Crazy Love

"Hey Bushy-Brows!" Naruto said cheerfully then blinked looking at Gaara. "Hi.." He said looking surpised. "Hello.." Gaara said back and folded his arms.

Lee grinned and hugged Gaara lightly as best he could whispering, "I misssseedd yooou Gaara-kun.." Then he smiled at his friend and walked over and sat down next to Naruto. "How are you feeling?"

"Wait whoa? Did you just hug Gaara or is all the stuff they put in me making me see things?" Naruto asked looking confused then looked at his friend. "I feel ok..I look like a mummy though." He repiled since he was covered in wrappings. Gaara stayed by the door way feeling a little awkward.

"Yes I hugged Gaara-kun," Lee said brightly not thinking anything of it at the moment. Then he laughed, "A youthful mummy at least!" Then he went to lightly hit Naruto on his back and stopped. "Maybe I should not do that," He said with a sweat drop.

Naruto sweat dropped and leaned away from his hand. "How about a hug Bushy-Brows. Those are safe." He said and grinned at Gaara. "Come over here redhead I haven't seen you since well..our fight, how's your forehead?" He asked and the sand ninja lifted a hand to push his bangs aside. "Healed.." He replied then folded his arms again before walking over to the wall to lean on it.



Lee leaned over and hugged Naruto a little tightly then pulled back from it and grinned. "At least you two are happy friends now," He said. Yet inner Lee was a little sour. He still hated hearing about the fact Naruto was the one to help Gaara from his darkness and not him. 'After all we tried and tried to get him to like us, he even agreed to be our friend and Naruto helped him out! Ugh I hate that!!' Inner Lee complained and the real one tried not to let the thoughts get to him.



Naruto grinned back at his friend and then stretched wincing a little since his wounds still hurt. "So Gaara..is Shukaku giving you trouble?" He asked looking at the other Jinchuuriki. Gaara looked at the blond and sighed a little. "He has gotten a bit better..he is not fighting for control anymore." He replied and drummed his fingers on his arm.



Lee frowned a little and folded his arms over his chest leaning back in the chair. 'Look, they are even talking more... Naruto wants to talk more to Gaara then us and Gaara is acting like we are not even here..' Inner Lee complained. The real one sighed softly and kept quiet letting Naruto and Gaara speak amongst each other.



Naruto and Gaara talked a little more catching up since it had been a long time since their battle. "Ok now there is something I am wondering.. why are you two hanging out?" Naruto asked pointing at Lee then at Gaara. "We are mates." The sand ninja said simply and the blond fell silent looking confused.



Lee came back from talking to his inner self and his jaw fell agape. "G-G-Gaara-kun!! You d-do not just blurt stuff like that o-out to people!!" The leaf ninja yelled out turning red and getting embarrassed. Inner Lee however was grinning widely, 'Yosh! Now Naruto will understand that even though he helped Gaara me and Gaara are still closer!' He said being over protective of people getting close to HIS redhead.



Gaara blushed and looked down at the floor. "Naruto is someone close I didn't want to have to hide us being mates from him...I'm sorry.." He said bowing his head thinking Lee was mad since he yelled. "Whoa! You two are dating? Never saw that coming." Naruto said his eyes still wide then he grinned and lightly elbowed Lee. "Hehe good catch eh?" He whispered.



Lee's awkwardness turned on Naruto. "W-What.. well of course.. umm.. well me and Gaara-kun have been close even before the attack on Konoha.." The leaf responded to the blond. Then he got up and walked over to Gaara, placing his hands on his shoulders. "Hey no.. it is alright.. I am not mad.. just surprised.." Lee said softly. Shukaku yawned, 'Wow, not even together for two days and already things are getting crazy..'



Gaara rubbed his elbow and looked up at Lee and blushed again. "Oh ok.." He said and sweat dropped a little at what his demon said. 'My family just a tracks craziness...I wonder how my siblings will react to knowing I am with Lee.' He thought back to Shukaku. "So how long have you guys been together?" Naruto asked feeling happy that Gaara had someone.



"Uhm.. two days.." Lee said and blushed rubbing the back of his head turning around to look back at his blond friend. 'Well they will probably freak, this time frame is still getting used to the idea of two males being together.' Shukaku responded to his host because he was talking about his siblings reactions to the two boys being together.



"Does anyone else know about you two?" Naruto asked and moved a few more pillows behind him to help him sit up better. 'So I was right..not many people like two males together.' Gaara thought and folded his arms again.



'No people just need to get used to it again. A long time ago when women were fewer than men in some of the villages it was alright. But lately a lot of people do not care for it,' The demon explained. "Just you really.." Lee replied to his blond friend scratching his cheek still blushing lightly.



Gaara closed his eyes in thought wondering just how he was going to explain Lee to his siblings. "So what are you guys up to now?" Naruto asked cheerfully.



"We could not figure out anything to do today but some visit you.." Lee admitted with a sweat drop. 'I think we should just say it and if they actually make a fuss about it sand coffin one of their limbs. Then they would listen,' Shukaku ranted on casually. He knew Gaara would never do something like that. But he was pretty sure that he could give it a try.



'I am not harming my family..' Gaara thought back to his demon getting a little annoyed. Naruto tapped his chin as he looked at his friends then grinned. "It's like 90 something outside why don't you two go swimming down by the river, that's a good place to spend time together." The blond said grinning.



Lee blinked then grinned and looked at Gaara. "That would be youthfully fun, do you want to?" He asked his redheaded boyfriend. 'We are not getting near water! Our sand does not work in it!' Shukaku spat out quickly easily saying no without any hesitation.



Gaara looked up at Lee and bit his lip seeing how happy he looked. "If you wish." He replied and moved away from the wall. 'Don't worry I won't get in the water..but I do like to spend time with him..' He thought back to his demon. "Alright so you two are going on a date." Naruto said smirking and playfully hit Lee's shoulder.



Lee laughed and hit Naruto's shoulder back hard with the palm of his hand not thinking before grinning and wrapping his arm around Gaara's waist best he could. "Then we should get going!" Lee yelled out happily. The demon growled a little bit mumbling to himself but believed his host and kept quiet.



"OW! Uhahaha..jeez Bushy-brows you need to learn your own strength." The blond said with a sweat drop then smirked at them. "Aww the cute couple." He said and Gaara blushed and glared at him.



Lee blushed and rubbed the back of his neck, "bye Naruto-Kun.." He mumbled out and walked out of the room with his redhead close by. "Do we need to get you a bathing suit or are you good swimming in your boxers?" Lee asked grinning happily, not even thinking about the fact maybe Gaara didn't like water.



"Uh...Lee about that I-" "HEY! No weapons aloud in here!" A nurse yelled from down the hallway glaring at them. Gaara sweat dropped and grabbed Lee's hand turning them both to sand and making them appear at the village gates. "Now I know why you were always in the courtyard." Gaara muttered.



"The nurses here are crazy," Lee commented then smiled at Gaara widely. "Now what are you trying to say about swimming?" He asked softly before turning around and starting to walk off towards the water that they were planning to swim in.



"Well...have you ever noticed what happens to my sand in water?" Gaara asked and walked next to Lee but kept his gaze on the ground.



"Well it turns to mush right? But.. why would that mean anything?" Lee grinned and put his arms behind his head while walking. "I mean you feel safe enough to not wear your sand armor around me right?" The demon obviously was not pleased. 'Just tell him flat out you do not go in water. There will be no being defenseless in this village, so many people hate us," Shukaku growled out.



Gaara sighed and rubbed his elbow. "I can't swim...and if something goes wrong my sand can't protect me in water. I'll be happy just spending time with you so you can swim." The redhead said blinking when he heard the sound of the river ahead of them.



Lee stopped and he pursed his lips together. "Then.. I can teach you how to swim.." He stated simply and moved over ahead of Gaara standing in front of him. "I will not let anything go wrong.."



Gaara blinked in surprise and looked at Lee. "I...I dunno...I'm a bit uh...what's the word..." He trailed off and bit then glanced past Lee finely being able to see the river between the tree's.



Stopping the redhead Lee looked him up and down then frowned. "Are you scared..?" He asked in a low voice almost hushed as he scooted closer to him. "Because.. I love you and there is no reason to be fearful around me...I would never let anything happen to you..?"



Gaara tensed a little then looked away from him nodding. "Yeah...it may be strange but I do have a few fears...Shukaku hurting you is now on the list of them, I don't really know what he will do if you try and get me close to water." He replied and rubbed his elbow again.



Lee placed his hands on Gaara's shoulders. "Well then uh.. listen Shukaku.. I will not hurt him ok..? It will be alright I will never leave his side.." He said awkwardly to Gaara yet meaning it for Shukaku. The demon scoffed and growled a little, 'Like I care! Gaara tell him there is no way you are going anywhere near that water, let alone in..'



Gaara blinked looking at his boyfriend. "Heh your the first to try and speak with Shukaku..he really doesn't want me in the water." He replied and lifted a hand to set it over one of Lee's.



Lee frowned, "But... gah this is confusing to talk to you yet want to speak with him.." Shukaku laughed and laid down closing his eyes, forcing his chakra into Gaara's sand armor he made it slid off and form in the air. 'No is no' in front of Lee's face.



Gaara sweat dropped a little and lifted his hands to try and push the sand away. "Well I uh can still watch you swim." He said and felt a little bad he couldn't make Lee happy.



"I want to do something you choose to do... I chose our date.." Lee said and pouted a little bit. The sand then shifted according to what Shukaku wanted and it formed a flower and an arrow pointing to a green house that was near the river.



The sand ninja tilted his head then looked were the arrow was pointing. "Maybe we could go in there." Gaara said pointing over at the old building.
