A/N: Damn, the first chapter was up five minutes and already had a possitive review. On with the show then boys and girls.


Chapter Two ~ Things That Change


Naruto stired and opened his eyes. Sasuke face was expressionless looking down at him. "How are you feeling?"

"How... how did I get in here?" He asked, motioning the fact that he was tucked up in bed.

"I carried you here of course." Sasuke said with a shrug.

Naruto sat bolt upright in bed. "No. No. NO! You can't do stuff like that anymore! Not if you're... you're..."

Sasuke pressed a finger against his lips. "Shhh, you'll get woozy again."

"How long? How long have you known?" Naruto asked, suddenly finding himself unable to take his eyes off of Sasuke's stomach, remembering that tiny movement that had shocked through Sasuke's body and into his own.

"A little while... I just... I just didn't know how to tell you." Sasuke finished nervously, watching for Naruto's reaction.

"I did wonder why you were so out of it all of a sudden, but I never would have imagined..."

Sasuke's nerve got the better of him. "I'll go to the clinic first think in the morning."

"What?"

"I'll get it sorted out, don't worry about it."

"Get what sorted out? You're not going to... No." Naruto said, sitting sharply up in bed and wrapping his arms around Sasuke, pulling him into a tight embrace. "Why? Don't you... don't you want this?" Sasuke was silent. "Sasuke? Are you crying?" He pulled Sasuke back from his body and Sasuke quickly covered his face.

"I... I didn't think you..."

Naruto pulled him close again. "Don't think that. Never ever think that. I love you, Sasuke."

"I... I love you too... Naruto." Sasuke sobbed, holding onto Naruto harder.

Naruto smiled and closed his eyes as those gentle shocks began to reach his body again. "Fiesty... like you. When are we expecting then?"

Sasuke managed a small smile. "In about six months. Plenty of time." She said softly, his smile stengthening as Naruto's hands wandered over his stomach.

"Not soon enough..." Naturo whispered as his hand came to rest over the source of the movent.

"Naruto..."

Natuto moved quickly into the next room and his heart almost stopped. "Sasuke? Sasuke are you alright?" He said, panic taking over him as he ran to Sasuke's side. "What is it?"

Sasuke was kneeling on the kitchen floor, a cold sweat covering his face and shaking. His breathing became deep and ragged. "I... I don't... know... It... it came on... so suddenly..." He said, struggling for breath in between words.

Naruto grabbed Sasuke arm and pulled it round his shoulders, pulling him carefully to his feet. "Common, we need to get you to bed."

Naruto laid Sasuke down and pulled the covers over him. "I know you don;t want to but... I think we should tell someone about this. I mean... if it's going to make you sick then we're going to need some help."

"No... I'll... I'll be fine..."

"But Sasuke..."

"I'll be alright... I just... I need to... sleep." Sasuke finished, pulling the covers a little higher and closing his eyes, rolling onto his side and quickly falling into an uneasy sleep.

Naruto stayed at the end of the bed for a moment, staring at Sasuke's various twisted expressions as he slept. He had to try and persuade Sasuke to see a doctor. Something most certainly wasn't right.
