a sigh the male jounin wondered why he was again sitting in this tree and spying on the chunnin. His eyes were as intent on the Academy teacher as they would be if he were tracking down the movements of a worthy adversary.
The person had better things to do then sit by idly to daydream like a girl for a man that was completely out of his reach. And yet no matter how many times that he tried to forget that exact moment was when he could remember how vivid the brunette’s smile or how when he was embarrassed and tried to find the right words a blush would creep across the bridge of his nose drawing out the scar across it.
It took everything in him not to kiss that scar and every ounce of willpower not to kiss any other scar that might litter his obsession’s body that was unjustly covered by clothes. Oh but he had dreams where the lovely brunette was laid out before him as an offering of complete submission.
He had many sleepless nights were those brown eyes of his glazed over in bliss as he played his new lover like a finely tuned instrument. Drawing out moans and praises before topping it all off with his name nearly blurring with ‘Kami.’
Frowning thoughtfully even as he combed his fingers through his hair he admitted to himself that he knew the dreams well. Could swear at times that he could just barely taste and smell the fragrance of sweat and love making in the air. Feel overheated by another body pressed against his entwined and clinging to his as he did so to the others, only to wake up alone and cold.
And so he cursed as well as blessed those dreams. The fighting posts taking up the brunt of his sexual frustration before he sparred with his rival/friend.
But even as he mulled over these thoughts, even as he ventured to drop silently from the tree to seek the sanctuary of the forest he found himself pulled back once more like a moth to the flame. It was only fate that he must destroy himself and become anew against the fallen deity that was his Iruka.
And when those compassionate yet foreboding eyes ventured to glance his way, his lips lightening with a smile, the male and question buried his face in a very worn out, famous orange book. The pages dog-eared and well turned were barely noticed as he tried to think of anything but the person looking at him.
“Hey Naruto I’m nearly done here. If you like we can stop by Ichiraku Ramen shop,” offered Iruka as he ushered one of his students to their parents.
‘Yeah I’ve done a lot of growing up in the years… but he’ll never realize that or my intentions. So for now it’ll just be between you and me,’ he thought sadly with a sigh. ‘I’m only a little brother, student and/or wayward son to him.’ And though all of that was appreciated that wasn’t what he really wanted from his Iruka.
“Sure then Iruka-sensei!” the blonde male nearly shouted. Sapphire orbs nearly glazed over at the thought of eating good food with good company. The hurt and sadness that wanted to linger was soothed for just the moment but still lurking barely below the service.
He took long, secure strides as he tucked his orange book in his vest pocket before cupping the back of his head. He didn’t even run like he would usually did to the ramen stand, his arms behind him as he tilted his face forward for speed. No he had grown out of that habit even if he was still eager to consume his favorite meal but for Iruka he couldn’t help his childish little chant. “Ramen, ramen, gonna have some ramen.”
Blue eyes darted to the left to see the smile on Iruka’s face as he was filled with nostalgia he couldn’t help his heart skipping a beat. As he walked side by side by the one he wanted most he wondered if he’d finally crack from the sheer want.
The End?
