Chapter 17
Hey all, here's another chapter! I hope everyone is enjoying this, 'cause I'm enjoying writing this! Didn't think it would be this long....don't know I might stop :o( *shrugging*** Don't know yet...

Chapter 17
“Ok, I can’t stand seeing him like this,” Ino stared at the blonde that occupied the back table. Her blue eyes were filled with worry for Naruto. Day after day, hell, week after week, for almost 3 months he has been sitting there, it seemed like he was waiting. Ino turned concerned eyes to Gaara who had his eyes glued to his friend too.
“I’ll go talk to him,” he started around the bar just as Neji stepped up.
“Hey Gaara, what’s going on?”
“I’m going to talk to Naruto, try to snap him out of this funk.”
Thinking a minute, “hey Gaara, I got an idea, maybe it will ease his mind a bit.”
Walking back, “so, what’s your idea?”
He told them about what Sakura and he had been discussing for the past week.
“Shit man that just might work. I think that would give him some kind of hope. Why don’t you go over to him.”
Nodding, Neji stood and headed over toward the blonde.

Naruto didn’t know why he was feeling like this. Sasuke made his choice. He chose to be with that…that bastard instead of…him. He should be over it now, but it wasn’t so easy. How do you fall out of love with someone?
“Hey Naruto.”
Blue eyes looked up to see pale eyes looking at him, “hey Neji.”
This is bad, Neji thought as he sat down. “You mind if I talk to you?”
“Whatever.”
His voice sounded dead, those usually vibrant blue eyes were lifeless Neji noticed. “It’s about Sasuke…”

“You can’t be serious!” Screeched Sakura as she eyed the Private Investigator.
Neji looked the bald head man and knew he was telling the truth. Ibiki would never lie, and can never be bought. He has been on the Huuyga’s payroll for years.
“I’m very serious Mrs. Uchiha. Your brother in law has been sold.”
Sakura’s knees buckled, Neji managed to hold her up and guide her over to the couch.
“I’ll kill him…” she whispered.
Neji’s pale eyes widened in surprise, “Sakura…”
“Neji, that snake bastard has been nothing but trouble for my family. He’s nothing but a menace. He SOLD my baby brother!” tears fell from her green eyes as she leaned into Neji’s arms.
“Who,” Neji wanted to know.
Ibiki wasn’t sure how the pale eyed man was going to take this, “Sai.”
“What the fuck!” Neji couldn’t believe it. He cursed the pale asshole; their ex-lead singer. “Where are they?”
“They’re not in the city; I’m still trying to locate them.”
“Good, I know you won’t let us down.”
Nodding the P.I left the two.
“Sakura we will find them. And if I know Sai as well as I do, he will be waiting for us to call him back to become our lead singer again. Bastard thinks that since Sasuke is gone we’d want him back.” Smirking, “he’s dead wrong if he thinks he can fuck with me.”

“What!” Sai read the flyer. “Kunai will be performing tonight, introducing their new lead singer.”
Sasuke could see the murderous look in the raven’s eyes and knew that he was going to get the brunt of his anger. As dark eyes met with his he could see that they held promises of pain.
Sai walked over to his ‘pet’ who he had tied to the bed. The ball gag he had inside of his mouth was removed, “you’ve been replaced,” he hissed
Sasuke didn’t say anything.
The raven backhanded Sasuke. “Speak when I talk to you!” he growled.
“Yes master.” Sasuke’s mouth filled with a coppery taste of his blood as he swallowed. He yelped in pain as his nipple rings were pulled.
Smirking, “I was replaced with you and now you’ve been replaced. I think I’ll go check out this new person.”
Sasuke allowed a little hope to show in his eyes which died when Sai spoke. “You are not going, but I’ll make sure you can hear your ‘replacement.’
His eyes closed as his heart ached to see Naruto, to see Sakura, to see everyone. “AHHH!” he screamed as he felt Sai enter him without warning.
“I. know. Who. you’re. thinking. about….” He enunciated each word with a hard thrust into the other’s prostate.
The raven’s body was screaming out in pain as Sai pounded into him.
Sai pushed forward and whispered into Sasuke’s ear, “You will never see him again.” He hissed as he continued to pound into the raven under him, smirking as he saw tears falling from dark eyes.

Neji watched the blond pace back and forth. The band was in the dressing room getting ready for tonight’s performance. Neji and Sakura decided not to tell Naruto about Sasuke being sold. They feared that he would either try to go after Orochimaru or do something to himself that they both didn’t want to think of.
“Naruto, will ya sit down, ya makin’ me dizzy!” Kiba shouted at the blond.
Naruto lips turned up in a little smile as he stopped and looked at him, “well dog boy, you should be ok, ‘cause you were always dizzy!”
Kiba frowned as everyone laughed. Shrugging he laughed along.
Neji was glad that Naruto could still smile. He remembered when he told him of the plan.
~~flashback~
“It’s about Sasuke.”
Blue eyes swung to bore into pale. “What are you talking about?”
“We want to draw out the bastard that has him. I saw the way the snake was looking at you when we were at the club.”
Naruto eyes narrowed, he remembered those yellow eyes roaming over his body.
“I figured that if we made you our new lead singer….”
“WHOA! Hold up! Lead singer? I can’t sing!”
“You’re lying.”
“Who…”
“Kakashi and Gaara said your voice could rival Sasuke’s.”
Naruto mentally planned the tortures of his two so-called friends as he was pinned with pale eyes.
“Naruto, I think this is a way, if Sasuke is listening to keep his hope alive. If he hears your voice and the songs, he’s going to know that you still care and will never stop loving him or looking for him.” Neji’s mind kept going back to those beautiful sad green eyes of Sakura. He hated to see her like that.
“Fine.”

Gaara came into the room, “you guys ready?” he asked as his eyes landed on the blond.
Naruto smirked, “as ready as I’ll ever be.”

Sai walked into the club and went straight to the back. He took a table where he had a perfect view of the stage and no one would notice him too much. Once he got settled he touched a small earpiece inside his ear.
“Sasuke-kun I hope you are listening.” Smirking he turned toward the stage as the lights dimmed.

Gaara stepped out onto the stage. “Welcome to the Sands. Thanks for coming, this is a special night. Since Sasuke is on leave, we do have a replacement. Please give it up to Kunai!”
The band members walked out onto the stage to set up. Once done the lights dimmed more.
The club exploded as everyone saw the gorgeous blonde walk out.
Naruto turned and looked out into in the sea of faces, “Hey everyone! This song is dedicated to that special person in my life. I hope he’s listening!”
Neji started to play his guitar as Naruto gripped the mic.

His head bowed as the last note was played. He lifted blue eyes to see almost all the females eyes were shining with tears as he sang. The crowd erupted with applause as a slow smile spread across his lips.
I hope he was listening he thought as he went into another song.

Sai was pissed! He had no fucking idea that Naruto could sing. He stood and headed out the club, he was pissed and he needed some release.

Sasuke’s face was wet with tears as he listened to Naruto’s beautiful voice. He never knew his dobe could sing. He wanted to go to him he wanted to hold him. No, he wanted Naruto to hold him. Fresh tears slid down his pale cheeks.
His body shivered when he heard Sai curse through the earpiece. He was mad. Part of Sasuke was happy, but he knew that when he got back Sai would take it out on him. He didn’t care; all he cared about was that Naruto wasn’t giving up on him.
That’s all that mattered.
