The Dream
Where am I? What's this on my hands, could this be blood? but who's? Who's that running....Hinata? But what could she be running from or who? That person behind her could it be....no all I can make out are those eyes the same as Sasuke's? His eyes are so diffrent with a intent to kill.
"Lady Hinata!" Neji tried to yell but his voicedid not reach her 'Why can't she hear me if I can't do anything then she'll...' he thought to himself as she ran torwards him and stopped her face covered in blood and eyes full of fear "Someone please help me!" she screamed scared and out of breath from running but for how long?
The dark figure finally cought up to her and before she could turn to defend herself he drew his katana from where it was hidden and quickly thrusted it through her back, exposing the tip of the blade on the other side and an array of blood showered apon Neji's face.
Seeing her in this state made him fall to his knees faint tears burned his eyes but they never left their place. "You monster! How could you do this to her? You had no right!" he yelled but as he finished his words the figure loomed over him with the katana by his side trickling with blood Hinata's blood.
Raising the blade to strike apon Neji, he screamed in pain as the metal struck him. He awoke panting covered in a cold sweat and placed he right hand on his brow 'Was that real? Or a hellish nightmare?' he sat up searching his surroundings in the room he stayed in.
He had an ominous feeling that someing was near very near "Tommorow I shall talk to Lady Tsunade about this" he said before falling back to sleep. Neji awoke the next morning thinking about his dream while dressing as he made his breakfest the memories of his dream disturbed his now wearysome reality 'It was so real' he shivered sitting down to eat.
While eating he couldn't help but be concerned about Hinata and the clans safety placing his dish in the sink he rushed out the door. Along his way to see Tsunade, he saw Hinata out of the corner of his eye she was with Kiba one of her teammates their current location the candy store. Neji sighed and quickly approached the two "Hinata are you ok? The head house has not talked of anything out of place as of late have they?" asked Neji "Y-yes I am. Why do you seem to be so concerned?" she replied.
"I just had this dream...probably nothing to be worried about anyway" said Neji turning to leave "Then where are you off to in such a hurry if it is nothing to worry about then" said Kiba harshly."Stay out of this mutt this is just my concern" hissed the teen before running off he shoutted a quick 'Take care' under his breath but enough so that she heared him it made her smile and she nodded.
At Tsunade's office he began to explain about his dream about the figure and all of the blood and so many were dead, it felt real, too real, all of those images, the red eyes with no remorse, only bloodlust looming over him the pain of cold metal striking his skin."Red eyes ehh?" she said pondering about the matter "Yes they had the ame look as Sasuke's but much colder" he said with a shiver.
Tsunade knew the answer to the young Hyuga's question but did not want him or anyone else to be involved in such matters."Don't worry kid you have nothing to worry about.If anything should happen, the black-ops are to surely protect the village it is their duty." she said with a smile making him feel more at ease."Thank you for your time Lady Tsunade" he said she watched him leave out of sight and thought to herself 'Could he really be back? Why would he be after the Hyuga clan could it be that he's trying to wipe out all of the clan like he did his own? So then we must protect the clan living in this village'.
"Shizune!" said Tsunade as the young girl rushed to her side "Yes Lady Tsunade? Is something troubling you?" she asked "Shinzune, call up the head of Anbu black-ops and have them guard the walls of konoha. We cannot let a third disaster happen again" said said the woman "Yes ma'am " said Shizune and hurried off. As Neji travled back home he knew that lady Tsunade was hiding something from him.
'Maybe if I can find Sasuke, he can give me some answers I am looking for' he thought to himself he knew there would be only one place he would go a place to get away from people and the annoying girl Sakura. The training fields. Sure enough he was there when Nei aproached the Uchiha took his guard "What do you want" said the raven haired teen sounding annoyed "Relax Sasuke.I didn't come here to fight you. I was wondering if you could answer my questions." said Neji.
"Alright what is it? I don't have time for this" said Sasuke "Is their someone else with eyes like yours? The only one I know of is you and...they are way more crueler" said the teen "You must mean Itachi. My older brother,but why do you ask?" said said the raven now very curious "Its nothing just maybe a warning I had recieved of something that will soon happen. If it does, then I will kill your brother no matter what you say to me, because you should have tooken action much sooner. Or are you scared that your too weak?" said Neji.
"You fool do you honestly think you can beat him! I've trained all my life until the day I should face him and still I am not strong enough to do anything, so what makes you think that you can do any better!" yelled Sasuke "Its my duty to protect my people at any cost. It should have been the same for you but now all you do is blind yourself through rage without thinking clearly about what you can do, so don't preach to me about not being strong enough at least I can see my path clearly!" snapped the teen in the same hateful tone.
The teen left Sasuke speechless and went off to train his mind and body 'I must warn my clan to be alert we may have a major down fall if we do not prepare' he thought to himself as he left the training grounds.
Training went well though he was very tired from the new jutsu's he had mastered going home was not a bad idea yet he couldn't help but feel that someone was near the same person from his dream with a urge to kill and see blood.
"So the Hyuga's are within the village" said Kisame "Yeah our mission is to destroy them" said the dark haired teen with a smirk "When are we attacking?" asked the shark "Night" said the sharingan user.
