Why Orange?

First of all I'd like to apologize for not updating yersterday, a storm took out the internet at my college which is the only place I have internet access. Second, I give you people fair warning, I made myself queasy the first half of this chapter.

Itachi:You made me queasy.

T.W.:O.O No way. Really?

Itachi:Yes really.

Chapter 10 One Angry Uchiha

Two men were knocked out and tied up on the floor of Naruto's apartment. The third's neck was held in the vise-like grip of a pissed off Uchiha. Sasuke snarled at the man, "Why are trying to trash Naruto's apartment?"

"Because the little freak deserves it!"

Sasuke tightened his grip for an instant, making the man gasp for air, then relaxed it just enough to allow him to breathe.

"Naruto has never done anything to you. He holds the Kyuubi, he is not the fox. He's innocent of any of the Kyuubi's crimes and he doesn't deserve to be punished for them."

"You don't really know the monster you call friend. He is the Kyuubi. I've seen it."

"Explain."

"One night thirteen years ago, on the fifth anniversary of the Kyuubi attack, we decided to mess with the so-called vessel. We broke in past the barricade that brat had tried to block the door with. The stupid freak didn't even wake up. We started breaking the furniture to pieces and my friend Jaken went over to the sleeping demon and said, 'It's pretty cute for a monster. I wonder if a fox is as good as a bitch.'

Jaken shook it awake. When it opened its eyes, it tried to scream, but Jaken covered its mouth with his hand. He pulled the monster off the bed and subdued it, even though the thing was kicking and scratching. Once he had it pinned, Jaken cut away it's pajamas saying, 'A demon doesn't need clothes anyway.'

Jaken started fondling the demon and it began to whimper fearfully. Just as Jaken was about to fuck the little monster saying, 'Well it is a vessel after all,' an awful red chakra surrounded the demon and sliced Jaken into pieces. We ran, but I looked back and saw the fox around the demon brat as it curled up into itself.

Your friend is the Kyuubi and it killed Jaken. That freak deserves to die."

Sasuke felt his stomache churn as he absorbed the man's words and remembered that Naruto had said that he would try to barricade himself in his apartment during the festival. He also recalled that Naruto had said that only Sasuke had ever been allowed to touch him intimately. Kami he was almost raped when he was five.' Sasuke could see a five year old Naruto struggling against a bigger, stronger man, in his mind's eye. He could see a small, frightened Naruto curled into a fetal position with only Kyuubi's chakra to protect him. Sasuke felt his heart break for the child Naruto had been.

His anger skyrocketed and his Sharingan spun wildly as his fury peaked. The man in his grip was obviously an idiot because he said, "Ever since that night the other two who saw it true nature and I have broken in to punish the Kyuubi but it's never here."

Sasuke's grip tightened until the man's eyes were almost popping out of their sockets. It every atom of control Sasuke had ever had not to kill the slimeball right there, but he knew that he had to bring the asshole and his sick friends to the Hokage so they could be delt with legally. If Sasuke killed them without informing the Hokage about why and proving it, he would be in some very deep shit. He yanked the scumbucket forward and growled, "I'm taking to to the Hokage and you will tell her everything you just told me or I will torture you to death using techniques that make Morino Ibiki look like an amature."

The man shivered in fear. He had no doubt that the enraged ninja would make good on the threat.

the next day:Oct 10th
Tsunade had completely destroyed her office and had to borrow the Hyuga meeting room in the morning, so that she could rip the council to small bleeding pieces, verbally. By the time she had finished telling the hard-headed bastards just how much Naruto had suffered at the hands of the villagers he was so adament about protecting, several had vomited, the rest looked queasy, and every single one withdrew all protest about Naruto being Tsunade's heir.

Tsunade had a much harder time telling Naruto's friends and the senseis. Iruka had cried silently, while Kakashi had punched the wall before comforting Iruka. Jiraya was making a big dent in Tsunade's sake supply, every kunoichi but Sakura had cried, and a few of Naruto's male friends had thrown up and the ones who hadn't were a little green around the gills. Sakura was standing quietly in a corner frowning. Tsunade, knowing her apprentice, told everyone but Neji and Sakura to go home and asked Neji to wait outside before she called for him.

Everyone filed out, leaving Sakura and Tsunade alone.

"Tsunade-shishou where is Sasuke-kun?"

"I had to sedate him to keep him from killing the men. As much as would like to have them executed, Konoha's laws won't allow it, all I could do was exile them."

Tsunade waited for Sakura's explosion, it wasn't long in coming.

"Damn those bastards to hell," Sakura slammed her fists into the floor repeatedly until she was exausted. She slumped on the floor with her hands splayed on it and her head hanging down as tears fell, "Damn them."

Tsunade crouched beside her, patting her shoulder comfortingly, "I know Sakura, I know."

After the young kunoichi finished crying, Tsunade sent her home and called Neji in.

"Neji I want you to go to Suna and let the Kazekage know about this. Also, you are to tell Naruto that we all know about this and still love him the same."

"What of Uchiha?"

"He's sedated until Naruto returns. He was uncontrolably, albeit understandably, homicidal when I ordered exile as the men's punishment. Took three ANBU to hold him back while I knocked him out."

Neji nodded, he was feeling a little murderous himself.

"I'll leave immediatly Hokage-same."

"Good. You're dismissed."

Neji bowed and left the room and Tsunade went to join Jiraya in getting drunk.

Neji had almost finished packing when he heard a light knock on his door.

"Come in Hinata-sama."

The shy girl came in fidgiting with a brightly wrapped box.

"N-Neji-nii-san could you give this to Naruto-kun for me please?"

Neji smiled and put the box in his pack.

"Is there any message you'd like me to convey to him for you?"

She smiled gently, "Yes, please tell him that I hope he and Sasuke-san will be very happy together."

Neji raised his eyebrows, he'd known how the two 'rivals' really felt about each other but had been unaware that they had finally begun a relationship. 'Sometimes I forget that Hinata-sama is more perceptive than I about such things.'

"I will tell him, " he closed his pack and turned to leave.

"Neji-nii-san."

"Yes?"

"I've almost convinced father to support your decision to move to Suna."

Neji blinked in surprise, "Thank you Hinata-chan."

She smiled as Neji left.

Okay, now that that's done let me just say, oh Spoiler Warning that Orochimaru's true form in chapter 344 gives me the screaming willies. I mean a giant snake made up of a bunch of smaller ones? Ewwww, and yet I had an awww moment at the end of the chapter with the flashback of him finding the snake skin and all that, he actually looked(shudders)cute. That's just wrong.

Sai:It was a rather sweet sentiment about his parents.

T.W.:I don't care! He's an evil parasite, he's not supposed to be cute! EVER! and where were you earlier?

Sai:There was no way I was going to sit through the first half of this chapter.

T.W.:Ah, I see. Well people tell me if you like it, tell me if you hate it, ask any questions you want and don't spazz, the three men will get theirs in a couple chapters. And the next chapter will have Neji in a more 'active' role, if you know what I mean ;) Ja ne!
