Koroshi went back on her way to the battlefield after checking in with her children. Orochimaru stayed with Anko. The previous Hokage and Sasuke, along with Jugo and Suigetsu, were still talking. But Koroshi ran. She ran like the wind, By the time she arrived, she saw it; Neji, his head on Naruto’s shoulder, breathing his last breath. “Neji!” She screamed, and rushed over. She took his lifeless body into her arms. “Neji!” She cried. “You were such a close friend to me! Neji!” Hinata and Naruto watched, helplessly. When Naruto started talking doubtfully, Hinata slapped him, and gave him some advice. He stood, took Hinata’s hand, and gave her some of Kurama’s cloak.
