The Killing
I'm not strong enough
I'm not strong enough
Finally, after a while of fighting, Sasuke and Naruto were both laying on their backs, breathing labored.
"I'm not...strong enough." Sasuke said. "I'm not strong enough to beat you."
"I'm not strong enough to beat you either, Sasuke. We're evenly matched."
"So the match is put off for now. But we can always try again in the future for Hokage, right?"
Naruto laughed. "Of course! You're my rival, after all. We're always going to compete with each other. But I'M Going to be the next Hokage!"
"You might want to get out of being a genin first!" Sasuke joked.
"Right!"
"Good."
"Sasuke!" Sakura cried. "So are you....coming back to us?"
Sasuke looked to Koroshi, who nodded and came to help Sasuke stand. Then she gave him a nudge in Sakura's direction.
"Yes, Sakura," Sasuke said. "I am coming back."
Sakura sobbed, and threw her arms around Sasuke. He winced, and Sakura backed off, healing him.
Karin was being held back in the background, to turned her around to face him and plopped a huge kiss on her lips. They instantly felt a connection, and Karin started to forget about Sasuke.
"No, he isn't coming back to the village!" Someone said. It was one of the counsil elders for the Hidden Leaf, the woman. "He is a missing Nin, a rougue ninja. He cannot come back to this village.
Everyone looked at the woman in shock and disbelief.
