Okay here I am people. First the results of the vote on Naruto's outfit. Of the people who voted none voted for a change in outfit soooo it's staying.

Itachi:Why did you do the vote anyway?

T.W.:Cause the reader whom it was haunting said the shirt's colors reminded her of an unpleasant bodily fluid and I was concerned that my other readers might feel the same.

Itachi:You're pathetic.

T.W.Hey! Jerk. Okay there's something that's been bugging me for a while. Orochimaru is self-proclaimedly weaker than Itachi, right?possible spoilers ahead Well do you all remember when Naruto and Jiraya went looking for Tsunade? Weren't Itachi and Kisame rather relunctant to take Jiraya on? I mean they even ran away when Jiraya showed up. Does that mean that Jiraya is actually stronger than Orochimaru? That's just been in the back of my head for a while now.

Itachi:...

Sai:You've got an interesting point.

T.W.:Thank you Sai. Now I'll reply to Drac:Share Iruka? You'd have to ask Kakashi that(hands you body armor)here you'll need that. I'm glad that Iruka as the ANBU surprised you.

morning of October 13
Naruto sat beside Sasuke's hospital bed, waiting for him to come out of sedation. 'Stupid old hag.'

Well at least you didn't have to wander all over Konoha to find him.

'You aren't helping.'

Sheesh, moody much? I know you wanted to see your boyfriend but you don't have to take your irritation out on me.

'Sorry Kyu. I've just missed him.'

I know brat but he should be waking up soon.

Sasuke groaned.

Oh speak of the devil. I'll go to sleep and let you two 'bond' in private.(snickers)

'Shut up you pervert.'

I get no appreciation.

Naruto ignored Kyuubi's grumbles and turned his attention to Sasuke. The brunette's eyelids flickered then opened, revealing bleary black eyes.

"Sasuke."

"Hn? Naruto?," Sasuke shot up, "Naruto!"

"Hey there teme."

Sasuke scowled, "How long did that old hag knock me out for?"

"Hmm, if I've heard right, three or four days I think."

Sasuke looked at Naruto, who was grinning stupidly at him, and raised his hand to brush a few strands of blond hair aside, before smacking him on the head.

"Itai! Teme what the hell was that for?"

"Just because I haven't been able to touch you for four days."

Naruto muttered about arrogant bastards but grinned anyway, "I've missed you too teme."

Sasuke wrapped his hand around the nape of Naruto's neck and pulled his usuratonkachi to his lips. Naruto sighed and wrapped his arms around Sasuke, feeling electricity course through him from every contact point. He opened his mouth allowing Sasuke to slip his tongue in. The Uchiha's hands slipped under Naruto's shirt and up to the nipples, toying with them and making Naruto groan into his mouth. Sasuke broke the kiss to nibble at naruto's neck as the blond slid his hands up Sasuke's chest and played with the avengers nipples throught the fabric of his shirt. Suddenly, Sasuke noticed that something was wrong. He wanted Naruto just as much as always, but his body wasn't cooperating.

Naruto noticed his hesitation, "Sasuke?"

The Uchiha frowned, "Something's up, or rather something's not up, and it should be."

Naruto blinked, "Uh so you're not um...aroused?"

"I'm aroused in all but one place, the one place I should be aroused."

Just as Naruto was about to ask something, Tsunade walked in, "Oh good you're awake. I want to tell you about a couple side effects of the seditive I had to use to keep you unconscious Uchiha."

Sasuke felt an unpleasant sensation go up his spine, "Side effects?"

"Hmm, yes. First, your coordination will be shaky for 12 hours, so no trainin today, also you won't be feeling hungry but you should still eat, and finally the drug renders you temporarily impotent."

Sasuke's eyes widened and he whispered, "Shit."

Naruto was significantly louder, "Why the hell would you give him a seditive like that!"

Tsunade rolled her eyes, "Because it was the only one that kept him down. The effect will wear off in twenty-four hours, but until then Uchiha won't be able to get an erection."
Tsunade left the two very irritated eighteen year olds staring at each other.

Naruto cleared his throat, "I suppose I should go. I'm sure you don't want me hanging around while you can't, um...well-"

Sasuke grabbed Naruto's wrist, "Just because I can't get it up for a day doesn't mean I don't want to be with you Naruto. Even if I can't do anything but hold you, I still want to spend the day with you. Sex is one aspect of our relationship, or it will be soon, and although it's a damn good aspect, it's not the most important one. You're spending the day with me dobe, get used to it."

Naruto relaxed and twisted his wrist so that his hand was held in Sasuke's, "Keh, controlling teme."

Sasuke yanked Naruto down for a hard kiss before saying, "Well I am the seme, I'm supposed to be controlling. Dobe."

"If you think I'm bottoming every time you'd better think again teme."

Sasuke smirked as he got out of the bed to pull black jeans over the boxers that the nurses had put on him while he'd been knocked out.

"I won't mind bottoming every now and then once you've gotten the hang of it, but since you're still very much a virgin, I'll be taking the lead for the forseeable future."

Naruto humphed and watched Sasuke finish dressing.

"So what do you want to do first, dobe?"

Naruto grinned, "Well before I left I promised you breakfast, so let's go get some supplies and go to your place. You do have a stove right?"

Sasuke nodded and sighed as Naruto grabbed his hand and they left the hospital. 'I was hoping he'd forget about making me breakfast.'

Naruto was making a western breakfast. Scrambled eggs, link sausage, cheese grits, and biscuits. As Sasuke watched him expertly mixing, seasoning, and cooking the food, all of his doubts about Naruto's cooking skills evaporated. 'He really knows what he's doing.'

When Sasuke took the first bite of scrambled egg, his eyebrows rose. It was delicous! They were just eggs but Naruto had seasoned them with something that gave them a savory little bite. Sasuke slowly consumed the rest of the meal, savoring each bite. After he finished Naruto asked, "So you like it?"

His Uchiha pride nearly raised it's ugly head to make him grunt noncommitally, but he caught sight of Naruto's nervous expression, "It was good."

Naruto beamed, "So whatcha want to do next teme?"

He shrugged, "I don't really know what there is to do in Konoha. Usually I spend my time training or avoiding fangirls."

Naruto thought about it, then grabbed Sasuke's hand as a place occured to him.

Sasuke watched Naruto roll the balls up the skee-ball ramp and rack up a huge number of points. They were in an arcade. A place Sasuke had always avoided because too many fangirls lurked there. The Uchiha had watched Naruto move from game to game and absolutely shatter each high score. As the blond sent the last ball up the ramp and buzzers went off announcing a new high score, Sasuke chuckled.

Naruto gathered his tickets up and glanced at his boyfriend, "What's funny?"

"Hmm?"

"You chuckled so what's funny?"

"Hn, not funny, more entertaining.

Naruto rolled his eyes, "Fine, what's entertaining then?"

Sasuke wrapped his arms around Naruto from behind, "The way you're demolishing the previous high scores. You must come here alot."

Naruto manuvered so that Sasuke just had one arm around his waist and slid his own arm around the Uchiha's waist, guiding him to the next game.

"I do come here a lot. It's a great way to relieve stress and I love watching the kids. It reminds me of why I work so hard to protect Konoha."

Sasuke blinked, he hadn't expected such a deep answer. He really looked around as Naruto started a different game. There were kids everywhere, some were laughing with their friends, some were crying in the arms of their parents over a disappointing loss, some were concentrating fiercly on winning, and others were just having fun whether they won or lost. Sasuke smiled, watched the innocence around him, and remembered when he had been like these children.

Naruto watched Sasuke from the corner of his eye and, as the avenger turned back to him, still smiling, Naruto grinned at him and raised an eyebrow as if to say 'well?'

"Hn, I see whta you mean dobe."

Naruto's grin widened ad he wrapped an arm around Sasuke's waist again, "Let's go teme."

The brunette raised an eyebrow and nodded at the tickets in Naruto's hand, "Aren't you going to cash those in?"

"Nope, I never do."

Sasuke was confused until naruto went over to a little boy who was staring longingly at the prizes available. He was in worn hand-me-down clothes, one of the many orphans in Konoha. Naruto gave the kid all of the tickets he had won. The boy's face lit up as he accepted the tickets and Naruto ruffled the kid's hair before walking back to Sasuke. The Uchiha watched the kid divide the tickets into three even piles, then run over to two more kids, who were dressed in similarly worn clothing, and give them each one of the ticket piles.

Sasuke and Naruto walked out of the arcade with identical smiles as they headed to their next destination.

Itachi:Hahaha i-impotent for 24 hours p-poor little b-brother hahaha!

T.W.:I detect a distinct lack of sympathy for your little brother.

Itachi:S-so what? hahahahaha

Sai:Leave him be. I'm sure he'll stop laughing soon.
