Summary:
Tsunade is upset with the level of her new kunoichi, most lacked the strength needed on a battlefield because they lacked discipline and humility. What better way to teach them those things then through a six-month service period?

Notes:
Okay I always complain about the lack of yuri and het but I haven’t contributed a lot myself. This is also an experiment for me so please be nice criticism is appreciated not flames. Enjoy.

I write dominant Hinata because I like her that way. I believe in every shy person is a vibrant dominating personality that wants out. Please don’t tell me she’s OOC I’ll explain how she got that way later on.

P.S. I hate ten ten so dont expect too much of her this story...

Let us begin…

The Kazekage was here so it wasn’t like she could just smash the hell out of her desk. Tsunade chewed at her lip as she looked on at the scene in frustration, this was so humiliating. Two of the teachers that she had lined up for three of her valued kunoichi had flat out quit because of the three girls’ terrible attitude and blatant disrespect. Ino had completely humiliated Yuugao and pinned the woman to a brick wall with some senbon and Sakura poisoned her with some hallucinogens. Ino and Sakura both stood before her hands at their sides watching her with the utmost confidence, as if they were above reprimand.

“So you believe that the people I ask to train you are all a joke?”

“No, Tsunade-Sama,” was the chorused reply.

“Hah, it doesn’t seem that way to me. You humiliate and poison and put one of my close friends, a woman who was supposed to teach you the finer points of surveillance and you don’t have the decency to at least bow your head when awaiting my reprimand.” Tsunade wracked her mind for something… anything, anything that would drive the point home to these girls. Then it occurred to her in a flash. “She quit the moment before I called for you, are you all aware of that?”

“Yes, Tsunade-Sama.”

With one snap Tsunade’s Anbu was at her side. “I only need one of you.” She said as she scribbled a note onto a slip of paper quickly. “Ram, take this deliver it. Be fast I want her to have time to prepare, if she chooses to accept.” With a bow, ram grabbed the scroll and darted out the window. Tsunade turned to her guest and sighed, “I apologize profusely Kazekage-sama, I know there are things you’d rather be doing than waiting for me to-”

“It’s alright I actually happen to be interested in who you are going to send them to train with, if it’s not too confidential.”

“If I may inquire as to why.”

“Well I’m sure my student, Matsuri, would benefit from training of any kind, I’m sad to say she’s actually extremely limited when it comes to her abilities. Temari also was talking about finding a master…”

“Oh… ” Tsunade smiled slightly and shrugged, “She specializes in a different kind of training, although she is a very good kunoichi I wouldn’t send them to her for anything besides chakra control and surveillance. Those are the two things she excels at, but this training is very different.”

“Who are some of her subordinates?”

“Um… I know for sure, Hyuga Neji and one of my Chunin Moegi. Yet again I stress that this isn’t that kind of training.” Tsunade raised an eyebrow when Neji walked into her office with the scroll she had sent her Anbu with moments before. “Ah her reply?”

Neji bowed and began, “Hinata-Sama” Tsunade’s leveled look pulled the complaints and sounds of disbelief from the kunoichi’s lips. “Says that se will have no problem what so ever doing as you asked. She does however require for each one of her new subordinates to each have what is listed here three changes of clothing ad she would also like for the matter to remain confidential with and for all parties, if at anytime she believes that the contract she sent with me is broken then she will cease her services.”

The sanin nodded and took the scroll from Neji her eyes reading through the list and contract. “Oh please tell Hina-chan that Kazekage Sama would like to speak with her.” Tsunade gauged Neji’s reaction from behind the scroll. A smirk played across her lips as she felt a spike of killing intent in the room, Neji turned to look at Garra with burning white eyes. “Well girls report to Shizune Immediately she too has been notified of what she needs to do so just go there and get it over with. After that you are to go directly to The Hyuga estate at the agate you will meet Neji and do as he instructs. Is that clear?”

“Yes, Hokage-Sama.” The duo bowed and left the room.

Shizune huffed as she pulled her fingers away from Ino’s chest. “Finally… I’m done.”

“Um… sempai what is this?” sakura looked at the mark on her chest and wrinkled her nose at the small purple diamond that she and her friend had received.

“These are chakra seals… They will prevent any, and I do mean any chakra that you possess from being used, they also make your nerves tree times as sensitive. They also have a shock mechanism that can only be activated by the person’s who’s blood was used as a sacrifice. After you have severed your six month sentence they will be released.”

Sakura’s eyes widened in size as her jaw dropped. “Six months!?”

“You’ve got to be joking! Please, Shizune!” Ino whined as she tried to gather her chakra for a simple henge. After seven tried Ino let her hands drop to her sides and clenched her fist as she bit back tears. “This is unfair! Can’t you just release it Shizune?”.

The brunette shook her head and sighed, “I’m sorry, these orders came straight from Tsunade. There was no refusal this time… She’s given you to Hyuga Hinata for six months. I was told unless you completed the time you the seal will not be removed and you’ll be working in the file room until you turned forty.” Shizune smiled at the girls, “Well at least you know who you’ll have to serve. Hinata-Chan’s not bad at all!” The girls left with uneasy nods and halfhearted smiles.

As they made their way to the Hyuga compound the uneasy silence began to lift off of them. Sakura turned to her blonde friend and gave her a steady smile. “It could be worse, right?”

Ino scoffed and waved a hand, “we’re going to be a the beck in call of some one younger than all of us!”

“Hinata’s not a bad person, a little quiet but she’s not evil or anything.” It grew quiet again, “We’ll be alright! It’s not like we’re serving some one like Kiba, who would have forced us into bikini’s to feed him grapes.”

“Ha! Wrong forehead!” Ino’s finger wagged back and forth for a moment before she grinned widely. “He’d make us feed him fries! Kiba would never even think of touching something even remotely healthy!” The other two broke out into giggles. As they approached the gates that surrounded the Hyuga estates their mirth began to dissolve ending completely once they saw Neji waiting just outside of the gates. The tree of them came to a stop in front of him openly staring. “Um…Neji?”

He looked so different with his hair loose, forehead bared in a simple white linen tunic and pants. The young man rolled his eyes and turned on his heel. “It’s a twenty minute walk to Hinata’s sama’s place. I’ll explain some things to you before we get there. Tsunade had what Hinata-sama had requested delivered….”

The golden gates closed behind the group with a loud clang. Ino’s stomach went cold and lost it’s bottom. She had six months left on this compound, behind those golden gates. She struggled to refocus her attention on Neji who was leading them to their new residence.

“Hinata-sama and her father live in separate places Hinata-sama’s manor is completely secured and private. Hinabi, her little sister, lives there with her us. If you ever hear Hinabi crying just ignore it, it just means that Hinata told her she couldn’t have something or punished her. Unfortunately when she lived with Hiashi-Sama she was spoiled like crazy. Dinner is always on the table at seven, it’s in your best interest not to be late. When you are given an order, trust me, it’s best that you comply immediately if not sooner.” Neji’s monologue ended after led them through many streets and larges houses as well as the occasional apartment complex. They all approached the large house with a wrap around porch and a front lawn. “If you don’t want my advice, don’t take it.”


Neji walked into the house and removed his sandals as soon as his bare foot touched the ground the others had followed suit. The Hyuga let the henge drop leaving the thick collar around his neck in plain view. “After you remove your shoes kneel and wait for Hinata-Sama to come.” Neji stretched and looked at them through half lidded eyes a smirk spreading over his pink lips. “I look forward to seeing how you fair through this. You will most definitely learn to appreciate the attention given to you, but don’t enjoy it too much. If any of you think you have a snowballs chance in hell to please my master, you better reevaluate the situation. Things will never be easy for you because I’m rather selfish.”
