Remember

"I remember that day because it was the hardest battle in my life."



Neji started to slowly walk to the left, which holding his stance. Kiba smiled again reaching into this pack. Pulling out a soldier pill, Kiba rubbed it between his finger and thumb.



Eyeing the soldier pill Neji could tell he had to keep his guard up, "If you back off now, I will let you go unharmed." Giving a tsh sound Kiba stood his ground not giving any signs of leaving. "Its your own fault...for staying."



"Thats fine, a man doesn't stand down his challenges," Kiba said as he put the pill into his mouth crunching down on it. As Neji watched Kiba swallow the pill, he could see large amounts of charka going around Kiba's body.



Suddenly Kiba was off into a dash coming around the back of Neji. Giving a fast reaction Neji moved into his, Eight Trigrams Empty Palm. The glow of blue charka covered Neji in a blue dome. Kiba jumped back avoiding the defense to only attack back with Shikyaku no Jutsu. His four legged beast form spun at a rapped rate only to bounce off Neji's counter attack.



Kiba landed on the ground to the right of Neji, feeling his body become heavy. "There has to be a way to get around that shield.." Kiba thought as he eyed the area around Neji. Suddenly the thought came to him, "Not around or above...but BELOW!" Getting down on all fours Kiba dug his fingers into the ground. "Lets get wild!"



"Don't get cocky, you damn dog," Neji hissed as he raised his right hand up, pouring chakra into it.



"You wont have worry about that much longer," Kiba grinned as he pushed himself forward, making his hand signs, "Tsūga!" A gust of wind appeared around Kiba as he started to spin at a fast rate causing Neji to fall back into his defensive position. But as he started to make his 180 degree defense, Neji couldn't see that Kiba pushed his attack straight into the ground. Without any warning Kiba emerged under Neji's feet punching him straight in the jaw.



Feeling Kiba's fist against his chin, Neji's body was knocked back, causing him to fall to the ground. Blood started to run from Neji's mouth, freezing down his chin. Using his hand, he started to wipe the iced blood from his face.



"I see that you are still weak to such an attack, no wonder Naruto beat you all those years ago!" Kiba mocked, putting his hands on his hips. Akamaru gave a small yip, causing Kiba turn his back on Neji. "Your right Akamaru, he is...AHHH!" Without being given a second to Neji hand his hands positioned on Kiba's neck and lower back.



"You never turn your back on your oppoinante, Naruto should have taught you that," Neji smiled as he released his fingers. Kiba fell to his knees, releasing a cough of blood to the ground. "If you don't stop here, you might actually become seriously injured."



Scrapping the hard ground with his claws, Kiba looked down seeing the red hot liquid drip from his mouth. Turning his head to the side, he could see his companion whining, unsure of what to do. "Its fine Akamaru, I will end this..." Kiba coughed, while rubbing his mouth against his leather sleeve. Staggering to his feet Kiba started to titter from side to side. Turning to face Neji, Kiba got back into attack position.



"You must have a death wish, you mutt," Neji said returning to his fighting stance.



"I wont let you...win," Kiba choked, tasting the metallic taste in his mouth. As Kiba started to run towards his prey, a dark shadow jumped infront of him causing a hard stop.



"KIBA! Thats enough!" The female commanded, almost growling at him.



"Nee-chan..? Nee-chan, GET OUT OF THE WAY!" Kiba blurted realizing that his sister, Hana. Her body was covered up with a long jacket and long pants but one could see her muscles through the thick layers. Having her hand tied back, her face wasn't hidden causing people to look at her fangs that pressed against her lips. Hana's almost wolf like appearance almost caused one to step back and take a second look.



"Kiba, BACK OFF!" Hana commanded again. "He is a member of Konoha, he isn't your enemy. And if you don't step back, I will make you set back," Hana growled as she turned her head back facing Kiba.



Neji released his Byukegn, and stood from his defensive stance. He had meet Hana before, when he first became a Jounin, and he knew she wasn't a woman to take lightly.



"Neji-sama, go home, I don't know why you came, but you best leave," Hana turned her attention back to Neji.



"But Nee-chan we aren't finished!" Kiba screamed, and as suddenly as he screamed Hana punched him straight in the gut. Causing more blood to cough from his lips. "Nee..chan."



"That is enough from you," Hana stated holding Kiba up with her arm. "Akamaru, come!" Akamaru whined softly as he approched Hana. "Take him home." Walking under Hana's arm, Akamaru readied himself for Kiba's weight. Hana placed Kiba on the white beast's back, laying him down gently. Giving one more look to Neji and Hana, Akamaru jumped into the trees and was gone.



Neji watched as the dog had vanished into the tree line before looking at Hana. "Excuse me, Hana-sama," Neji replied as he bowed, knowing it would be best to leave from her sights.



"Neji," Hana said softly, "If you ever try to kill my brother or attack my brother again," Hana paused taking a breath, "I will personally take you out, personally." And without blinking an eye, Hana was gone, leaving Neji alone in the darkness.
