Chapter 18
Hello all....Here's the next installment.
I think the most exciting thing about writing fics is that you can mold the characters into whoever you want them to be.
There was a comment made that Sai is usually shown as a weaker person than Sasuke, but you know, it's those quiet one's you have to look out for! ;o)
I just love seeing how different you can make a character act. I know some are just so wrong! for example: Like Gaara being overly emotional, crying all the time and being weepy. But you know, it doesn't matter.
That's why everyone here is good at writing these fics because it takes the characters out of their comfort zone's!

Chapter 18
Sasuke heard the door open and close, but he didn't care as he stayed where he lay silently in the bed, tears falling from his dark eyes. After his body has been used by Sai, the hope he had was fading as days go by, weeks go on without seeing his dobe. His thoughts always wandered to a certain blonde. Closing, squeezing his eyes shut, he didn't want thoughts of him within his head anymore, and they only brought mental and physical pain. He didn't deserve to think about him. He was nothing but a dirty whore. He just wanted to end it all but he couldn't, he was trapped. He slowly sat up, wincing a little at the soreness in his lower back as his abused hole screamed in agony. This was one moment that he wasn’t tied to the bed.
He moved over to the bathroom and sat down on the floor next to the toilet and proceeded to vomit up everything he had eaten, which wasn't much. Sounds of retching echoed through the empty room. Sasuke wiped his mouth on a towel and stood in front of the mirror. His skin was paler then usual and there were dark circles around his eyes rivaling Gaara’s. As he looked into sad dark eyes he couldn’t help but look away. How could Naruto want him now? He was disgusting. He was broken. He was a whore. Hanging his head down, he refused to look at himself again as he rinsed out his mouth. The raven walked out of the bathroom and went to stand over by the window. A full moon hung in the night sky. He wondered if Naruto was looking at it.

Naruto eyes took in the sight of the brightest moon he has ever seen. His thoughts were never far from Sasuke. He wanted to go to him, but he didn’t know where he was. It’s been 3 weeks since he sang last and he was actually aching to get back on stage. He wasn’t doing it for those screaming fan girls; he was doing this for his raven. He just hoped that Sasuke still believed that he was coming for him and that he still loved him. He felt lost without him. He grabbed the pad and pen next to him and started writing.

*2 Weeks later*
Sasuke couldn’t believe he was out of the house. He hadn’t seen the outside world in over 4 months. Even though he was in a wig and had sunglasses on he didn’t care he was out and heading to the Sands with Sai.
He wondered why Sai was taking him. He wanted to forget the reasons but something wasn’t right. He heard snippets of his conversation on the phone. But couldn’t make out what he was really saying. After ward he came into the room and petted him on the head with an eerie smile on his lips after he told him he was taking him to go see Naruto sing.

Naruto paced back and forth inside the dressing room. He glanced up at the clock. It was almost time for them to get on stage. Neji walked into the dressing room.
“Calm down Naruto.”
Smirking, “I wish I could, but that snake bastard will be out there tonight, I can feel it. He has to know where Sasuke is.” He told the pale eyed man.
“He should he was the one that sold him, the bastard,” Neji hissed.
Nodding they both walked out of the room and headed toward the stage where the rest of the members were. They were told of the situation and are willing to help in anyway they can.
They all took their positions and waited as the lights dimmed and Gaara’s deep voice flowed through the club as he was about to introduce them.

Sasuke was scared and excited at the same time. As he sat, pushed against the wall in the booth, he slid his dark eyes sideways to take a look at Sai. He saw a smile on those pale thin lips. His eyes were darting around the dim club as if he was expecting someone. This worried him. As he turned his eyes back to the stage he had a very bad feeling something was about to happen and it wasn’t good.

Sai glanced around the club and wondered where they were. He really did care, all he wanted was his little problem to disappear. After tonight he was going to be the happiest man alive. He glanced over at Sasuke; seeing the excitement on the raven’s face made him feel superior, because he caused that. He allowed him to come here tonight. Deep down he was kind of pissed though as he saw dark eyes sparkle with anticipation over seeing the blond. Smirking he turned dark eyes toward the stage, waiting. Well, the blond won’t be a problem anymore, he thought, his smirk turning into a full on smile.

“Thanks for coming! And here they are Kunai!” Gaara shouted into the mic.
The curtain rose revealing Kunai. Naruto walked up to the mic smiling. “Glad to see you all back! I just wanted to thank everyone for listening to us we appreciate each and every one of you.”
He smirked as the first notes were played and he started to sing.
I feel it everyday it's all the same
It brings me down but I'm the one to blame

Sasuke saw blue eyes swing toward the dark corner where he was sitting, ’does he know I’m here?’ Shaking his head, he let it drop; no one knew he was there.

The raven was mesmerized by the blonde’s voice. He had no clue that Naruto could sing. He sounded even better in person. He wanted Naruto’s blue eyes to look his way but he knew that would never happen. The blonde didn’t even know he was there.
Sadness settled inside of Sasuke as he realized that he wasn’t going to go to Naruto. There was heaviness inside his chest as he watched Naruto, that bright smile, the twinkle in those crystal blue eyes, he’ll never see that again. Tears threatened to spill, he wanted to leave, but he knew he couldn’t because of Sai.
“What’s the matter, lover?” Sai asked as he ran a pale finger down Sasuke’s cheek. He could see the emotions play out over the usually stoic man.
Trying hard not to pull away Sasuke whispered, “Nothing.”

The band sang a couple more songs then Naruto stood looking out over the crowd. “Thanks again, I hope everyone enjoyed our music!” There were cheers through out the club.
“Now I have a special song that I wrote for my most precious person.”

Sasuke eyes widened at the words the blonde just said, a sad smile played over his lips as he waited.

The band started in as Naruto closed his eyes, moving his body with the music.
Opening his eyes he looked out over the faces.
Can I be dreaming once again?
I'm reaching helpless I descend

His blue eyes glanced over toward the back of the club. His eyes narrowed as he thought, “what the…?”

Your whispers fill these empty halls

Sasuke’s eyes widened when Naruto looked toward the back. He could have sworn those blue eyes saw him!

Naruto eyes turned back toward the darkened corner to see two people but only one person interested him. ‘Was that….!’

The last note was played; Naruto gazed out into the crowd, smiling as he always did, but his blue eyes were looking in one direction. As he started to turned a sharp pain shot through his upper body suddenly. Not understanding the blond looked down at his chest and saw wetness seeping though his orange t-shirt. Touching the drenched shirt his legs gave out, collapsing him to the floor….blood pooling under him as he lay there… not moving.
