Meanwhile inside the Mental Healing Unit of the Hidden Leaf Medical Unit the cheif medical officer, Sakura Haruno was currently tending to the village's heroic warrior, Naruto Uzumaki. Jiryiya "Whatever that dream is follow it all the way to its end." Tobias thanks Jiryiya for his advice before helping him on his way towards the hot spring then like a streak of lightning Tobias races off towards the Medical Unit to visit Sakura. Meanwhile back inside the Mental Healing Unit Naruto was still pounding Sakura's streched tailhole as the echidna inner walls squeezes around the fox thick kunai sending him over the edge.
