hey guys

sorry for the late update but life is hectic at the moment with essays, presentations and the up coming exams.
anyways wasnt to sure if i was going to post this or not as i am not satisfied with it, but both my beta said it was good and that it was one of those necessary chapters, but there is smutt (or how u spell it=)) in it though. hehe.

well i hope u guys dont get disappointed.

anyways on a happier note, wish my beta Kisun all the best with her second interview for the south korean job.

thank you to everyone that responded to me for the last chapter, it is feeding my addiction to write more.
and also want to thank both my betas who are so kind to take time of their busy schedules to beta the chapters for me.

it is a bit short authors note this time, please dont be angry for me not responding to each question i just have gotten back from my class and it is 10.30 pm, she kept us in class for an extra hour and 15 ... grrr so tired will have a shower before i sit down and do some more work. blah.

well hope you enjoy and look out for a new chaoter in about 2 weeks, should be done with all my exams the 13 of december.

Naruto stared into the black onyx eyes that were staring back at him, not sure what he was doing there himself, the blond did not know what to answer.

“Well … ??” Sasuske said as he walked up to Naruto and waved with his hand telling the blond to move so he could open the door. Naruto quickly moved away to give Sasuke room, blushing a little for the act of stupidity.

“I… I dunno why … I” Naruto felt himself blushing even more, thinking that raven haired man must think he was such an idiot right now. Sasuke watched the blond boy, who stood with his hands in his jacket pockets with his eyes fixed to the floor and a faint red colour across his face. He sighed, when Naruto was looking like that, a faint hint of a smile appeared on Sasuke’s face.

“Dobe, get in before all the heat disappears from the flat” the raven haired man said. Naruto looked up a little surprised but happy, he was not sure how long he had been standing in front of the older man’s door but it had to have been a while since he noticed that he was cold. The blond boy nodded towards Sasuke and walked into the flat.

“Sorry for intruding” Naruto said in a low voice as Sasuke closed the front door, he bent down and took off his shoes and placed the jacket on the coat hanger right next to the door before stepping into the small but cosy flat. Strange really, how he had only been here 3 times and yet he felt very at home in the small space. Sasuke hung his jacket next to Naruto’s and followed the blond into the flat, but instead of sitting down in the living room he went straight to the kitchen to pick up some of the leftovers from his takeaway dinner.

“Want anything to drink” Sasuke asked as he roamed around in the kitchen.

“Sure” the blond boy replied from where he was sitting on the sofa.

“What do you want? I only have water or coke” Sasuke opened the fridge to see the almost empty bottle of coke standing in the fridge door. “Never mind, there is only one glass of coke left in the bottle”

Naruto chuckled a bit, despite the fact that Sasuke looked like a very organised and neat person, he was quite the opposite.

“Water thanks” he replied. Naruto leaned back on to the sofa staring up at the ceiling; his mind was drifting back to the hotel room. Orochimaru had been serious; Naruto had never seen the man act so affectionate to him before, the question still remained, could he leave what he had behind and start off somewhere else? Naruto sighed; it was going to be a long 6 months.

“Here” Sasuke held the glass of water over the blond’s head; Naruto reached for the glass and lifted his head back up watching Sasuke sitting down at the other end of the sofa. Again, there was complete silence between the two, but it wasn't an awkward silence, it was just silence. While Sasuke was eating the rest of his leftover dinner, Naruto was staring into his empty glass, his mind working full power, for some reason he could not forget the words Orochimaru had said to him, usually he could easily let things like that slide off. He had lost count of how many had asked him to leave his position as a host and come with them and every time Naruto had only smiled and said ‘I am a creature of the night, my place is not amongst those who live in light’ which was the truth, but sometimes he did miss the daylight.

“Ne, can I ask you something?” Naruto looked up from his empty glass. Sasuke put his plate down on to the small table and picked up his own glass of water, wishing it was sake.

“Sure” he replied in a monotone voice before taking a sip of the water.

“Have you ever been in love?” Naruto was a little surprised of the words that came out of his mouth; he was not really sure why he was asking such a personal question. The raven haired man paused his movement for a second before placing the glass back down on the table.

“Love …” Sasuke leaned back and let his head rest on the edge of the sofa, love was an emotion his family lacked in every way. His parent’s marriage had been an agreement between the two families, there was no love only tolerance of the other person. Much like their lives, Sasuke and his older brother’s lives had been planned, their father was the head of the Uchiha hospital and expected that both brothers would inherit it when the time came. Itachi had happily accepted his fate; fresh out of Japan’s best University he had taken his place as apprentice legal advisor for the hospital under the supervision of his father’s right hand man, Kisame. Being the younger of the two brothers, Sasuke had always been left in the shadows, everything he did was always being compared to what his brother had done at the same age. Nothing had been good enough; it was expected because he was an Uchiha.

His mother … she was a figure he had hardly ever seen, she would spend her time in the garden tending to her flowers. The only time she would leave them was when her husband had to attend a dinner or other occasions where his ‘lovely’ wife’s present was required. Sasuke was sure that if she ever took up acting she would win an Oscar, nobody faked emotions as well as her.

“The word love doesn’t reside in my vocabulary nor does it exist amongst my emotions” Sasuke said after a long pause.

“I see” Naruto sighed a little before placing his empty glass on the table; somehow he felt that he and Sasuke might share the same bond when it came to the word love.

“Why do you ask?” The raven haired man asked still not taking his eyes way from the ceiling, this conversation had turned a bit too serious for his own liking but at the same time he was curious as to why the blond had asked.

“No special reason, just wondering.” The blond turned to watch Sasuke as he lay there half slouched in the sofa staring at the ceiling, the urge to kiss the man became strong as he watched the man’s eyelids open and close, there was no denying it Sasuke was extremely sexy. Naruto moved from the sofa and sat himself on top of Sasuke’s lap and stared straight in to the black eyes when the man jerked his head up to see what the added weight on his lap was.

“Hey … would you run after me if I left?” Naruto said as he closed the distance between their faces, gently letting their lips touch.

“What are you talk …. hmf … we hardly … mmm… know … mmm .. each other” Sasuke manage before the kiss became more fierce.

‘Of course not’ Naruto had to laugh inwardly at himself, what kind of stupid question was that? Sasuke was not sure why the boy had initiated the intimate moment but he didn't oppose to it, it had been a while since he and Neji had sex and after last time's mind-blowing blow job he was more than willing to find out what the boy was like in bed.

Naruto felt Sasuke’s hands unbuttoning his shirt and exposing his chest, the older man let his hands gently slide over the well tanned and muscled chest before letting his thumb and index fingers concentrate on the hardening nipples.

“Mmmm” Naruto moaned into the kiss as he felt Sasuke play with his nipples, but his enjoyment was cut short as he felt Sasuke’s warm hands leave the sensitive area. Sasuke smirked when he felt Naruto’s chest searching for his hands.

“tease” the blond said beginning to kiss down the raven haired man’s jaw line moving towards the side of his neck, searching for a sensitive spot as he unbuttoned the man’s black shirt.

“ah …” Sasuke let a small moan escape through his lips as he felt Naruto bite gently yet hard enough to send pleasurable signals to his brain, smirking to himself, Naruto continued his gentle kisses and bit down the man’s chest. Reaching the nipples, he began playing with them, feeling them grow harder and harder each time he let his tongue flick over it.

“Ah …” Sasuke was becoming more and more aroused, Naruto had not even touched his lover part and it was already so painfully hard he could hardly stand it.

“Bed …” he managed to pant earning the look of those beautiful blue eyes staring at him followed by a big grin. Naruto nodded in agreement and began shifting himself off the lap, but suddenly he felt two strong hands around his ass and with one swift movement he was lifted.

“Whoa!?!” Naruto wrapped his arms around Sasuke’s neck as the raven haired man carried him to the bed, feeling a little embarrassed Naruto could not help but blush a little. Now Naruto knew the muscles he had seen earlier was not just for show, he closed the distance between their lips and kissed the raven haired man hard. For some reason Naruto felt himself becoming more aroused than he had been before, usually it was only his lower half that reacted but now his whole body was hot and he could hardly stand it.

When they reached the bedroom Sasuke tossed Naruto on to the bed, making him bounce up in the air when he hit the mattress. Sasuke removed his shirt and climbed onto the bed and on top of the blond boy, kissing his way down to the trouser edge. Sasuke quickly removed the offensive fabrics covering the blond’s lower part of his body, staring at the naked body in front of him, the older man smiled.

“Are you just going to stare at it or are you going to do something?” Naruto asked, the intensive gaze Sasuke had on him made him feel very vulnerable.

“So impatient” the man replied before leaning down, only inches away from the blond’s manhood, “is this what you want?”

Back in the bed, Sasuke squeezed some lotion on to his hand and began coating his fingers, Naruto watched in anticipation knowing full well where those fingers were going.

“Lay down” Sasuke instructed, Naruto complied and lay back spreading his legs a little showing Sasuke he was ready, the raven haired man smiled before locking their lips together. Gently, he let one finger circle around the blond's entrance before pressing the first digit in. Naruto hissed as he felt the intrusion; however, it was a good intrusion. Nodding his head as they kissed, Naruto indicated he was ready for a second finger, Sasuke happily complied and added the second finger and began a scissoring movement to stretch the boy. It took less time to adjust to the second finger but then again Naruto had already been stretched once this morning.

“Sasuke …” Naruto moaned into the kiss and began fiddling with his trouser, Sasuke lifted his hips to help the boy rid him of his clothing.

Sasuke’s eyelids were becoming heavier and it did not help with Naruto gently wiping him down. Not long after Naruto had tossed the shirt back on to the floor they both fell asleep next to each other, like two lovers.
