Sweet, Innocent Hinata-Chan (COMPLETE!!!!!)

Everyone walked through the quaint, two-story home, lead by Shino's mother, a kind woman wearing a pair of black shades just like Shino, however, she wore hers lowered so you could see her pretty brown eyes that accented her long, black hair. Dressed in a blue kimono with a white apron over it, Shino assumed his mother was in the midsts of cooking supper. She smiled and looked at her guests, seeing the two unconscious shinobi on the large dog's back. With them was the young Hyuuga girl, one of her favorite shinobi, Naruto, her son's teammate, Kiba and Shikamaru. Bringing up the rear with Kiba's large dog was the pink haired medical nin who'd trained under Tsunade herself, Sakura. Shino's mother felt glad to see the future shinobi of konoha helping their friends.

"I'm so sorry this happened, but your friends are allowed to stay here as long as they need time to heal."

"Arigato Aburume-Okaasan." Hinata bowed her head.

"You're very welcome, Hyuuga-San."

"Please, Hinata is alright." Hinata smiled, holding up her hands.

"Hai. Let's get your friends cleaned and into clean kimonos first."

Sakura and Hinata took care of bathing TenTen while Kiba and Shino took care of cleaning Neji. An hour later, both were laying on a single futon in a separate room, still unconscious, but healed. Shino's mother looked at Sakura healing any further, internal injuries they might have had. While she did that, Shino's mother, Seiko, looked at Hinata and noticed there was something very different about the young heiress. Seiko sighed a little and smiled.

"Well, I'm going to finish dinner. Shino, if there is anything your friends need, please let me know."

"Hai, Okaasan. Arigato." he smiled.

Before Seiko left the room, she put her hand on Hinata's shoulder and smiled.

"Hinata-Chan, would you like to help me?"

"Me? O...of course!"

Hinata stood up and looked at her friends sitting by Neji and TenTen's bedsides.

"May I?"

Kiba nodded and smiled.

"We'll let you know if anything happens."

"Arigato!"

Hinata stood up and walked out, Sakura looking at her as she walked and closed the door behind her. She sighed a little and looked at TenTen, taking her hand.

"What are we gonna do? Hiashi is announcing this forced engagement in less than an hour and a half and we still don't have a plan."

"Well, he's not gonna marry off Hinata to Neji." Naruto shook his head.

"N...Naruto-Kun..." Sakura began.

"Hmm?"

She looked at her friends who waited for her to speak. She shook her head and smiled.

"It's nothing. But the Hyuuga family is gonna come after Neji and Hinata soon. What are we gonna do...?"

Everyone was silent for a moment before Shikamaru smirked.

"Well, there's always..."

"Always what, Nara-Kun?" Shino asked.

He chuckled and looked down.

"Oi, you and Hinata-Chan want to get married, right, Naruto-Kun?"

"Of course, but...!"

Naruto's eyes widened when he understood Shikamaru fully. He grinned mischeviously.

"It'd technically be an official engagement...all we'd have to do is..." Naruto continued.

Everyone looked at Naruto and Shikamaru, smirking as if they'd been let in on the world's biggest secret.

"Okay, what are you two smirking about now? It's giving me the creeps." Sakura demanded.

Shikamaru stood up and smiled.

"I'll be back in time for the engagement announcement."

"Oi, Nara! Where are you going?" Kiba asked.

"I'm gonna go get Temari and find Sasuke and we're gonna spread the news about the Hyuuga party tonight."

"I swear to god, what are you guys planning?!" Sakura asked, a little more irritated.

"Don't worry, Sakura-San. Just look pretty for tonight. Ja ne, guys." Shikamaru said, leaving.

As he walked down the hallway, he had to admit, he was pretty pleased with himself. He was walking past the kitchen when he heard Seiko smile a little.

"Well, you can just sort of tell when another woman is pregnant. She has a very...bright glow about her."

Shikamaru froze, his eyes wide as he stood outside of the kitchen, listening.

"But...Naruto-Kun...What if he doesn't like the idea?"

"Hinata-Chan, Naruto-Kun loves you dearly, especially if he's doing all of this to take on your family. You're only sixteen after all, dear. Naruto-Kun is eighteen and well on his way to being Hokage. I had Shino at a young age, you know."

"Was it hard?"

"Well, it was for a little while. Shino had a set of lungs that just wouldn't quit. But at the same time, his father made sure we had everything we needed, though, to make ends meet, he often went on very dangerous missions. By the time Shino was three, we'd made enough money for this house and to properly raise our son. Things will be hard for you, Hinata-San, but you also have to remember that you have a man who loves you dearly."

Shikamaru was wondering what in god's name they were talking about. Obviously babies and love, but what did that have to do with Hinata-Chan?

"So, have you chosen a name yet?" Seiko asked.

Shikamaru's eyes widened and his face paled. A...a name for what?

"Mm, well..."

Hinata though deeply as she diced the onions.

"I don't know if it's a boy or a girl, but maybe...for a boy, I'd name him Hikaru. It means 'Light'."

"That's a girl's name, isn't it?" Seiko laughed.

"It can be."

Shikamaru was almost on the floor with shock. He tried rationalizing with himself that someone else was having the baby. Yeah! That had to be it!

"Well, what about for a baby girl?"

"Ame or Aoi."

"Ah, pretty names meaning 'Rain' or 'Indigo'. Hinata-Chan, I think those are lovely names for girls. How many do you hope to have in your life?"

"Three because I want to use those names someday." Hinata laughed.

Seiko smiled and laughed.

"I think you will be a fine mother someday, Hinata-Chan."

Shikamaru grabbed his heart and released a sigh of great relief. Shino's mother said 'someday' which meant Hinata couldn't have been pregnant now. He smiled and headed out of the household to locate the Uchiha boy before going to Tsunade's place. As Hinata and Seiko continued to cook, Seiko looked at Hinata chopping up more vegatables. With her wearing the white apron and her hair in a bun, she definitely looked like a mother.

"So...what if you are pregnant, Hinata-Chan? What will be the first thing you do?"

Hinata sighed and looked up in thought.

"Tell Naruto-Kun first...then, I'd have to tell my father at some point, I suppose..."

"Would you ever consider eloping?"

Hinata nearly dropped the knife as a blush flared across her face.

"E...eloping?! Oh, gosh, I don't know...!"

"Now, now, Hinata-Chan, it's not such an uncommon thing. You go for a 'training mission' and return married much later. Shino's father and I had Shino in secret."

"Why so?"

"Well, for one thing, we were very young at the time. I was only twenty and Shino's father was maybe...twenty-five or so. However, our family looked down upon Shino's birth for a very, very long time. Before I started showing, I told them I'd lost the baby and I went on a long 'training mission' to heal my broken heart. Three months after Shino was born, I returned home. Everyone was so happy I was alright, they welcomed Shino's birth with open arms, even though they were a little bit upset I lied about my pregnancy. Hinata-Chan, I'm not telling you that you should run away, but..."

Seiko's eyes narrowed.

"I know the type of man your father is. If he allowed the beating and mind torture of your cousin and TenTen, I shudder to think what he might do if it turned out you were pregnant and by Naruto-Kun nonetheless. Naruto will make a great father, but your father himself...I'm afraid he'd see to it that Naruto never knew he had a son or daughter."

Hinata's face paled and Seiko hugged Hinata with a sigh.

"However, it's best you find out for sure."

"But...I'm afraid."

Seiko though for a moment before nodding.

"Sakura-San would be able to determine your pregnancy, right? And I'm sure Tsunade wouldn't say anything to anyone. But first, you have to tell Naruto that you just might be pregnant. I'll watch over Neji and TenTen while you, Sakura and Naruto go to Tsunade's. Is that okay?"

Hinata felt her world spinning and she nodded.

"H...hai."

"Best get going. I'll take care of making dinner and I'll see you at the Hyuuga estate soon enough."

Hinata hugged Seiko and began shaking.

"I'm so...so afraid! What will everyone think of me if I am?"

"Hinata, you have to remember you are a young woman with invaluable talent. If you are pregnant, you will hold your chin up high and have this baby."

Hinata looked at Seiko and hugged her tightly before she removed her apron and walked out of the kitchen. Naruto was just walking out of the room where everyone was. He looked up and grinned.

"Oi! Hinata! Shikamaru and I have a plan about later on today, but..."

Naruto's eyes widened when Hinata wrapped her arms tightly around his waist and hugged him.

"H...Hinata-Chan, what's wrong?"

"Do...do you remember when I asked you this morning if you'd stay with me no matter what?"

"Yeah...Hinata, what's wrong?"

She looked up at him, tears spilling down her face.

"I...I..."

She gripped his shoulders as she felt her knees buckled down as she cried,

"I think I might be...!"

Naruto's eyes widened and he went into what could only be described as shock, pure and simple.

"Pre...pregnant? You, Hinata?"

She nodded and whispered,

"I'm so scared! I'm so sorry, Naruto-Kun..."

He grabbed Hinata's wrist and dragged her down the hallway. Tears flowed down Hinata's face. He was mad. He was really, really mad, she thought. He slammed open the door to Neji and TenTen's room and Sakura's eyes widened.

"Naruto-Kun..."

"Sakura-Chan, we need to go to Tsunade's right away."

Sakura looked at the crying Hinata and nodded.

"Alright. Kiba, Shino-San, can you watch over Neji and TenTen?"

"Yeah, we will."

"Thank you."

As the three left the Aburume household, Naruto stalked ahead as if he were mad as hell. Hinata walked with Sakura, fearing the worst.

"I...I didn't know it'd be this bad, Sakura-Chan..." Hinata said on the verge of tears.

"It's okay, Hinata-Chan. Naruto-Kun...he's not mad because you're pregnant, I promise."

"Then why won't he look at me?!"

Sakura sighed and looked at the back of Naruto's head as they neared Tsunade's place.

"It's because...he doesn't know if he'll be able to protect you. He's just as scared as you are, Hinata-Chan...but he doesn't hate you."

As they walked, they couldn't help but notice that everyone seemed very excited about the engagement for the Hyuugas. Hinata sighed, only extending her thanks whenever someone stopped her to offer their congrats. Twenty minutes later, they arrived at Tsunade's place. Sakura looked at the couple and sighed.

"I'll go up first and tell Tsunade what's going on. I'll signal for when you guys can come up."

And with that, Sakura headed upstairs. Hinata sighed, looking at Naruto who was staring at the mountains with the Hokages carved into them.

"Naruto-Kun...I am so, so sorry..."

He looked at her and chuckled.

"I'm insulted, Hinata-Chan."

"Huh?!"

He walked over to her, placing his hands on her shoulders.

"You were so panicked when you first told me. Were you afraid I was going to leave you?"

Tears started flowing down Hinata's face.

"But...you were so angry..."

"I was, but not at you! I was...scared at thinking what your family might do to you. Hinata-Chan...if you're pregnant, I promise, I'll be there to protect you."

He wrapped put his hands on her face and she looked up at him.

"But...let's find out for sure."

Naruto couldn't help but chuckle.

"Think of any names for our boy?"

"A boy? Naruto-Kun, what if it's a girl...?" Hinata smiled.

"Nope, not likely. I've got strong boy genes in my family."

Hinata giggled and hugged him. She sighed in his embrace.

"But I'm so scared..."

"Well, as you should be." another voice said.

Naruto and Hinata looked up only to see Tsunade walking down the stairs, her big bossom hanging out of her kimono as per usual. Hinata quickly bowed and Naruto scratched the back of his head with a grin.

"Granny Tsunade...!"

"Why you..." Tsunade growled.

Tsunade sighed and looked at Hinata. She looked so grown up, yet she was still a young girl.

"Well, let's find out. But, have you two thought about the possibility if you are?"

Both of them looked at one another. Hinata stepped forward and sighed, looking Tsunade straight in her eye.

"I want...to have this baby, no matter what. Konoha is supposed to be one of the most peaceful villages, yet...because of all this animosity because of my clan, it isn't! I will raise this child to be apart of the Uzamaki name if that is the case."

"Well, Hinata-Chan...I've only been gone a little while, yet you've matured quite a bit."

Hinata froze, hearing that familiar voice. She looked up, seeing the beautiful, still very attractive Kurenai Yuhi...her former sensei. She was adorned in a beautiful, indigo kimono, wearing a pair of black leggings beneath it. Her long hair had been cut short to just above her shoulders, yet still maintained it's wild curliness. She descended the stairs, smiling at her surprised look.

"When Tsunade contacted me and told me Hinata Hyuuga would be married, I had to come home. But to be marrying your cousin, only to be possibly pregnant by another man?"

She put her hand on her hip and smiled.

"You've grown up a little too much for me. Come here, Hinata-Chan..."

Hinata ran into her sensei's arms, crying. Hinata wouldn't have said anything, but she truly, truly wished Kurenai-sensei had retuned much earlier. This woman who'd acted as her parent when she was just blooming...the woman who took care of her when her father didn't want her...was finally back in her life. Kurenai hugged her tightly and smiled.

"I'm sorry I was gone for so long. It was just...very hard getting over losing Asuma-sensei."

She hugged Hinata tighter and sighed, trying not to cry. Hinata looked at her beautiful sensei and took her hand, gently wiping away a few tears.

"Sensei...how is your child?"

"He's happy and healthy. He's back with my parents at my own place. He's gotten pretty big. It's been about a year or so, after all."

Kurenai stood there, holding Hinata's hands and Kurenai looked at her prized student.

"Hinata-Chan, are you ready to find out?"

Hinata nodded and walked upstairs, following Tsunade.

"But...what if my family..."

"Your family won't do a think if I have a say in it. Your father has been acting way out of line and violating Konoha's most sacred of rules." Tsunade said, looking over her shoulder.

Hinata somehow felt relief from that, but she knew the backlash from her family would be great. As everyone walked upstairs, they entered a room where a small examining table was. She watched Sakura prepare herself for the precedure. Hinata took a step backwards in fear, but settled when she felt Kurenai's hands on her shoulders.

"It's alright, Hinata-Chan. I'll be waiting right here with Naruto-San."

Hinata looked Naruto who looked at her sadly. He grinned and playfully put his fist to the side of her face.

"Geez, I hope our kid isn't as big a marshmellow as you."

"Oh! What a terrible thing to say...!" Hinata whined.

She looked at Naruto, putting her hands to his fist and kissing it.

"I love you, Naruto-Kun."

"And I you, Hinata-Chan."

"Hinata, we're ready." Sakura said.

Hinata swallowed nervously and walked into the room, followed by Tsunade who didn't seem upset by this entire thing. As Kurenai and Naruto sat outside of the examination room, Naruto sighed, putting his hands in his face.

"What am I gonna do...? It's not like I have any parents to yell at me about this..."

"Oh, I'm not so sure about that. Kakashi-Sensei might be a little shocked when he gets home." Kurenai smiled.

She laughed at the thought of telling Jiriya.

"And I can only imagine Jiriya arriving on one of his huge toads and giving you a billion baby gifs for knocking up konoha's most treasured heiress."

Naruto paled, thinking about the idea of his sensei doing such a think.

"Tell me, Naruto-Kun,"

Naruto looked at Kurenai as she put her chin on her hand and sighed.

"How's Shikamaru been doing?"

Naruto's eyes widened and he scratched behind his head.

"Good. You know, he picked up Asuma's smoking habit did."

"Did he now?" she asked, almost amused.

Naruto nodded and he whispered,

"I think there's something going on with him and Temari of Suna."

"Well that doesn't surprise me too terribly. Asuma once told me how Shikamaru had come to him about women. You know, sense all he does is find them 'troublesome'."

After a bit of silence, Naruto sighed.

"I...I don't want to do what Asuma-sensei did to you. I don't want to leave Hinata with a child...It happened to my mother too, but...she died before I could even manage to remember her face."

He sighed and looked up as he leaned back in his chair.

"I can't die and leave Hinata alone if she is pregnant and you can be sure...her family is going to see to that."

Naruto gasped when he felt Kurenai's hand on his own. He looked into her red eyes and she sighed.

"It's hard living without Asuma...and everyday that child grows, looking more and more like him. It's...hard...but I know I am all my child has. If the third Hokage had survived, I would have been able to see three generations, Asuma's father, Asuma himself and our child."

Naruto stood up, pulling Kurenai to her feet as he hugged her as she cried into his arms.

"It's okay, Kurenai-Sensei..."

"But, Naruto, for your own sake..."

She looked up at him and whimpered.

"You've gotta be there for your child if Hinata-Chan is pregnant!"

He hugged her tighter and sighed.

"If she is pregnant, I'll take care of her. I'll make sure she has everything that she needs. I'll move her in with me and transform that spare room where I keep all my junk and make it into a baby's room. I don't claim to have a lot of money, but it'll be enough and I'll be sure to go on extra missions..."

Kurenai looked at the spiky blonde and for a fleeting moment, saw the fourth hokage.

They heard the curtain open to the examination room and watched Sakura take off her gloves and face mask. At the same time, Hinata walked out with Tsunade's hands on her shoulders and Kurenai looked at the blush on her face. Wether it was from the news or the examination, they couldn't tell.

"We...well, Hinata-Chan?" Naruto asked.

She raised her head and looked at him.

"I...am, Naruto-Kun."

Naruto felt his heart skip two or three beats before continuing to beat normally. He felt like he might faint as he stepped backwards, only to be steadied by strong hands.

"Well, well, usurakontachi...never expected it to be you first."

Sakura looked up at surprise when she saw Sasuke standing there, dressed in a black shirt and a pair of black pants. He smiled at Hinata and chuckled.

"Congrats. Boy or girl?"

Hinata blushed even worse and looked at Tsunade who could only smile.

"Well, judging by the flow of chakra, it's going to be a boy."

Naruto suddenly pulled away from Sasuke's balancing and ran outside, pushing past Shikamaru who was heading up the stairs.

"Oi, Naruto! What's wrong?"

Hinata stood there in shock, looking at Kurenai who had small tears of joy and Sakura who stood next to Sasuke, her arms crossed over her chest as she smiled and nodded in approval, but couldn't believe Naruto acted so shamelessly. Shikamaru looked at Hinata as she stood there, Kurenai-Sensei's arm around her shoulder.

"I'm sure he needs time to think about everything now..."

"Kurenai-Sensei...! When did you get back? And what's wrong with Uzamaki?"

Before anyone had a chance to answer him, everyone's facial expressions turned to that of pure shock when a loud voice echoed through Konoha.

"HEY EVERYONE!!!! NARUTO UZAMAKI IS HAVING A BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'M GONNA BE A DADDY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BELIEVE IT!!!!!!!!"

Hinata nearly went over in a faint with one of the biggest blushes she'd ever had in her life before fainting completely.

"Hinata-Chan...!"

But apparently Hinata-Chan wasn't the only in shock. Sasuke sighed in slight irritation as he caught Shikamaru from falling backwards who'd passed out with foam coming out of the side of his mouth. Sasuke sighed as his eyebrow twitched slightly.

"W...well, atleast we know Naruto's happy..."

Kurenai helped Hinata stand and fanned her a little while Sakura couldn't help but laugh at the present situation.

"Well, he's probably announcing that from the top of the Hokage memorial..."

Hinata blushed and couldn't help but smile as she picture Naruto grinning from ear to ear as he delivered his message to all of the shinobi in Konoha. She put her hand on her stomach and Kurenai smiled at her.

"I told you, Hinata-Chan. Naruto is going to make a wonderful father."

Kurenai giggled a little.

"Believe it."

"So, I heard the news and I see my boyfriend passed out on the ground. So, Hinata Hyuuga, you are gonna have a baby."

Hinata and co looked up at the doorway and saw Temari grinning widely. She put Hinata in a quick headlock and smiled.

"So, who's godmother?"

"Me, of course! I'm delivering the baby." Sakura smirked.

"HA! You wish! Someone has gotta teach the kid to fight!"

Hinata giggled and Naruto walked back in with the world's biggest grin on his face. He hurried over to Hinata, picked her up and swung her around.

"Hinata-Chan! You don't know how happy I am!"

Temari sighed a little and put her hand on Naruto's shoulder.

"But the rest of the village, well...I think you need to see for yourself."

Tsunade and everyone got very nervous.

"What's happening out there?"

"I was coming from bug-boy's place when I heard the news. I think a servant from Hyuuga house heard it as well. And well, it is going on about three-o-clock..."

Kurenai looked at Tsunade and sighed.

"Isn't there anything you can do?"

Tsunade smirked.

"I thought you'd never ask. Sakura, Sasuke...I'll need a favor from you two..."

Sakura and Sasuke looked at one another, blushed and looked away.

"What is it?" Sasuke asked.

Tsunade smirked that same, devious smirk when she knew she was going to actually WIN a gamble. Oh, how she loved being Hokage.
