Chapter 2: Flashback
Chapter: Two Flashback
It was one year ago the time in which Sasuke would be lost to everyone of Konoha, three years after Sasuke had left for Orichimaru. A decision from the Hokage had been decided that all teams should have an extra jounin or a member from ANBU. The head of team 7 is Hatake Kakashi, Sakura Haruno, Sai, and of ANBU Captain Yamato. The newer tams of Genin were omitted from the extra jounin because of the rule of Hokage that they are not to leave Konoha.
Team 7 reached the Earth country because of a tip from Jiraiya that Orichimaru had been spotted going their. Their mission is to retake Sasuke Uchiha and eliminate Orichimaru. After days of wandering they finally tracked the location indicated and they found a large tree that had a door in the base of the trunk.
“Well this must be it” said the silver haired jounin. “Alright Naruto, Yamato, and I are going to create clones and stake out the place, Sai and Sakura just hang tight”.
“Kage Bunshin no Jutsu”, said Naruto and Kakashi together.
“Mukon Bunshin no Jutsu” said Yamato.
In a flash, clones of Naruto, Kakashi, and Yamato had been created and left for the entrance to the tree.
“Wow, doesn’t that ever get old; I mean it seems that Naruto’s only strength is his Kage Bunshins”, said Sai. With that Kakashi and Yamato gave a dirty look on Sai and he knew what it meant.
After a while like lighting struck Kakashi, Naruto, and Yamato at the same time. “Well it seems that the party is all inside. Alright here is the plan Sakura you will stay in the back with Yamato and move in when the need arises. Yamato you will be in the back in case if Kyuubi manages to rise again. Sai you are to take on Kabuto, Naruto you have Sasuke, and I have Orichimaru. So does everyone know their role in this plan?” Everyone nodded in agreement.
“Naruto be careful will you and bring back Sasuke”, said the pink haired Sakura.
“I told you before I will definitely bring back Sasuke for your Sakura-chan”, said Naruto giving her a thumbs up.
Kakashi then broke in and said, “Well time to get to work the time for reunion will be later o.k. kids it is time to go”. The last Sakura remembers is Naruto walking into the tree.
“Don’t worry Sakura remember I am here to make sure that the fox stays were it is” said Yamato.
“I know captain Yamato but I still worry for them”, said Sakura.
“You know that boy really does love you why do you insist on a love that will never be and go for a love that can be. A love like that can overpower anything or anyone and even distance can not shake that bond. Also no matter how deep someone sinks in despair the ones that are closest to their hearts will be able to summon them back no matter how far gone they are. Remember that Sakura for someday that will come in handy and helpful” said Yamato.
