Beast and Beauty......

I bumped into him on my way back into the Anbus' office, not knowing it was him. It seemed as if he was headed in the same direction as me and I wanted to know who he was. I could tell it was male, he was quite burly and much taller then me, but I was too worried about what the Anbu had to say. He would be angry, as I had not completed the mission. My position had been compromised and I had almost been killed, but that was not enough to save me now. Suddenly I heard something up ahead, it sounded familiar, and suddenly I was knocked off my feet and had a large dog licking her face. I knew instantly who it was and hugged the large fluffy dog, waiting for his master to come rushing up. "Hello Akamaru! How is Kiba?! I missed you both!" I hugged him tighter and he was breathing in her ear and licking anywhere he could reach. I laughed when suddenly I heard someone rushing up, panting slightly. "There you are!" he shouted and I was suddenly lifted to my feet. "Is that you, Hinata?" I smiled and hugged the man I had longed to see for so long, it had been three years and he had seemed to change so much. it was then I recognized him as the man I had bumped into. I smiled and looked at him, "I have missed you Kiba, more then you can ever imagine....You were my world and when you left, you left me broken and lifeless." I could hear Akamaru whimper at my words and nudge me slightly. I slumped down and hugged him "Its ok my friend, I love you. And I love your master too." I got a large lick and suddenly was pulled to my feet again. I heard a rough whisper in my ear "You never told me you loved me, and I have waited all this time. I love you too and want nothing more then to be close to you. Please let me." I smiled and got a large kiss on the lips, before I rememberd why I was here. "OH MY! I have to get going! If I am late to see the Anbu he will kill me! I am in trouble as it is!" He hugged me close and said "Don't worry, I can get you there quickly." I felt fur under me and him behind, as we suddenly rushed through the halls and everyone was either screaming or jumping out of the way. We got to the Anbus office in under a minute and he let me off, "I needed to go here anyway" he said with a smile in his voice. I lightly touched his face and then walked in to face my punishment.

"WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN! YOU ARE LATE AND I WILL NOT TAKE YOU INTOLLERENCE! YOU HAVE FAILED! YOU WERE ALOMST KILLED ALONG WITH YOUR TWO PARTNERS! YOU MUST REPAY FOR WHAT WE HAVE LOST!" He was yelling at me with such force I was surprized I was still standing. I was almost in tears when two figures walked in, one of all fours and one on two legs. I turned and knew instantly, it was Kina and Akamaru. He walked to the desk and then I could hear the unfolding of a paper. I heard the Anbu in front of me sigh and suddenly he stood up. "You have been given a pardon by the Hokagi, and you will respect his words. He wishes you to go with him and talk over what will be done about your future." I turned around and looked about "Where is he?" I was shocked to hear "It is me." from Kiba. I must have fainted because it was then that I hit the floor.
