Don't be afraid

She was sat on her bed.. Waiting for him to come. But he never came..What was going on? Had he finally decided to leave her? He had no right!! He had no right to left her alone.. Not after their
passionate love making... not after this so beautufil night together. She couldn't imagine it..
couldn't even think about it... not even dreamed about it... the beautiful seventeen girl let
drop two tears and put her chin on her knuckles.. eyes shut and lips bitten..

"Sasuke..."

Was the only broken word that came out of her lips.. He had left her after saying she was his only
one beloved. He had left her after taking her into his arms.. after kissing her.. and making her love...
it was too much for her to handle and she let out a soft cry.

"I miss you... so much..."

She sighed and wiped her tears. It would... never be the same without him.. she knew it..
and she had to compose with it.. She shrugged for a while, feeling long pink strands teasing her nose.
Yes.. she missed the dark ninja... but she would be strong.. well.. she would try to.. as she always had done.. she felt fragile.. like a doll.. unable to control her life... since he had disppeared, she had locked
herself in her private room.. and never went out.. quite a long time.. she wondered what her friends and fellows would think about her but never really mind. All that matter was Sasuke.. and only him.. She heard a noise. Someone was there! even if she had been a long time without training, she still had her knowledges.

"Who is it? show yourself!"

She order in a so cold and confident voice that it surprised the newcomer. He came closer but kept some distance.

"What's going on Sakura? you had been locked here for a long while... why don't you just go away and breath fresh air?"

This voice? no way.. it was Gaara's...Sakura bit her lower lip and uttered.

"Please... go away.."

He didn't pay attention to her orders and risked a hand on her shoulder.

"Why?... are you like this?... so broken.. inside.. and outside."

She opened her eyes and lit her head..her big emmerald eyes made contact with his dark blue ones. He wasn't like always.. she could feel a bit of.. compassion inside of him.. somehow.. he knew what she
was feeling.. alone.. without anything to stay with.. just alone with her fears. and her nightmares..

"I told you to... GO AWAY!"

She screamed, trying to kick his head, but he stoped her attack with one hand. He griped firmly her anckle. She widened her eyes and tried to give him another kick with her free one.. but he made a move and she hit the air. falling back on her bed, she sat and looked at him. He was staring at her.. memorizing her.. trying to understand. how had she became so beautiful.. Her silky pink hair had grown so much that it was teasing her bottom...she had a porcelain skin. that seemed to glow under the moonlight.. her body was too tempting.. fully grown, with curves that damned a saint and accentuated by the unique large and short pink t shirt she was wearing. She had nice features and looked mature
and sexy.. yes.. she was damn sexy and Garra only gulped. It was the only thing he could do.. but when he saw her eyes, he made up his mind. She looked desesperate.. almost lost and somewhere else. she was too sad... too sad for him. Where was the happy-annoying Sakura everybody knew? where was the one who cared about others? where was this name she used to say? Sasuke?... She looked so icy and so.. strange he felt his world disturbed.

"Sakura..."

He began to say. She put her foot on the floor and gently stroke her arms.

"Sakura.. listen to me... everyone sent me in order to check you... We're.. worried.."

He searched for the words.. after that.. he wasn't used to say this kind of words.. but her hurted face turned into an angry one.. Why was she angry? Sakura stood up and smacked his face.

"I FEEL GOOD!! I'M HAPPY!!! CAN'T YOU SEE IT? LEAVE ME ALONE GAARA! LEAVE ME ALL ALONE!!"

She yelled at him before giving him several punch on his chest.. He could feel her sadness.. he could smell it.. he could see it overhelming him...She was in fact sad.. and maybe lost.. this would be the reason why she hadn't left her room since the Uchiha's depart. She burst in tears and held his shirt tight.

"Why had he left me? Why am I still in love with him? why did I fall in love with a bastard like this?! Why can't I be happy in my life? is it too much to ask? is it?!"

She tremble and sniffed and Gaara did something that surprised him.. he took her in his arms...holding her tight against him...He couldn't help, but felt the urge to cheer her up..to be there for her....She widened her eyes and whispered.

"Gaara?. what.. are you doing?"

He smiled at her and took her chin.

"Sakura. I want to be there for you.. you had always been there for us... even for me.. but I.. nobody was there for you... what happened with Sasuke... the day before he left.. wasn't...wasn't.. love...He just..used this way to completely say... Adieu...to you... He wouldn't have left you.. without taking your purity.. without just saying you these.. words..."

She shrugged and whispered.

"Which words?"

His lips trembled and he uttered the words.

"I love you..."

She turned he head... sobbing...it was so strange to hear him saying these words.. it was like if he was saying it.. to her.. was he in love with her? or was he just trying to make her feel better?..

"I... I know.. I... I wouldn't...I... wouldn't have to...to think...I...I'm sorry.."

She dug her gaze in his and shivered. She was waiting his answer.. She needed him to talk to her.

"Hush... Sakura.. you need to have someone.. who would take care of you...who would.. show you what love is..."

He hadn't recognize himself..he felt warm... He caressed her long silky hair and kissed her forehead.

"Someone? but who would?... Nobody... nobody would...I. I should stay there....with.."

She was silented by his kiss. What? he was kissing her...
