Better Than Drugs

Naruto pulled up in front of Sasuke’s house. His stomach was in knots, he knew something was up but what. He went to the front door and knock. The door inched open slightly, “what the hell…” the blonde walked in and headed straight up the stairs toward the raven’s room. He pushed on the door and stepped in. Nothing seemed out of place, “Sasuke, you here?” he called out. The room was silent and it chilled him to the bone. He walked over to the bathroom and opened the door, and that’s where he found him, sitting on the floor. His dark eyes stared at nothing.
Ok, Naruto was freaked out as he walked toward Sasuke.

“Sasuke?” his voice carried. He walked over placing a gentle hand on the raven’s shoulder.

Sasuke heard someone’s voice saying his name. He blinked as he raised his head. Blue eyes captured dark eyes, “Naruto?”

The blonde pulled the dark haired man up and into his arms. “Are you ok?” he asked as he hugged him, savoring the scent that was Sasuke.

Sasuke hugged back, face buried in the crock of Naruto’s neck. “Yeah, sorry, I just kinda spaced out.” Pulling away from Naruto he smiled up into those eyes.

Naruto wasn’t buying it, “what happened? I saw a worried look on your face back at the club. IS everything ok?”

Sasuke lead him out of the bathroom, over towards the bed, ignoring the question asked. “I have something for you.” He told Naruto.

The blond frowned at how he just changed the subject, well, I’ll get it out of him later, he thought as he let Sasuke push him down onto the bed. He sat there and watched as Sasuke walked over to his dresser, pulling open the top draw he took out a black box.

Sasuke turned toward Naruto. He was nervous; he wanted to give this to him so he wouldn’t forget their special time. He walked over to and sat down next to Naruto, “close your eyes.”

Naruto eyed the young man then closed his eyes.

The raven smiled as he opened the box and removed its contents. He moved closer to Naruto and proceeded to place the object around Naruto’s neck. He then placed a gentle kiss on the blonde’s soft lips.

Naruto moaned and leaned into Sasuke’s plump lips. Once the lips left his he opened his eyes; his hand going to his neck. Feeling something there he stood and went to the mirror.
His eyes widened as his eyes took in the emerald that hung from a silver chain around his neck. “Sasuke….what’s this?” his voice was just a whisper.

A real smile flowed across the pale man’s face. He came up behind Naruto and encircled his waist, pulled the blonde back against him. “This was my mother’s. I had Sakura hold on to it until I was ready to give it to the person that meant more to me than life,” he softly whispered into the blonde’s ear. It was true his love for Naruto was deep, that’s why…

Turning around in the raven’s arms, “I love you,” he told him as he captured his lips in a heated kiss that sent shivers down Sasuke’s spine.

Sasuke couldn’t take it, pulled away and hugged the blonde, “please stay with me tonight.”

Without saying a word, Naruto led Sasuke back over to the bed and laid down pulling the raven to his chest...

Sasuke burrowed into the warmth behind him. Luckily Naruto couldn’t see the tears that fell from the raven’s dark eyes. He hated what he had to do, what he was being made to do. He had no choice.

Neither male noticed the dark shadow that stood outside on the balcony; smiling sadistically at the couple.

Sasuke could tell that Naruto was sleeping from his heavy breathing. Smiling he lifted the tan arm up and moved from underneath. Turning around he looked down at his boyfriend. Smirking, ‘boyfriend,’ he thought he would never call anyone that. His smile fading as he turned from the only source of light in his miserable life. His clothes were still on so he just grabbed a jacket and headed out, to meet his death.

The club was dark but wasn’t crowded as he made his way toward the back. He spotted his ex pimp sitting with two young men on either side of him. He stopped in front of the table looking at the snake’s face. His eyes were closed as a smile slid across his pale face. Sasuke noticed the man on the right had his hand under the table; his arm was moving up and down. He knew what he was doing, shit he had done it too, which sickened him to even think about it.

Sasuke glared at the man, “what the hell do you want,” he hissed as he watched Orchimaru’s eyes slowly open.

The snake man grinned, taking in the pale man in front of him. How he missed pounding into that pale ass he thought as he reached down and gripped the young man’s hand. Instead of pulling his off he moved with the man, going faster squeezing a little harder. Never taking his eyes from Sasuke Orchimaru came. He lifted his seed covered hand and presented it to both males who lapped at his hand greedily. Once his hand was clean he waved it at the men, “leave us.”

Both men stood and walked out onto the dance floor.

Sasuke was livid, what the fuck!.

“Sasu-kun, it’s been a while.”

The raven hated that voice, “what do you want.” He asked, he wanted to get out of there and run, run back to his light, his Naruto.

“My little Sasuke has grown claws, how…amusing.” The yellow-eyed man said as he took a sip of his drink.

“Orchimaru, what. Do. You. Want.” The words pushed through his lips. The raven looked at the pale man and felt uneasy, like something to going to happen.

The smile that carved the pale snakes face in half faded as his eyes pinned Sasuke with a dark look.

Sasuke didn’t see him move, the next thing he knew was his face was pressed against the table, thin fingers were tangled in his dark hair and a heavy weight pressed against his back. The fingers pulled his head back bringing him closer to the snake man.

Orchimaru pulled the raven’s head back as he stared at the pale neck that came into view. He slid his tongue out licking a wet line from Sasuke’s collarbone up to his cheek, moaning “mmmm, you taste even better. I think fucking that blonde did you some good, but…” he paused as he lowered his lips to Sasuke’s ear, “that will stop …now.”

Sasuke’s eyes widened as he struggled to push up from the table, “get the fuck off me!” he hissed as he thrashed about. this can’t be happening! His mind screamed. I’m such and idiot! I should have NEVER come! But if he hadn’t…

“Stop fighting me Sasuke-kun. You belong to me and only me. I never share.” Yanking up the raven’s head Orchimaru lips captured Sasuke’s in a brutal and cold kiss. Smirking at how he was being denied the snake man bit down on a soft bottom lip earning a yelp as he slid his wet muscle into the warm carven of Sasuke’s mouth.

Sasuke gagged on the large muscle that assaulted his mouth. He tried to bite down on the tongue but couldn’t because the snake bastard pulled his hair making him hiss in pain. When his mouth was freed his hair was pulled again but this time Orochimaru turned him around so his back was on the table and he stood between his legs.

He opened his mouth to scream but saw an evil smirk spread across the bastards lips, “you can scream all you want, no one will come to your aid.” The bastard laughed as he saw the frightened look fall onto Sasuke’s face.

A pale hand moved down Sasuke’s taunt stomach, tracing a line down to his flaccid clothed member, cupping him. Rubbing slowly, trying to get the young man hard, leaning down, lips inches from the raven’s ear, “you will moan for my touch.” He whispered into Sasuke’s ear as his hand slipped into the ravens jeans.

“No…” Sasuke’s voice cracked from the sensation the snake bastard was forcing onto him.

Naruto was worried as his blue eyes gazed up at the pale beauty of the full moon. He turned his eyes toward the clock, the green digits told him it was going on three am and Sasuke was no where to be seen. Where the hell did he go? He had woken up about an hour ago to a cold and empty bed. There was no note telling him where he was going. Something was up. He turned from the window and headed out of the room. Naruto walked into the hall.

“Sasuke-kun?” A soft voice called out from the shadows.

Naruto turned toward the voice to find Sakura coming down another set of stairs, “Sakura-chan, what are you doing up?” he asked as he walked toward her.

“I was worried. Is Sasuke in the room?”

Shaking his head, “no he’s not. When I woke up he was gone.” The blond was worried. He could tell something was up with Sasuke earlier but decided to wait for the raven to tell him. He should have forced it out of him. “Where the hell is he?”

Sakura’s heart stopped. She raced paced Naruto and ran into Sasuke’s room. She started tearing the room apart looking for something.

Naruto followed her inside. Eyes wide with confusion, “what are you looking for?”

“This,” she said holding up the letter she handed to Sasuke earlier. She had found it under his mattress, where he keeps all his private things.

Sakura’s green eyes widen as she read the letter, “Kami no…” she whispered as she dropped down on the bed.

“What does it say?” Naruto ask as he stepped forward and took the letter. He read every word. “Is this who I think it is?”

Nodding her head, “yes. He told you?”

“What the…why didn’t he say anything?” Shaking his head, “idiot. Whatever, I’m going over there,” he told her as he headed toward the door.

“No Naruto!” Sakura voice cried out. She grabbed his arm turning him around, “they’ll kill you.” Her eyes held unshed tears, “let me call Neji.”

“Call Neji for what?” A voice asked from the door.

Both green and blue eyes went to the door to see a missing raven standing there.

Sakura ran over to Sasuke and pulled him into her arms and nearly broke a couple of ribs hugging him.

“Sakura…can’t…breath…” he wheezed out.

She let him go and punched him in the arm.

“Oww! What the hell was that for!” He grimaced as he rubbed his arm.

“You had me worried. Where were you?”

“I had to clear my head,” he told her moving from the door to stand in front of the window.

“So, did you go meet him?”

The dark haired man’s back stiffened.

Sakura wanted to know too, but she made her way to the door and closed it behind her.

He didn’t turn to face him. How could he? What he did, what he’s going to do. “Yes I did.”

Naruto was shocked. “Why?”

Sasuke turned to see concern in those crystal blue eyes. “My business, not yours.” I’m doing this to save you, Is what he really wanted to say, but he couldn’t.

Blue eyes narrowed, “Sasuke, I was worried about you. When I woke up you were gone. You didn’t say you were going anywhere…”

“Do I have to tell you where I’m going all the time?” Please don’t hate me for what I have to do His heart was breaking with every hurtful look in the blonde’s eyes.

Looking into dark eyes, wondering if he was serious. Those eyes held no humor, only coldness. “What’s the matter Sasuke? Are you ok?” He asked, his voice soft. He didn’t like where this was going.

Smirking, “there’s nothing wrong with me.” His voice was calm, even, cold as he walked past Naruto. I only want to protect you. He so wanted to pull the blonde into his arms but he knew he couldn’t, he never knew if he was being watched.

Naruto heart was breaking, his mind in turmoil. He didn’t know what was happening. He walked over to reaching his hand out to touch his shoulder but the raven moved away turning toward him.

“Don’t Naruto. Go home.” Was all he said then walked into the bathroom shutting the door in the blonde’s face.

What’s happening?He couldn’t breathe. His chest felt like it was going to burst from the pain. He numbly walked to the door opened it up to face a shocked faced Sakura.

“Naruto-kun…” she said softly reaching her hand toward him.

Crystal eyes looked at her, shimmering with unshed tears, “Sakura, I…” he didn’t know what to say as she gathered him into her arms.

Sakura held him as his body shook, tears fell from his eyes in silent agony. “I don’t know what to do.” He told her as he pushed back from her and headed down the stairs and out the front door.

Naruto got into his car and drove away from the only person that completed him. His heart raced as he drove down the street. He felt as if he couldn’t breathe. Naruto pulled over dropping his head to the steering wheel, “what the fuck!” He yelled. Everything was perfect…so perfect. To perfect, he thought as he felt dampness on his cheeks. Get a hold of yourself,he told himself. He’ll give him some space, but he damn sure was going to find out what the hell was going on. Releasing the breath he hadn’t realized he was holding he pulled away from the curb and continued down the darkened street maybe away from the one man that he had ever loved.


Unbeknownst to Naruto the raven was coming undone, breaking down piece by piece over what he was forced to do. Sasuke sat on the bathroom floor, mouth open as a silent scream ripped from his lips. Tears streamed down his pale cheeks as he wrapped his arms around his knees, rocking back and forth. “What have I done…” he sobbed.
