Hitting on Sasuke

…It looks like a couple really like this fic, so I better keep it on going if I don’t want to be cursed to Hell!!! ^_^

I know Naruto and Sasuke were a bit OOC in the first chapter…hmmm, okay maybe more than just a little. But keep in mind that this is a NaruSasu, not the other way around, (tough, there might be a little SasuNaru later on).

Chapter 2: I refuse to be a magnet


Naruto’s eyes were wide open, sweat was dripping down his temple, chills ran up his nape, his fingers were twitching. For a moment, he was filled with lust and in an instance pain overwhelmed him. His head was about to blow up and then, it was too much. He screamed…


“ WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED--!!!???” Naruto had a harsh time just trying to breathe. Heart and head aching, his blood was rushing in his veins the stampede way. He fell on his knees and without notice, puked all over the floor. All his muscles were shaking as he dropped on his side and rolled on his back. As he felt his consciousness slipping away, someone grabbed his shirt and pulled him back up.

“ I’m sorry Naruto, I didn’t mean to harm you. What you’ve just experienced, is the aftereffect of my secret skill. It’s called Suijaku seishin no jutsu. It’s a genjutsu technique that can destroy people’s mind and also show them their near future.”

“ What the heck do you mean by ‘future’?” Naruto raised a brow trying to regain his strength.

The blond knew how to irritate him alright. ‘ Why can’t he ever just get it the first time. But nooooo, I always have to explain everything to him with every freaking detail.’ He sighed. But no matter how much the obnoxious nin gets on his nerves, he’d never hate him. The young, short-lighted-blue haired man loved him like a little brother, it was like a mix of the Third Hokage, Tsunade and Jiraiya’ s personalities when it came to his feelings toward Naruto. Quite the messy, dangerous mixture …

That weird brother-relationship started when Naruto saved his life on his first Anbu mission. And since then, he always asks Tsunade to send Naruto whenever a mission had to be done in the Wave Country.

“ Well, to put it simply, you damn brat” The annoyed man said. “ I only need for my enemies to touch my skin to do this jutsu, so when you accidentally touched my wrist, the first stage of my jutsu activated. What you felt and saw earlier was a premonition, a vision.”

“…”

“ What? Don’t tell me you don’t know what a premonition is…you’re not ‘that’ stupid--”

“ Don’t mock me Mizukage!” The Leaf Anbu cried angrily. “ There’s no way in Hell that ‘this’ would actually be real in this life or the next!”

“ It doesn’t matter if you believe it or not, you’ll just see for yourself.”

“ But remember one thing Naruto…” The Mizukage said warningly. “ You weren’t suppose to know any of this, so if you ever do something that might go against the events you witnessed, be sure that you’ll end up being much much MUUUUCH worse!”

“ Okay! I get it dammit! Even tough, I still don’t believe your crap Niisan.” Naruto said, looking childishly frustrated.

“ If you suddenly begin to feel light-headed Naruto. It means you’re nearing the time that your vision will no longer be just a vision. It’ll be the real thing this time. And please, whatever you do, let things follow their own course as it should or thrust me, you’ll regret it…” The Mizukage sighed knowing Naruto didn’t listen to a single thing.

“ Yeah yeah, anyway, my mission here is done so I’ll be going now.” The Leaf nin grinned. “ Take care…Tanki na Mizukage!”


A week had passed since Naruto left the Wave Country.

He took three months to complete his mission, the most deadly one he ever got himself into yet, and now he was back in Konoha and pretty glad to get out of Tsunade’s office. Reports were such a pain.

All he wanted was to take a cold shower and go to sleep.

“ Oh wait! What am I thinking? Ramen comes first of course!”

Naruto was nineteen and even looked a little older, but when his mind was settled on ramen, man did he drop back to kinder garden!

The blond nin was heading to Ichiraku’s shop when he suddenly felt a urge to be invisible, non-existent, be gone from the surface of the planet.

“ NARUTOOOO--!!!!!!” A creepy girlish low voice groaned.

“ Sakura-cha---ITAI!”

“ Don’t try to hide baka! You owe me money and I want it back this instant.” The pink haired kunoichi said. “ And where have you been for this long?”

“ Can’t you tell Sakura!!” Naruto said a little pissed off. “ I think it’s quite obvious just by seeing the way I’m dressed right now, don’t you think?”

Naruto wore his Anbu uniform. A sleeveless tight black shirt. A black mask covering his mouth and nose just like Kakashi. Dark grey baggy pants with loads of pockets hanging below his hipbones. White gloves reaching to his elbows and black bandages intentionally rolled out of proportion all around his forearms. Metal protectors placed on the back of his hands and on top of his shoulders. Two sheath-fastenings crossed his chest bearing a crimson red katana and a normal but huge one on his back. A Fox mask resting on top of his head and his old Leaf forehead protector tied on the back.

This was Naruto’s Anbu trademark. He looked pretty impressing and imposing now. Not the kind of ninja you’d want to mess up with.

“ Sorry about that. I guess I was a little out of it for a second.” She said with an apologetic smile. “ So, you just came back from a mission then…”

“ Yes, and honestly, I really don’t feel like talking about it now.” He said with sad eyes. “ Oh and I do pay my debts you know. Just wait here. I have the money at home. I’ll be back in no time!”

‘ Look at him’ She thought a little concerned. ‘ He’s just like Sasuke, trying to hide his emotions like nothing could hurt him.’

“ Naruto you’ve changed a lot… You became an Anbu, and you’re still able to smile even tough you must have had to endure worse than Hell by now. You’ve become strong, I really admire you Naruto-kun.” She whispered happily.

Not that she would admit it to him though.


Naruto was running and running and running. He felt dizzy and didn’t know the reason. After a while, he forgot why he was running and found himself in an unfamiliar place.

‘…..’

“ Argh! Stupid me, getting lost in my own village!”

The Mizukage’s voice rang in his head.

###“ If you suddenly begin to feel light-headed Naruto. It means you’re nearing the time that your vision will no longer be just a vision. It’ll be the real thing this time. And please, whatever you do, let things follow their own course as it should or trust me, you’ll regret it…”###

Hearing Mizukage’s voice in his head was just too creepy.

He kept on believing the short-tempered blue-haired man had just done a bad mind trick on him as a revenge for all the times he got on his nerves. But he’d still take his precautions…

‘ All I have to do is avoid Sasuke until tomorrow and everything’s gonna be just fine—‘ As he was auto-persuading himself, he turned the corner of a street and got face to face with non other than with the #1 notorious smartass himself.

‘ Noooooooooo! I must be cursed or something!’

Sighing, Naruto gave a hopeless groan, glared at Sasuke and saw he was holding something green in his hand.

‘ HHHHiiiiiiiii!!! This thing is not what I’m thinking it is! No no no it’s not!’ He then looked again to confirm.

Horror struck him.

“ Ki..kiwi Bubble-tea?” Naruto asked looking like he’d seen a ghost. Eyes wide, pupils dilated, mouth partially open. Fear had surrounded his face. His brain actually stopped functioning for a while.

“ What’s the problem dobe--?”

“ HOLY SHIT!!!!” The blond shrieked out. The vision he got from the Mizukage a week ago was true. ‘ Nan it can’t be..it’s probably just a coincidence.” He thought… ‘ Yeah that must be it. There’s high probabilities I would walk into someone drinking that stuff, it’s quite popular…Yeah, definitely a coincidence… Hmmm..and there’s also high chances this someone would of bought the kiwi flavor, as it’s a new one…Could only be a coincidence too…’

He paused in his thinking. ‘ Who am I kiddin!’ Naruto yelled mentally. ‘ I almost bump into Sasuke who’s drinking that particular thing in a cup printed with chibi-animals on it, with a ‘I’m-not-the-one-who-put-the-stuff-in-a-girly-cup-so-don’t-say-a-thing-or-I’ll-make-sure-your-parents-wont-recognize-you’ glare…Coincidence?? FAT CHANCE!’

As the blond stared again at Sasuke, images of what he did to him in his vision arised from his mind.

‘ Sasuke’s hair.. Sasuke’s skin.. Sasuke’s lips.. Sasuke’s tongue……..’

“………..”

“ WWHHAAAA!!!!” Naruto couldn’t bare it any longer.

“ Stop freaking out moron.” Sasuke said coolly, stepping forward so he could punch the man for being such a pain in the ass all of a sudden.

…That was a surprise…Naruto actually dodged it.

“ Don’t even try to touch me!” Naruto cried looking really un-Naruto-like. He looked… afraid.

“ What the—“

“ Go away you bastard!”

And before Uchiha could make one more sound, Naruto disappeared in thin air.


Naruto knew one thing he could do to take his mind off what just happened and that’s why he was running through the forest heading for his ‘training sanctuary’. A spot he found a couple of years ago trying to get away from the villages hateful glare. This field was wide open for miles and surrounded by giant trees, there was also a large river passing through on the edge of the trees. As time flew, Naruto grew stronger and the ground that used to be plain was now ravaged by monstrous Rasengan. The field was the ultimate proof of his strength major evolution. It was the place where he could train in peace...alone.

Naruto trained like a devil…yep. And it lasted for like…five minutes…

“ ………….Shimatta!!!”

Naruto didn’t know what to do with his unusual thoughts. He wasn’t able to make them go away. In fact, the more he tried to deny them the worse they got.

‘ Why did we even share that drink in the first place? Arrgh! Why bother? I’ll never know anyway…not like I give a damn or anything.’

He remembered every little thing that happened in his vision. How he was deviously teasing Sasuke. How the black-haired man reacted. How seeing Sasuke blush as he hissed little gasps which totally drove him crazily satisfied.

He had wanted to see a helpless Sasuke and he got one. But was it really the way he wanted him to be? Getting the upperhand on Sasuke for once, yes. Helpless, yes. Because of him, yes. But deep down, he had no idea why….something about all this wasn’t right.

Right now, if he hadn’t known any of this, he’d tell Sasuke that he was stupid for thinking he was hitting on him and he’d be sure that he’d felt fuck all for the Anbu leader.

Then again, Naruto hadn’t realize yet, that, after all these years of fighting against and beside Sasuke; rivalry, hatred and acknowledgment weren’t his motivations anymore. He was totally oblivious to the little voice he had since forever that was screaming in agony trying to get its way to the surface. The voice that over and over, said only one thing : Sasuke.

There was an irritating and pestering noise he could hear though…

GGGGRRRROOOAAAWWWWLLLLLL

“…”

“ Kuso! Because of that stupid bastard, I couldn’t get a shower, couldn’t go to sleep and MOST OF ALL, COULDN’T GET MY MISO RAMEN!!!”

Naruto stopped yelling out in the open and sighed. “ At least I got away from ‘him’.”


“ Got away from whom?”

Sasuke was standing his back pressed to a tree arms crossed. Piercing cold black eyes were staring at the blond. His face looked utterly emotionless.

He was nineteen just like Naruto and wow did he grow up! He got a lot taller, although he was 2 inches shorter than Uzumaki. His hair were pretty much the same as when he was younger with the exception of a half-back loose ponytail underneath the spikes he always had on top of the back of his head. He never tanned, he still had a creamy silky white skin. His features were such a delightful sight that no one could bring themselves to ignore them. His training had paid off big time! If any girl had seen Sasuke naked, she’d probably die drowning in her drool alright!

“ From whom ‘haibokusha’?”

“ None of your business teme.” Naruto said furiously and surprised to see him here. “ How did you find me?”

“ How could I have not baka? Yelling like you did.”

“ …Well, I might as well ask you why you came here then.”

“ …”

“ I have better things to do than wait for answers. If you don’t have anything to say Uchiha get the hell out of my sight!”

Sasuke smirked

“ Make me.”

Two words and that’s all it took to get Naruto out of his hinges.

The Fox nin didn’t want Sasuke around. He didn’t know how to deal with him yet.

“ DON’T BE SUCH AN ARROGANT ASS AND LIVE ME ALONE YOU BASTARD!!!”

“ No”

On that last word, Naruto unleashed his anger.

“ Kage bunshin no jutsu!” Then, thirty clones appeared.

To all the thirty-one Naruto yelled. “ RASENGAN!!”

They all aimed for Sasuke who had great difficulty dodging them all.

‘ Damn! The moron got powerful!’

‘ Okay…1’

‘ 2…..3…..4….’ The Uchiha wasn’t an Anbu leader for nothing… 2 minutes and the clones were gone.

‘ 28….29…30! Where’s the real one now?’

“ You should be more careful Uchiha. I may not be a leader, but I’m not one to underestimate either!” Naruto hissed angrily, holding Sasuke tightly to him with his left arm and pushing his red katana’s blade on his throat. “ You should quit now and leave me be!”

“……………No.”

Naruto pushed him away from himself.

“ WHY NOT DAMMIT!!!!?”

Sasuke smirked again.

“ You still won’t answer, fine. I don’t want to know. If you don’t leave, I’ll do.”

“ I’ll find you again dobe…”

“ Why?!! Argh whatever…Just don’t do so or you might get…”


Naruto heard it for the first time. The voice screaming Sasuke endlessly. It freed itself when he was holding Sasuke. His skin against his. His intoxicating smell. His smooth hair…Sasuke’s warmth. All these elements triggered his senses off and he felt an unknown weird feeling rising from nowhere.

‘ This is not teasing anymore, neither than giving Sasuke his own medicine.’ Naruto thought confessingly. ‘ I’M ACTUALLY ATTRACTED TO THE BASTARD!!!!NO WAY, NO WAY, NO WAY!!! I REFUSE!’

### “ …You’ll end up being in much much MUUUUCH worse.” ###

‘ Kuso! He was right! I should have done as he said. Now that I’ve avoided the events, everything is upside down and now, he’s the one who’s playing around with me goddammit!!!’

But is this really something new?



“ Or I might get what?” Sasuke asked, bringing Naruto back to the real world.

“…”

“ You’re mute now dobe?”

“ …Nan, I just thought that, since you enjoy seeing me being helplessly out of control that bad, I might as well show you what it’s like when I’m ‘seriously’ out of control.” Naruto said with a confident smirk.

He rushed toward the Sharingan user at full speed kicking him in the stomach sending him near the riverbank. Sasuke had just enough time to get on his feet when Naruto appeared beside him taking one of his wrists and throwing him in the river.

‘ Argh! Damn! How embarrassing! My Sharingan can’t even keep up to him!”

Sasuke got out of the water glaring deadly at Naruto as he ran to him punching him in the jaw with shuriken between his fingers cutting through Naruto’s flesh. The blond stepped back and saw Sasuke doing signs to fulfill a genjutsu technique.

‘ Han han, I won’t let you.’

He grabbed Sasuke’s shirt and pinned him to the ground pulling his wrists above his head and carefully immobilized his legs under his pressure.

“ Too late Uchiha. I guess you’re not fast enough.” He laughed, blood dropping a little from his cheek and jaw.

Sasuke groaned at that. “ Shut up asshole! If I’d used the Kaleidoscope Sharingan you’d be dead by now you fuck—“

“ Well maybe you should have, instead of staring at me from above and not leaving when I ask you to, you dick!”

Sasuke was in a rather embarrassing position under Naruto not being able to move and he still had the guts to smirk.

* Damn he’s so fucking gorgeous lying there underneath me!!
WWHHHAAAAATTTT!!!! No this is not the time to fantasize you idiot, Sasuke doesn’t feel that way for you!!!* Naruto’s mind screamed. ‘ But wait a sec, this is something I could use to my advantage…beating him up didn’t work so perhaps this will…’

Naruto gazed at Sasuke’s face and grinned.“ I’ll give you something to make that stupid smirk of yours disappear…”

“ Oh yeah?” Sasuke questioned amused. “ You’ll never be able to do that dobe, you’re too stu—Hmmmfff!!!”

Naruto kissed him deeply pushing his tongue tenderly into Sasuke’s mouth playing with his. He took the black-haired man’s wrists into one hand and brought the other one to his nape making his neck arch as he pushed his tongue further in. Sasuke moaned in pleasure. Realizing the sound was his, he’s body struggled for freedom with great embarassment and Naruto knew he couldn’t have that kiss last for much longer, so he let go of Sasuke’s tongue and bit his bottom lip licking it right after to wipe away the little amount of blood.

Naruto opened his eyes and stoop up looking at a really REALLY-pissed off-angry-dangerously-glaring and……..blushing Sasuke.

“ Well, what do you know, no more irritating smirk.” Naruto was serious now.

“ When I ask for something I mean it Sasuke. But I guess that I’m the one who will have to leave now that you’re too stunned to retaliate.”


And Naruto left.

Sasuke was still lying on the ground brain dead.

Oh, brain functioning again, he yelled out of anger, blushing like mad.“ What the HELL!!!? He kissed me! I let Naruto kiss me!”


He couldn’t hold it anymore. He screamed.

“ OH…”

“ MY…”

“ GOD!!!”

“ I kissed him for fuck sake!!! I can’t believe I just did that! He’s gonna hate me for good after that…Not that he didn’t hate me before but anyway…How am I gonna fix this? I’m SOOOOO DOOMED!!!!”

“ And what the heck got into me liking it? I totally refuse to be attracted to him. I’m not a freaking magnet that gets all fuzzy in front of a damn cold piece of metal even tough it’s a pretty handsome and sexy one…”

“…..”

“ WWHHHAAAAA!!! Stop thinking like that or it’ll be the end of you Naruto!” He yelled to himself.

When he arrived at his apartment, he found a note saying :

“ Hokage wants to see you now.”


“ What now?”

The poor Sakura was forgotten…….


(At Tsunade’s office)

“ You wanted to see me baa-chan—?”

Sasuke was also there, distant and cold as usual.

‘ I have a bad feeling about this…’

“ Yes you brat!” Tsunade groaned and then sighed. “ I know you just came from a life-threatening mission but I must send you on another one. Top priority. You’re one of the best Anbu the Leaf ever had and I am counting on strong ninjas for this mission as you’ll only be a team of two. You’ll have to live with your teammate for a whole week day and night and get perfectly along, if not, the chance of success of this mission won’t get above zero. I’ll tell you all the details in one week. Understood?”

“ Euhm yes. But I’ll probably have the most shitty time of my life trying to understand Neji, so don’t blame me if all of this doesn’t go your way.” Naruto said coolly.

“ Oh! That won’t be a problem. Your teammate won’t be Neji this time…Sasuke will.”

“ WWHHHAAAAATTTT!!!!” Naruto and Sasuke both yelled.
