Sweet, Innocent Hinata-Chan (COMPLETE!!!!!)

(A/N: I TOTALLY forgot to mention this! In the beginning of the previous chapter, there's an * next to something Naruto is thinking. When he is thinking about the footsteps of the guards coming, he makes a similar expression and comment like Black Mamba/The Bride/Beatrice Kidd in Kill Bill Vol 1. when he thought it was actually gonna be a lot easier to challange Hiashi just like Uma Thurman (the actress in Kill Bill) thought it was gonna be a lot easier to kill Lucy Liu who played O-ren Ishi (the main second enemy) who was a powerful yakuza boss and the boss of all bosses. GHOSTWRITER MO YOU WERE TOTALLY RIGHT!!!!!!! *squeals!!!* Lol, just thought I'd bring that up! And it never ceases to amaze me how freaking funny some of these comments are! TenTen groaned, feeling a throb shooting through her head as she opened her eyes.

"Ow...what happened...?"

Her eyes fully widened when she remembered what'd happened. She sat up, realizing she was laying on a futon in what looked like an old hut with a small fire going in the middle. She cursed herself for sitting up so soon and grabbed her stomach.

"Damn...Where the hell...?"

"Ah, you're finally awake."

TenTen's head turned to look at the entrance of the hut where she saw a young man wearing an all black outfit with a black scarf over his head and a black cloth over his nose and mouth. He obviously didn't wanna be seen.

"Don't be afraid, Hinata Hyuuga. I'm not gonna hurt you."

Hinata Hyuuga...? What the hell? TenTen's eyes widened when she realized she was still transformed as Hinata! She resisted the urge to slap her palm against her forehead. Thank god this jutsu only used so much chakra otherwise TenTen was sure she'd be dead by now. She sighed, looking at her kidnapper.

"Where are we?"

"Some place Naruto or the other shinobi will ever find you."

"Hinata" stood up and stretched her bones, still dressed in her white yukata from the Main Branch. She walked over to the entrance and looked around. The moon was still high in the air and she was surrounded by nothing but forest, god only knew which one. She sniffed the air a little bit, but couldn't smell the fresh, earthy smell of konoha. She sighed and looked at her captor.

"I'm going home."

When she felt his strong hand on her shoulder, she looked over her shoulder with a glare.

"Release me."

He was almost tempted to with that colder-than-ice glare coming from her eyes. He thought Hinata Hyuuga was gentle and innocent and above all, very timid.

"I'm afraid I cannot do that, Hinata-Sama."

She pulled her shoulder away and turned to look at him.

"Under who's orders?"

"The Hyuuga family. Until they complete the wedding preparations, I am not at liberty to let you go."

Wedding preparations? Were they trying to surprise the REAL Hinata? Still, TenTen wanted to go home.

"Well,"

She pulled a hidden scroll from inside of her yukata sleeve and sighed.

"That's just too bad. I was hoping I wouldn't have to use this. Damn."

"And exactly what the hell do you expect me to be afraid of? Are you gonna draw me something, little girl?"

He wondered how many men that glare killed if any. He wouldn't run away, less Hiashi had his head on a platter.

"Final chance, you creep. Let me go."

If this girl was bluffing, she would have taken her chances already to escape. He swallowed nervously, the sweat becoming obvious. He watched her take a step forward and he braced himself...

"BOO!"

He jumped back a good ten feet and watched the Hyuuga heiress nearly die laughing.

"What is WRONG with you?" she laughed.

"HEY! Goddammit...! That's it! I've had enough of this! Screw Hiashi's orders, you've got a mouth on you and I'm gonna break that pretty little jaw of yours!"

As he charged at her, she sighed, unrolling the scroll. Before her assailant could even attack her, he found himself pinned to a nearby tree to over fifty kunai and other various sharp weapons. He watched "Hinata" roll up the scroll and smile.

"Well, if that is all, I'll be leaving now. Give my regards to my...um, father."

She turned around, instantly bumping into someone and instantly apologized.

"Sorry about that...!"

She looked up only to see Hiashi Hyuuga himself. His blue eyes were glaring at her and he chuckled.

"Been doing some extra training on the side I see, Hinata."

She swallowed nervously, wondering if Hiashi had ever seen her, as TenTen, battle. He's seen her train, but...

"Where did you learn that technique?"

"From...from Neji-Niisama! He learned in from TenTen-Chan."

The fates were obviously on her side because Hiashi smiled approvingly.

"Ah, Neji...Hinata-Chan,"

She watched as his look turned serious and he turned his back to her to look up at the roving moon crossing the sky.

"I want you to understand what I did was for your own good. Naruto Uzamaki...while he is an excellent shinobi and powerful as well as wise...Just isn't the one for you. We want you to marry into the family and preserve the Hyuuga bloodline, which is why...We have already chosen a husband for you."

TenTen's eyes nearly bugged out of head.

"But...but how is that fair?! Neji-Niisama got to choose his bride!"

"Hmph..." he chuckled a little.

He turned and looked at her.

"No, he hasn't. I will only humor his whims for a while more."

He couldn't help but notice how Hinata seemed to be shaking from shock. Tears suddenly cascaded down her face and she barely squeaked out,

"Who...who is Neji marrying then?"

Hiashi seemed to smile as he placed his hand on her shoulder.

"Neji will be marrying YOU, Hinata-Chan."

TenTen did her best from fainting, from screaming, from crying hysterically.

"But...! But Neji is her...Neji-Niisama is my cousin!"

"Be that as it may, we've intergrated family this way for a very long time. Well...with the exception of my brother Hisashi and myself. Such a beauty your mother is..."

He sighed, turning to see "Hinata" was obviously still reeling from shock. She'd stopped crying, but the look in her eyes were almost soulless.

"I understand how difficult must be for you. But Neji will make you a fine husband. He has improved greatly, despite being only of a branch family, but with his marriage to you, it will be obvious he will of course be Main Branch after the wedding. Hinata-Chan, you've grown so much stronger and I take back what I have said about you in the past."

"Does...does Neji know about this...?"

Hiashi chuckled and shook his head.

"He will learn to accept it in time."

She wasn't sure wether he knew or not, but knowing how snakey Neji was...TenTen knew he knew. She tried to keep her head up, but couldn't stop the tears from falling down her face. She soon broke out into a fitful cry as she broke down to her knees and cried hysterically as she banged her fist on the ground.

"Why...?! Why...?"

She buried her head into her arms and sobbed even louder.

"All I wanted was a family...a husband who would be there for me and treat me well and keep my spirits up when I was down...!"

"And you feel as though Naruto Uzamaki could do this for you? Hinata,"

Hiashi kneeled down, putting his hand on her shoulder.

"I have talked with Master Jiriya. He came to me, telling me you learned a special technique for keeping the kyuubi sealed away or unleashed at anytime."

TenTen's head snapped up, her eyes wide and full of surprise.

"J...Jiriya did?"

"Of course. He thought that it might be too much for you, but he trusted you completely, Hinata-Chan. Do you really want to spend every waking moment wondering if one day...you may just be dispatched by the vengeful spirit inside of Naruto Uzamaki?"

TenTen swallowed nervously, remembering all of the times she'd seen Naruto freak out and turn into Kyuubi at one point or another. She continued to cry, muttering,

"But...what of TenTen? How could you just use her like that?!"

Hiashi didn't miss the anger and hatred in his daughter's eyes. Were TenTen and Hinata really that close? He sighed, standing up.

"Compose yourself, Hinata. You are a Hyuuga. Get off the ground, you care compromising the dignity of this family."

"Is THAT why you wouldn't let TenTen into our family?!"

He turned around once more, seeing "Hinata" standing tall, but the tears just wouldn't stop and she damned herself for that.

"Is that the same reason you won't let Naruto be in our family either?! What do you think people are?! Just things you can screw around with whenever you get a free moment? You are playing with people's HEARTS here! We shouldn't have our husbands or wives chosen for us because of status, but because of how they can better the person they are in love with! Hina...I mean, I've grown so much stronger and it wasn't because of the family! It was because of the love and strength Naruto gave me. And..."

The tears cascaded down her face even harder.

"...it's the same for TenTen as well...she loves Neji so much, it almost breaks her heart. Because of Neji, she's become a lot stronger as well. And Neji has gotten kinder. He may still seem very uptight, but TenTen sees the very soft and loving side that could only be cultivated BY loving someone...! Why...why would you want to break up everything that we've worked so hard for?"

Hiashi looked at her and his gaze turned harsh.

"Listen to yourself, Hinata Hyuuga. You talk of fairytales and nothing more. Tomorrow evening, you will return home. We will announce your engagement to Neji...and then, we will announce it to the entire village of Konoha. That includes of course...TenTen and Naruto."

TenTen bit her lip before running off into the forest.

"I need some time to myself!"

Hiashi let her go and sighed to himself. Damn that girl was troubling. TenTen ran faster and faster into the forest until she came to a small opening where a tree once stood. There was nothing but a stump there now. She fell to her knees, crying on that tree stump, tears falling down her face harder and faster.

"Why...?! Goddamn you, Neji...! How could you have done this to me...?! Forgive me, Hinata-Chan...I tried, I really did...!"

She whimpered a little more before she rested her head down on the tree stump with a sigh. She grit her teeth and clawed the tree stump lightly.

"Damn you Neji Hyuuga...! Damn you! Why didn't you tell me...?!"

"It's probably because he didn't want to hurt you. That, or he was waiting for a chance to make his move and tell his family he didn't approve of the wedding plans. Damn, girl. Are you just gonna give up like that?"

She looked up, her eyes wide, only to see the ever cool, ever collected, ever sexy Temari. She casually filed her nails and looked at the girl. Temari was dressed in her black robes with a blood-red sash, her enormous fan on her back.

"When we first had our very first match together, I admired your strength, even if you lost."

Temari sighed a little, throwing the very sharp file into the tree stump where it stuck fast. Temari kneeled down looking at TenTen who'd yet to transformed back into her own body. With a sigh, she looked up.

"I'd do anything for the man I love. He's far too laid back, frustrated easily under situations he can't process right away and often, he's as lazy as can be..."

TenTen wondered who in god's name she was talking about, but that soft smile on her face made her think Temari would give her life for this man.

"But even still...I love being with him. Tell me, what's so good in Neji that makes you love him...?"

TenTen transformed, her overwhelming emotions overriding the jutsu. She was adorned in Hinata's own white yukata, her hair, usually in two buns, hanging down to the middle of her back.

"Neji is..."

TenTen blushed, looking up at the sky, full of vast, endless stars.

"Neji is very kind to me and makes sure I have everything I need. He brings me flowers on a daily basis and always does it with this silly blush, even if he's not smiling. He's always training with me and helping me no matter what. He's been very kind to me...even regarding the fact that I'm half Chinese and the only reason I got as good as I have is because I was apart of a Chinese Amazon tribe."

TenTen blushed even more and looked at Temari.

"But when...we're laying in bed together...and he has those strong arms holding me close...and he tells me how much he loves me..."

TenTen wrapped her arms around her self almost in a dreamlike state as she closed her eyes. She could just feel Neji's arms around her and even giggled a little, remembering their first night together. They hadn't even been dating, much less engaged, when one night on a mission, she simply wanted to sleep next to him and feel safe. Rock Lee and Guy Might were off training late into the morning hours, so it was just them for the rest of the night. It seemed so akward and yet natural when TenTen rolled over and saw Neji's eyes staring directly at her. She closed her eyes, blushing and fortunately, Neji got the clue. He leaned forward and kissed her softly, but it soon turned to one of desire and longing. TenTen remembered how nervous and flustered he kept getting when things got hot and heavy, but soon, instinct just took over for him...TenTen was quickly snapped out of her thoughts when she looked down with a horrible blush, seeing Temari's smile.

"I...please...don't tell anyone this."

Temari pat her back gentle.

"You have nothing to worry about. But answer me this, do you really not want to ever feel his embrace again? Do you never want Neji to give you a playful kiss ever again?"

Temari leaned closer and whispered,

"To never have him tell you how beautiful you are...?"

TenTen's eyes widened when it felt as if Neji were whispering in her ear himself. A blush flared across her cheeks and she looked at Temari who leaned in and slowly kissed her. TenTen was so shocked, she barely moved, nor did her eyes close as she watched TenTen make the symbol to cancel out a clone jutsu...Before she could pull away, she found the kiss deepened by Neji Hyuuga himself. She pulled away, nearly slapping him in the process.

"You snake!"

She stood up and blushed, furiously wiping away his kiss.

"How could you do that!? Disguising yourself as Temari and then...!"

He grabbed her wrist, yanking her down to his level before kissing her deeply. TenTen tried pulling away, but he wrapped his strong arms around her and pinned her to his chest. Tears cascaded down TenTen's cheek, but Neji, even in mid-kiss, wiped them away. He pulled back, his eyes serious and intense.

"Listen to me, TenTen...! I never intended to hurt you. I never intended to get married to Hinata-Chan. I never intended not to tell you about the engagement."

"Then why...!? If you knew the entire time...!"

Neji grabbed her wrists as her head fell and she cried.

"LISTEN, DAMMIT!"

He yanked her forward and held her tightly against his chest.

"I love you, TenTen...I'll give up my family just for you. Please...believe me. I never doubted your love for a second. Why...would you ever doubt mine?"

Tears flowed down TenTen's face as she nearly shrieked his name before kissing him deeply, forcing him on his back.

"You are MY fiancee, TenTen...you are the most beautiful woman I know..."

He turned them over so he was on top of her and slowly kissed her as his hands fiddled with the sash of her white robe. She blushed furiously, with a small blush coming from him as she looked at him, pulling the robe off of her shoulders slowly.

"Neji-kun...please...show me how much you love me..."

Neji kissed her deeply and whispered,

"In just one night...I won't be able to show you that, TenTen."

TenTen whispered as he removed his shirt and he chuckled with that confident smirk.

"But I can sure as hell try."
