Kakuzu tried to look for Hidan everywhere, but gave up after a little bit, going back to the base and knocking on the girls' door.

Seiun opened the door, yawning. "Hi daddy... ." she looked behind Kakuzu, "Where's mama?"

Kakuzu sighed, "I don’t know where he is or when he's going to be back."

"Well go look for him." Seiun said, rubbing her eye, "You a ninja right? Can't you feel him or something?" Seiun grew sad suddenly, "Is mommy leaving us daddy?"

Kakuzu shook his head, "I need my away time from your mom right now... ." He looked away. "I... I don't know Seiun."

Acheron was looking out the window before turning to her father and sister. "Daddy, Mama on the big Pein." She said, knowing well enough whom the statue represented.

Kakuzu walked slowly into the room to look at Hidan on the statue, "I think your mother needs some times to himself... ."

Seiun bit her lip. "Daddy, mama might want to hurt his self. My other daddy did that. He jumped off an other level."

Kakuzu looked at Seiun. "I'll need you two to come with me then."

Hidan sighed sadly, his mind made up.

Seiun screamed. "Daddy! Catch mama! Catch him!

Kakuzu looked up farther to see Hidan jumping.

"Daddy! Don't you love mama?" Seiun asked, tugging on Kakuzu's arm, "If mama made you mad you can work thinks out!" Seiun closed her eyes as she covered Acheron's.

Kakuzu ran out and tried to figure out where Hidan would fall, using Hidan's shadow as a guide. Kakuzu barely caught Hidan and smothered his face in kisses. "You idiot. Don't ever scare me like that again!"

Hidan blinked, looking confused. "Why?"

"Did you catch?!" Acheron asked, trying to pull Seiun's hands off her face.

Kakuzu kissed Hidan on the lips, "Because I love you, idiot." He looked over to the girls. "Yes, I caught."

Hidan tucked his head under Kakuzu's chin. "I'm sorry." He said softly, kissing his partner's neck, "I'm really sorry. I'm so fucking stupid. I love you heathen."

"What's 'fucking' daddy?" Seiun asked.

Kakuzu rested his head on top of Hidan's and began to head back to the base. "Come on girls." He paused when Seiun asked what fucking was. "Ask your mother."

"Well then go alone... I'm not going out today." Hidan said, washing his body, "I'm staying in bed."

"Fine, I will," Kakuzu stepped in the shower, standing behind Hidan and wrapping his arms around his waist. "The girls will be disappointed you're not going,"

"Good." Hidan said, leaning against Kakuzu, "I'm not in the mood to go out."

Kakuzu sighed and rested his head against Hidan's shoulder, "They do nothing but complain when you don't come. They really love you Hidan."

"Well tell them mommy wants to sleep." Hidan said, "Sleep is important."

Kakuzu rinsed off and stepped out of the shower, "Fine, we'll go tomorrow."

"You promised them Kakuzu. Don't not go just because I want to wallow in bed all day." Hidan said, rinsing as well, "Hmm... They love me... ."

"But it'll be so boring without you, plus, what am I supposed to do if one of them has to go the bathroom, I very well can't send them into the woman's bathroom by themselves." Kakuzu sighed and shook his head.

"You lived your whole life with out me." Hidan teased, "You could last another hour." He smiled softly, "My mother would go into the men’s bathroom with me." Hidan said.

"And my life before you was boring," Kakuzu said, toweling off his hair. "That's different, men want to see women in the men's room, women don't was to see men in the women's room."

"Fine. We're not going then." Hidan said, exiting the shower, "Lets go cuddle."

"Then lets get dressed and we'll go to the public pool." Hidan said, "I'll go out for that."

"Private pools cost money." Hidan said, "And at the public pool we can buy the girls swimsuits. I know. How about we take the girls to go swimming and tonight you and I can use the one that we use to train tonight. We can lock the doors after all."

Kakuzu nodded, "Fine, but the problem is, you don't know how to swim and I'm not getting down to my swimsuit in front of a bunch of people."

"Only the girls will be swimming in the public pool. We will be swimming alone here in the base. You can teach me how to swim tonight." Hidan smirked, "Oh wait... It is tonight and the public pool is closed."

"The girls don't know how to swim either." Kakuzu sighed, "We'll take them swimming tomorrow after I teach you how to swim."

"You're so negative. To the pool!" Hidan grabbed Kakuzu's hand and dashed out of the bathroom and toward the training pool, "Keep that towel on Kakuzu!"

Hidan kicked faster, moving a bit more, "Okay, I'm swimming. Can we go to the shallow end now?"

Kakuzu shook his head and picked up Hidan bridal style, stepping out of the pool and tossing him in the deep end.

Hidan yelled before hitting the water, sinking like a rock. The fast way just didn't work for him at all.

Kakuzu sighed and waited for Hidan to try and save himself.

Kakuzu nodded, "I'm sorry Hidan." He picked up Hidan bridal style and threw the towel over him, incase they saw Kisame in the halls again.

"Ruining your moment," Kakuzu said, heading off towards the door and unlocking it.

"I'll do as I please." Hidan said, returning the kiss, "You need to put the girls to bed."

Kakuzu grumbled and rolled over. "I don't want to, you put them to bed, it's your fault we didn't go out today."

Hidan banged on the wall of Zetsu's room. "Tobi put the girls to bed or else!" he yelled, smiling as Tobi replied with a 'yes', "There. Taken care of."

Kakuzu hook his head, "We are horrible, horrible people and parents. Why'd we even get them if we're not going to take care of them?"

"We're not horrible parents. We're not very good, but we're better then what they had." Hidan said, petting Kakuzu's chest. Hidan yawn and curled up in the bed dosing off.

"We put them in a room where a cannibal plant thing man will possibly eat them alive," Kakuzu muttered, looking down at Hidan.

"He... eats dead people only." Hidan muttered, woken up a bit, "Now go to sleep." Hidan drifted off again, breathing softly.

Kakuzu sighed and slowly went to bed, not realizing how tired he actually was.
