(I’m BACK!!!!! A/N)
DAMN! I missed writing AND my reviewers! I was thinking ‘I can do this it’s like a small break’ , but by the third day I was like ‘GIVE ME A COMPUTER OR YOU WILL DIE A HORRIBLE DEATH’. Lets just say my friends were NOT happy….Hehe.

Kiba sat at the table, looking between Naruto, Neji, and Gaara.
“Your joking” Kiba let out
He couldn’t believe what he had just been told. Gaara and Neji are test subjects and are Naruto’s secret lovers. Kiba was amazed at how Naruto was refusing to let them go back. He had changed a lot from when he was alone.
“No joke. I don’t want them to go back. I hate the thought of them going back to be treated like animals.” Naruto snapped
Neji sighed and gave Gaara a look.
Neji looked back at Naruto.
“We have to go back or they will activate the heart pump.”
Kiba’s narrowed his eyes and Naruto looked confused.
“Heart pump?” Naruto asked
“The heart pump” Gaara paused “is a machine on our hearts. It’s controlled by a remote and it can stop our heart beat.” Gaara started looking for his clothes thinking this was all over
“Can you remove it?” Kiba let out, not thinking.
Hope shined in Naruto’s eyes.
“Kiba, you work with electronics, right?”
“Yeh…” Kiba said worrying where this was going.
“Hold on” Naruto ran from the room and called Sakura
The phone ringed loudly as Naruto waited.
“Hello?” Sakura’s high pitched voice came though the phone.
“How did you do in your open heart surgery class?”
“OH! Naruto I passed with a perfect score and so did Ino, too! Ino also did really well in he herbs class for healing. Wait, why did you asked me that? Is something wrong?” Sakura’s voice became higher.
“Hold on” Naruto ran into the kitchen.
“How do you feel about surgery?” Naruto asked Gaara
“Don’t like it. I’ve had enough of it.”
Naruto looked toward Neji, silently asking the same question.
“Same here” Neji answered, watching Naruto
“Are those things on your heart removable?”
“Naruto…” Kiba let out
Naruto smiled at Kiba and went back to the phone.
“Sakura, I need a favor and bring Ino with you…”
Within the next four days Naruto had plan out a full surgery. Neji and Gaara didn’t know what Naruto had planned.
“I can’t do this!” Kiba hissed “I don’t even know what I’m dealing with!”
Sakura shook her head.
“I can’t believe Naruto used guilt trip on us to make us do this…”
Naruto walked in with a very drugged up Neji and Gaara.
“Now get on the table and go to sleep” Naruto whispered gently
Both of them got on a table.
“Sakura, put the masked on them”
Sakura put the masked on them and watched quietly.
Naruto sat still a foot or two from the surgery tables, watching the scene before him.
Sakura put her masked on and began to cut a hole into Neji’s chest, over his heart. Ino sat back waiting for any orders. Some blood came from the opening, Sakura ignored it. Gently Sakura pulled the slabs of flesh away from the opening. Kiba stepped up looking over Sakura’s shoulder. Sakura moved some organs and muscle tissue from over Neji’s heart.
Sakura gasped at the object around Neji’s heart. Like a metal spring circled his heart. The grip of it was tight, were when the heart moved, it looked as if it was about to explode.
Kiba quickly looked over the object. Kiba then reached in, with gloved hands. Kiba attempted to move the heart pump and it stayed put. Kiba grabbed some wire cutters and slide them under Neji’s heart. Kiba watched for any change that might mean that they needed to stop. Kiba’s hands moved around as studied the underside. Kiba pulled his hands from under Neji’s heart and picked up a small saw. Within four careful hours Kiba had taken off the top of the machine and was pulling in down to take it from under the heart. It was removed and Kiba laid it into the silver pan. Ino walked up and began to clean up Neji.
Gaara was next.
7 hours later
Sakura panted, wiping the sweat from her forehead.
“Thank you.” Naruto whispered, gently caressing both Neji and Gaara heads.
“Fuck you.” Kiba hissed out
“You are very lucky I’m not pissed at you. It was good practice.” Sakura smiled to herself
“They are very responsive to the medication. Its helping them heal faster than normal.” Ino stated still watching the sleeping boys.
“They needed help and I couldn’t take them to a real doctor…”
“We know.” Kiba said gently.
“I think I might run away from here and take them with me.” Naruto whispered
Sakura, Ino, and Kiba sat up in alarm.
“Where are you going to go?” Ino blurted out
“Away. Now, that those things are gone….” Naruto paused “They will come looking for them and I’m not going to lose them now that I have them.”
Kiba stood and walked over to Naruto. Kiba picked him up and gave Naruto a hug.
“Don’t forget about your family on your trip.”
Naruto felt tears pick his eyes.
