Pride and Lust

“Who’s the dobe now?” Naruto asked jokingly.
“Still you.” Sasuke said, wincing.
“What?! You’re the idiot who got thrown so many times you broke something!” Naruto ranted, walking recklessly and jarring Sasuke painfully. Sasuke cried out and dug his nails into Naruto. The blonde boy stopped, not realizing how hut Sasuke was. “Let’s take a break.” Naruto said, easing Sasuke into a sitting position. He then stripped Sasuke’s shirt off and removed his shirt and jacket as well. He pulled out a kunai and cut his black tee into strips. He then stood Sasuke up and looked at the Uchiha, concerned. “This will hurt Sasuke. Bear with me.”
Apprehensively, Sasuke nodded. Naruto set to work tightly wrapping the fabric strips around Sasuke’s torso. Sasuke said nothing, he merely stood, wincing from time to time. When Naruto had finished, Sasuke could move easier without hurting himself too badly. Naruto knelt down before him. “Climb on.” Sasuke did as he was told, wrapping his legs tightly around Naruto.
Naruto had left their shirts behind, and soon his back and shoulders were slick with sweat. Seized by sudden impuse, Sasuke leaned forward and licked a bead of sweat off of Naruto’s shoulder.
“Eww!” Naruto exclaimed, trying to hold Sasuke up and wipee his shoulder at the same time. Sasuke chuckled.
“Dobe.”
“Yeah? Well this ‘dob’ is carrying your injurd ass and if the insults keep coming, my foot might just slip.” For emphasis, Naruto kicked a foot out beneath him.
“Well then I’ll have tto do something like this.” Sasuke said, biting down unmercifully on Naruto’s easr, causing the blonde to yelp in pain and surprise.
“No fair!” Naruto complained.
“Pay attention. We’re home.”
“Naruto looked up at Konoha in surprise. “So we are! It’s been a month.”
“I know that. Now are you gonna walk or do I have to carry you? “ Sassuke inquired.
Naruto walked to the hospital and entered, placing Sasuke on his feet. Sakura, who had a part time job as a nurse, walked out of a room and gasped when she saw her friends. “Naruto! Sasuke! You guys are a mess! What did you do to yourselves?”
“The usual.” Sasuke replied apathetically. “Got our asses kicked bloody then carried each other home.
Sakura undid the makeshift bandages holding Sasuke’s ribcage in place and ran to get a wheelchair. “Sit down Sasuke! You shouldn’t be walking.”
Sasuke stared at the wheel chair in disgust. “No thanks. I prefer to walk.”
Naruto lifted Sasuke up and sat him down personally, bringing his face close to Sasuke’s. “Do as she says. I’m not gonna let you get hurt worse.”
Sasuke rolled his eyes, but inwardly smiled at Naruto’s concern. “Yeah alright.”
Sakura wheeled Sasuke toward a room close by, followed by Naruto. The two sat in the room, getting a healing justu performed that healed up their wounds. Thanks to the nine tailed fox, Naruto needed no rest. Sasuke didn’t have a nine tailed fox sealed inside him however, and Naruto chose to wait while his sleeping friend recovered. When the two were alone, Naruto began to speak.
“Dumbass… Naruto muttered. He sat on the edge of Sasuke’s bed and grabbed a pale hand. Sasuke had strong hands, but they were smooth for a guy. “Why are you always risking your life to save my ass? And what do you want? I don’t get it. I kissed you and you act like it meant nothing. I would rather you kicked my ass. Fuck Sasuke. I can’t even tell what I want. I mean, part of me wants you, but I don’t know….” Naruto could se why girls liked Sasuke so much. He was hot, smart, mysterious, and motivated. What’s not to like? Naruto smiled, remembering the kiss. He realized that he wanted another one. He leaned in and found Sasuke, eyes open, staring at him with that piercing look.
“Dobe. You wanted to kiss me, right? Well what’s taking so long?” Sasuke asked. He leaned forward slightly and his lips met Naruto’s. His eyes closed and he put one hand into the silky blonde hair and pulled Naruto closer, feeling the blonde haired fox boy kiss him back. Sasuke broke the kiss and planted his lips on Naruto’s neck, alternately biting and sucking the same spot until he left a reddish mark.
“You’re crazy Sasuke.” Naruto mumbled into Sasuke chest.
