Last time...
"Uh..we better get to class before the bell rings." The blond quickly said and took off, leaving Sasuke behind. The Uchiha though seemed disappointed, he wanted to hold the fox like boy closer to him, to feel his warmth against his body Frowning he walked slowly as ever to the class room, not caring if he was late or not.
Attack!
The following week had been hard on Naruto. Everyday Sasuke would come to his apartment to pick him up. He was about to accuse him of being a stalker but Sasuke quickly said that Tsunade gave him the address. Then there was Sasuke holding onto his arm tightly, 'So you don't fall down on your ass' or so the bastard says. Currently they are on the bus, Sasuke suggested that they took it from now on so they could take their time getting to class.
"I rather walk than be in such a crowded place." Naruto pouted, watching as sweaty business men came on the bus, holding onto the closes handle bar they could reach, seeing as how all the seats were taken up. Naruto and Sasuke were standing up, apparently Sasuke couldn't find two empty seats so they stood beside two poles.
"Hn. Too bad." Sasuke shrugged his shoulders, not caring.
"But is stinks of old men!!" The blond whined and covered his nose. They buss made another stop as more people came it, making Sasuke squish right into Naruto.
"S-sasuke, stop squishing me, I can't breath!" The shorted boy tried to push the other away but he didn't budge.
"No can do, dobe. More people just came on so of course it's going to be crowded." Sasuke just leaned into Naruto more, starting to feel the other warmth rising.
"Well than lets get off at the next stop, ne? Than we'll walk to school from there." The blond seriously wanted to get out of this position but should no emotion of it. The emotionless boy just looked down at him.
"How about this than." Sasuke wrapped his arms around the petite boy and pulled it against his own. Naruto squeaked and blushed a crimson red.
"Uchiha Sasuke! People are going to see, let go!" The blond tried to scold him but failed as the other boy just held on tighter.
"But isn't this better? This way I'll know if an old man starts touching a girly boy like you." The Uchiha smirked, staring down into cerulean eyes.
"Next stop;Konoha High, Next stop; Konoha High" Came on the voice from the speakers. The automatic doors opened. Naruto saw his chance and pushed at Sasuke roughly than made a dash for the doors. He succeeded and his eyes widen. They were right in front of the school. He checked his watch. '7:45am' It read, his eyes widening. He has time to go check over his home work and hang out with his friends.
"Told you so." Sasuke said as he passed the blond. Naruto blushed, still remembering what happened only seconds ago. He caught up with the other boy and held his bag over his shoulder.
"So what are you going to do for 15 minutes?" The shorter boy followed is 'guardian' into the school and down the hall.
"Hn. Probably go to the class room and check over my homework." He said with a shrug. '..Nerd...' Naruto thought.
:Well I'm just going to check over my homework than go hang out with my friends. Anyways. My locker is down this way, so I'll see you in class." With a wave of his hand, Naruto dashed down the hall, took a few corners and was at his locker. Sasuke stood there, not unfazed by this action. Sighing, he went down the other hall and down to his locker for his books.
Naruto skidded to a stop in front of his locker. It was an ugly forest green color. They all were. He turned his lock into the combination it was made to and popped his locker open. His books were neatly in a pile at the top shelf and his gym clothes at the bottom. He placed his school back on an empty shelf and took out his Math text book. There as dirt and colors smudged on the inside and out of the book. 'It has been raining lately but did my books have to fucking drop in a mud puddle?'. Growling, he would have to Tell his math teacher, Iruka-sensei, that he would need a new book. He felt a tap on his shoulder and turned around.
"Shikamaru!" The blond smiled a toothy smile. Shikamaru just gave him a bored look.
"You're here early.." The lazy teen drawled out and went to go sit down beside his friends feet, his back leaning against the locker.
"Yup! Sasuke made me take the bus today, it was smelly!" Naruto had told all his friends that Sasuke had to be his 'guardian' for awhile and well...one of them wasn't too happy about it.
"Naruto." Someone greeted out from behind him. Speak of the devil.
"N-Neji! Hello!" The blond scratched behind his had as he turned to his other friend.
Hyuuga Neji. Ever sexy, His long silky blackish brown ((A/N: no clue what his hair color is..in picture I've seen brown..in fan fictions I've read black..@_@)) reaced down to his waist, his bangs pulled back by a head bang with two band like thingy's hanging from the side. Naruto had seen his upper half before when they were in the change room during gym class and he couldn't do anything but blush. He was so well built but not so bulky to make you puke. He had a rare eye color too....white...with no pupils. The blond wondered how he could see.
"You still being escorted by Uchiha?" Neji said the last name disgustingly. The Uchiha's and Hyuuga's never got along well. Something about history, Naruto never listened.
"Yup. Though I wish Tsunade just picked someone else than him, he's prerv-" The blond silenced himself by covering his mouth with his hands. If Neji knew that Sasuke was doing perverted things to him than heads will be rolling.
"What's that, Naruto-kun?" The white eyed boy beamed at him.
"N-nothing!!" His whiskered cheeks went to a tinted pink. Neji eyed him for awhile longer before looking at the text book in his hand.
"What happened to your book?" Naruto blinked at the change of subject than looked to his book. He almost forgot about his book!
"Eh heh..well I accidentally dropped it on the ground..more like in a mud puddle..but I will ask Iruka-sensei if I can buy a new one! I'm sure I can pay him with the job money I have saved up." The blond smiled sheepishly.
"Hm..until then why don't you share a book with me?" The taller boy suggested and smiled, making Naruto stare in awe.
"Really? Thank you Neji-kun!" Naruto grabbed his friend into a big hug. Neji, of course, returned the gesture. He was used to them already.
"Zzzz.." The two boys parted and turned to look the the lockers. Shikamaru was there, head thrown back, knees up with his arms on each side. Naruto chuckled and tossed and started to imitate a certain females voice.
"Shikamaru!!! WAKE UP!!!" His voice went so high pitched that Neji had to cover his ears.
"Ino I'm sorry!!!" The lazy boy awoke with a star, his eyes widening while jumping to his feet. He searched around for the girl but found her no where in site. All he found was Naruto trying to stifle his giggles and Neji shaking his head. All the white eyed boy thought was 'What in the world does Ino do to Nara-kun?'
"Naruto.." Shikamaru was going to get him back but thought against it, it would just be too troublesome.
"Come on lazy, class is going to start soon." The blond grinned heading off to Math class with his friends along side with him.
*****Math Class*****
Naruto had explained to Iruka that he would buy a new text book once he got money from his job and he would share with Neji for now. The man had simply agreed, Naruto being his favorite student, he could wait for awhile until he got his own text book.
Though Sasuke seemed pretty upset of the idea. He seen the trio walk in together, Shikamaru going to his assigned seat while Naruto and Hyuuga went up front to the teachers desk. He heard the whole conversation and his blood began to boil as he saw them sit together! He would have walked over and asked to have the blond share his book instead but he would have to give a reason why. Saying 'I'm his guardian, it's proper that I watch him at all time' was not a good excuse because they would start asking questions and Tsunade-san seemed like she wants this to be kept a secret so he decided he'll live with it for now.
But what got him even more over the edge is when Naruto started giggling every five minutes the white eyed boy said something. First off, he didn't like it when someone made the blond laugh besides him..even though he never made him laugh yet. Second, his giggles are starting to get annoying hearing over and over again.
So class went on, just like the rest of the day. Naruto rarely had any encounters with Sasuke even though they were in the same classes. It was now after school, everybody was getting to leave him . Naruto was at his locker, putting away his books and getting out his bag, filled with homework and water bottles for when he had to walk in the hot sun to work, than suddenly Iruka appears behind him, tapping him on the shoulder.
"Gahh! Iruka-sensei! Don't scare me like that!" Naruto whipped around and got the crap scared out of him. By now he was sweating beads and was hyperventilating.
'Shit!' Thought Iruka as he took out some medicine from his pocket and popped it into the blonds mouth. He quickly grabbed a water bottle from his bad and made him chug it down. In mere seconds Naruto started to calm down, his breathing slowly became steady and the beads a sweat came to a slow stop.
"Naruto I'm so sorry!" Iruka kept on bowing his head as he put away the pills. All of Naruto's teachers carried them just incase.
"Y-your lucky Iruka-s-sensei..that it wasn't..during class." The blond had a bit of trouble talking from the attack he just got awhile ago.
Meanwhile someone behind the corner was watching the whole scene. 'Strong relaxation pills..what for?" The figure made a step forward to hear properly and ended up hitting a piece of trash on the ground. They quickly looked up and saw them looking over here. Soon they said their good byes as Iruka left. The figure emerged from the shadows.
"Naruto." Sasuke greeted in non-emotional voice, nodding his head to the blonds direction.
"Sasuke! What are you doing here? I thought you would have gone home by now? By the way..did you see something a couple minutes ago..?" Naruto prayed that it wasn't Sasuke.
"I usually go home way before now but since I have to baby-sit you, I take my precious time to come and watch over you. And no, I didn't see what happened awhile ago, why? What happened?" He figured if Naruto didn't want him to know, he would let the blond keep the secret a little longer before he forces him to spill. He has to know what he's dealing with, right?
"Ah! That's good! Nothing was happening, I just made a fool of myself in front of one of the teachers." He ignored the baby-sit comment and picked up his bag and locked his locker.
"Where are you going now?" The Uchiha asked, slightly interested.
"I'm going to my part-time job. Somebody's got to pay the bills and pay for food, along with water, heat, electricity.." He continued on to babble about what he had to pay for while Sasuke thought about it. Both of their parents were gone, everybody knew that when Naruto told them when he first came here. He soon became popular after that.
"I'll give you a lift."
"Wha?" Came the blonds intelligent reply.
"I said I will give you a lift. To work of course." Sasuke sneaked glances towards him as they made way to Sasuke's black car. ((A/N: People, I am sorry, I don't know what kind of care to give him because..well..I don't know anything about cars. xD I don't really pay attention to their names >w<))
"Eh, okay!" Naruto hopped in after the door was unlocked.
"hey..." He asked after they were settled in and had their seat belts on.
"Hn?"
"If you had a car, why didn't we take it instead of taking the smelly bus?!"
"Did you see how high the gas prices are?"
"You're a rich bastard!"
"Hn. So true." Sasuke smirked and began to drove off.
"So where is this place you work at?"
"Blue Mo-you can just drop me off at the city library!" Naruto hopped Sasuke didn't suspect anything yet his was so wrong.
"Okay, what time shall I pick you up?" Came the emotionless question as he made a few turns and they arrived of front of the library in ten minutes.
"Oh..well my job is a..24-hour gas shop and I work late sometimes and tonight is one of the times so I will be going home really late and you'll probably be sleeping by the time I'm done so-" The shorter boy was silence with a finger on his lips.
"I worry about you..out late.." Sasuke leaned into Naruto, tracing his finger over full plump lips. The blonds eyes just widen.
"Ehh...." Sasuke gave a lick at his lips and pulled back, unlocking the door.
"Alright, if you say so. I'll be seeing you at school tomorrow." Naruto could only nod dumbly for scrambling out of the door. He watched as Sasuke left off at such speed, he wondered if the boy ever got a ticket in his life. He waited for the the to disappear from his site and once it did, he crossed the street and turned down into a ugly looking ally. About two minutes later he came to a flashy looking place, people were in line just to get in.There was about two bouncers at the door, dressed in black and has black sun glasses on. He walked passed people and up to the bouncer.
"Hey Joe! I didn't know you were working tonight!" The blond smiled at the huge man and he smiled back.
"Hey Naru-chan, I got my shifts switched. By the way, welcome back." Joe and the other bouncer stepped aside to let the petite kid in. As he got it, there was flashing lights all over the place with blaring music...he came back like he did every other shift.
"The Blue Moon Bar." He whispered to himself.

He waited for the the to disappear from his site and once it did, he crossed the street and turned down into a ugly looking ally. About two minutes later he came to a flashy looking place, people were in line just to get in.There was about two bouncers at the door, dressed in black and has black sun glasses on. He walked passed people and up to the bouncer.
"Hey Joe! I didn't know you were working tonight!" The blond smiled at the huge man and he smiled back.
"Hey Naru-chan, I got my shifts switched. By the way, welcome back." Joe and the other bouncer stepped aside to let the petite kid in. As he got it, there was flashing lights all over the place with blaring music...he came back like he did every other shift.
"The Blue Moon Bar." He whispered to himself.
