====================================================================

Sasuke stared out the window listlessly, looking at the sky turning red around the horizon as the sun set. It had been three days since that stupid party, three whole days and he hadn't left this room. His brother had left the next morning, telling Sasuke he'd be back soon, so he should stay put, and not wonder off. He hadn't been to the townhouse in years, Itachi usually stayed here, but he was always busy with business and those stupid social gatherings, though they were good for the family image. Sasuke didn't care though.

His mother had dragged him to them when he was younger, planning his social debut when he came of age, but he had refused to do it once he was old enough to stand up to her. He hated them. Still, when his brother asked him to he couldn't say no. he could never say no to Itachi. He supposed that was probably much of the reason he was still here.

The maid had told him that she had made up a room for him down the hall, the townhouse had many bedrooms, none of which were used very often. Sasuke had his own room here. He didn't go to it though, he had stayed in his brother's room, since the day he left. Everything in here smelled like Itachi, and it was soft and comfortable, all silk and combed cotton, the dark reds and blacks that Itachi favored. He had stayed in this room and waited.

He knew what Itachi had meant by "stay here." He had meant stay in London, don't take off for the country or something. He knew he could do whatever he wanted while here, that Itachi didn't care if he was out every night, picking up girls and drinking till dawn as long as he was here when he came home. He didn't want to though. He liked this room, this room had become fascinating in his time here alone, allowing him to relive that night over and over.

Itachi had been fabulous like always, but that was no surprise. He had never been touched like that by anyone, and he doubted if he would let anyone else do it. Itachi was different. At least that what he told himself. He tried not to think about the blond boy, tried not to think about how good he had felt, the tanned skin on his own. He wrote it off as merely an extension of his brother, it was after all Itachi's good taste that picked that boy, and Itachi's commands that he had carried out.

Still though, in his long hours of waiting, secluded in that room, he wondered what the boy would be like without Itachi there, without the commands and the pomp and circumstance. He scowled. The blond had been a whore, someone Itachi had bought for the night, he was undoubtedly skilled, but it was nothing to remember him for. So he pushed the thoughts away.

Sasuke scowled at the knock at the bedroom door, the maids all knew he was in here, and that he didn't really want them disturbing him. He took a calming breath, sitting up and slipping the silk robe over his bare shoulders. It was Itachi's, far too big for him, but he hadn't brought anything with him but the stiff party clothes he had been dressed in that night, so he had stolen it. He told himself it was comfortable and easy to deal with, but he really liked the way it flowed n his skin, the way it felt like Itachi next to him.

"Come in" He said, trying to keep a level voice, but pushing in an edge of the annoyance he felt at being interrupted at what was obviously something of utmost importance. He had no idea what he would be doing in here that would be that important, but he felt no need to justify himself to the household help either.

The young woman edged in, curtsying low to him, before holding forth an envelope. He scowled at it before snatching it from her hand, but his mood brightened when he saw the familiar scrawl on the outside. It was from Itachi. He tore into it, ignoring the girl still standing by the door, scanning it quickly. He sighed a little, disappointed to say the least. His brother would be gone for a couple more days. This time though, Itachi wanted him to go out and get fitted for some more formal clothing, he didn't have much of his own after all. That at least made him a bit more hopeful. Itachi wouldn't have him outfitted for those stupid parties and things if he wasn't planning on keeping him around, right? It would be so much nicer to live with Itachi than with their parents, not that he saw them much anymore. His father was too busy with readying to hand the whole of the business and estate over to his brother's care, and his mother was too busy with her new friends, playing the social butterfly in Paris.

He flopped back onto the bed, sighing deeply, but couldn't keep a small hopeful smile from his face. If he were to stay here, who knows what he could do that he couldn't do on the compound he'd been staying at, out in the countryside. He hated it there, it was boring and there was never anyone else there, only the nursemaids he had long since outgrown who thought he still needed them to make sure he ate breakfast and didn't fall down any wells.

It was the next morning when a tall man knocked on the door to retrieve him. He said he was in Itachi's employ, and he would bring him out to get the proper clothing fitted. Sasuke pouted and whined generally acted like a five year old until the man threatened to tell Itachi he had been an utter pain and send him home. He had gone silent at that, but still sulked, dragging his feet. He didn't want to go do this, but he sat through it, for the sake of his opportunity to stay here, with his brother.

He kicked distantly at the stones on the ground in front of him, following Shisui out of the carriage and into the little tailor's shop. The man smiled distantly at him, and watched the tailor strip him down to his underclothes to take measurements. It made Sasuke shiver slightly, to feel the man's eyes on him, but he let it slide.

Shisui enjoyed the view, smiling a little. He knew how possessive Itachi could be hen he deemed something to be his. That didn't mean he didn't enjoy the view while he had it. He had been Itachi's lover once, his first lover really. Itachi had gone through all the motions of courting the girls at his mother's parties, but it had been more an issue of decorum and status than any attraction.

Still, they had flocked to him, and why not? Itachi was quite attractive, and it seemed it ran in the family. Sasuke, though a whole lot younger, had the same face, the same eyes, the same gorgeous smooth skin. Shisui chuckled to himself. It was an Uchiha thing he guessed.

Shisui was half Uchiha, an illegitimate son from one of Itachi's Uncle's many affairs. He guessed that made them cousins, and something about that should have made him nervous, but it didn't. He didn't really give a shit, and he knew Itachi didn't either. Itachi had always stuck by him, and had offered him a position in his staff when his mother had died in an influenza epidemic a few years back. He would always be grateful for that.

So he took care of Itachi's interests whenever he could. Shisui had grown up in London, for the most part, and had connections here that Itachi didn't. He was familiar with the less reputable areas of the city, and Itachi had some tastes that were positively sick sometimes. Like fucking his little brother. Sure no one had told him right out, but between Itachi's new concern for him, wanting to keep the boy close so suddenly, and then Sasuke's recent behavior, it really wasn't difficult to figure it out. He smirked as Sasuke started getting dressed again. Itachi had given him a letter to give to the man about exactly what he should be making for the boy, so that was all they had to do. Sasuke scowled when Shisui held the door open for him, only making the older boy smirk harder.

"Why so glum, captain?" Sasuke glared at him, but kept silent. Shisui insisted on calling him all sorts of weird nicknames, and it was, in his opinion, childish as all hell. He stomped past his brother's retainer and out into the cool streets. Shisui chuckled behind him.

"How about we get a bite to eat on the way home? I have some business to take care of tonight anyways, it would be easier to do it before taking you back." Sasuke thought for a second before he nodded. It was getting a little boring sitting in his brother's empty bed all day pining away. Maybe getting out would be nice.

He wasn't quite expecting to be brought somewhere like the place he was led though. He had led a rather sheltered life, as any little rich boy did, and his was a neighborhood he'd been warned against entering by his nannies and coachmen in the past. He didn't think much of it at the time, but he had to admit that not that he was here he was a bit curious, even if it did make his heart beat a little bit faster. The tavern they were heading towards lumbered up in the distance. There were windows on the front but they were so fogged with smoke and grime, and scratched up that they were nearly opaque. Shisui grinned as he held the door, and shouted a greeting to the man behind the bar. The bartender was blond, his hair long, making him look almost feminine. The man smiled at their entrance.

"Hey Deidara, how're things?" Shisui almost skipped over to lean against the bar, the way he smiled and fiddled with his hair said he was flirting heavily.

"Not bad, Shisui! Who's the brat? Looks like a mini Itachi..." Sasuke scowled, but his companion laughed loudly. Shisui pulled him towards the bar, scooping him up, much to his horror, and plopping him down on a vaguely sticky stool with a widening grin.

"This is Sasuke, he's Itachi's little brother. Probably gonna stick around for a while, once Itachi comes back.-" He leaned forwards, putting his hand over his mouth and lowering his voice to a stage whisper, "- He's the reason I'm out of Darling Uchiha's chambers." Sasuke blushed crimson at the implication, but did nothing to deny it. Deidara laughed openly at that.

"Wouldn't be surprised. 'Tachi is a sick fuck sometimes. But he's a damn good looking one." Sasuke opened his mouth to spring to him brother's defense, but Shisui tapped him on the shoulder, and he turned around quickly to glare. The older boy just smiled.

"We should get you some food, I have a letter to deliver. You stay here." Shisui nodded to the bartender and went of through a door at the back of the bar. Deidara studied the younger Uchiha for a moment before shrugging and setting a small menu before him. Sasuke stared at it for a moment. His eyes couldn't stop flicking up to the man behind the bar though. Deidara caught his glance and smiled, making Sasuke blush again.

"So Sasuke-kun. How're things with Itachi, hm? You liking London? You're not from here if I remember right." Sasuke nodded idly before answering.

"Things are good, haven't seen my brother in awhile, but London is fine I guess. Haven't been out much since I got here though, I've been busy." Deidara smirked, there was an undertone in the expression that made the boy shiver slightly.

"Mmmm, I bet Itachi hasn't given you much time out of the house. Don't blame him, if you were mine I'd make sure you never even got out of bed." He chuckled softly as the boy's blush deepened. He was about to retort when the door Shisui had disappeared through opened loudly. Sasuke's mind went blank then. It was the boy from before, the blond that Itachi had brought. His mouth was dry, teeth clenched. The boy cocked his head to the side and looked at him, pausing before he continued on the the bar, hopping up on a stool. Deidara smiled.

"You two know each other, Naruto-kun? You looked at him like you've seen him naked or something." The bartender chuckled softly and Naruto smirked a little.

"Mmm, but I have. Him and his brother, at the same time." Sasuke blushed deeper, not sure he could get anymore red at this point. Deidara laughed.

"That's old news now, Naruto-kun. Tell me something I don't know."

The blond boy pouted for a second, before speaking again.

"Hatake-san missed an appointment yesterday. Made my day, he paid me anyways. Since I didn't actually do anything, I get to keep the whole roll." The boy beamed and Deidara just shook his head, grinning at the boy's excitement.

"Mmm, some little boys just have all the luck. Kakashi's not that bad though. Good lay, or so I've heard." Sasuke's eyes widened. Hatake Kakashi? He was friends with Itachi, or had been at one point. It made him feel weird to know that the man had slept with the blond boy in front of him. Since they'd both had sex with Naruto, it was like coming too close for comfort to fucking him himself. The thought was weird, but suddenly not so unappealing.

Shisui came out of the back room then, a new envelope clutched in one hand, this time a startling shade of red. He was grinning.

"Sasuke, you haven't eaten anything, have you? Itachi will kill me if he comes home and finds you all messed up. We need to find something for you to chow down on." The Uchiha shifted in his seat, from which he hadn't moved since the older boy had disappeared. He winced at the slightly disgusting feel of his pants sticking to the seat as he moved.

"No, I haven't. Can we go somewhere else though? I'd really like some ramen or something." Shisui smiled widely.

"Sure it isn't the stunning company getting to you?" Deidara stuck out his tongue like a five year old, remaining silent. Sasuke shook his head softly, standing to follow Shisui out. The boy wore a grim smile, and it made the Uchiha wince slightly.

He made sure to remember exactly how they got to the bar, memorizing the route so he could go back later. He wanted to see Naruto, but he didn't really want to have a servant of his brother looking over his shoulder, probably taking notes to relay to Itachi. He knew he'd return eventually though, if only to see Naruto again.
