Chapter 2: Welcome Party I don't own Naruto or anything related except this story. Naruto and Sakura walk through the restraunt door at the place where everyone was meeting. Everyone is gathered at the table in the corner of the restraunt. Naruto walks up with Sakura to the table. Hi everyone, how's it going? Sitting at the head of the table on the end is Shikamaru, and Terami on his lap looking pregnant. Kiba was sitting on his right with Hinata cuddling against him. On his left was Ino and Lee sitting together. Next to them on their left was, Neji and Ten Ten, Ten Tin holding Neji's arm and Neji looking annoyed. The rest were scattered around the table. Welcome back Naruto, everyone says almost at once.. Wow, Termi, congratulations, when will the baby arrive. Thank you Naruto, The baby should be coming in about 2 weeks. And Shikamaru better get off his lazy butt and help with the baby the moment it is born. Normally I would have stayed at home, but I haven't seen you since the time you visited the Sand almost a year ago for our wedding. So I came for a little bit. Sakura passes out. I knew it was too good to be true. She was just drunk. Naruto picks her up and heads to her apartment. Early morning (Sakura wakes up with a yawn.) I'm never going to drink again. Wait how did I get here? It looks like someone tucked me in. (A knock at the door.) Sakura-chan it's me, can I come in? Come in Naruto. (Naruto opens the door and walks in) Good morning Sakura-chan. I still don't see how that would of bothered you though. You knew I was drunk and probably I didn't mean it. (Naruto gets up and heads for the door quietly.) (Sakura quickly gets up and grabs his wrist to stop him) I'm sorry Naruto, please tell me what's wrong. I don't understand. Naruto I .......... (The phone rings.) Just a sec Naruto, Let me answer that, it could be Tsunade. It might be really important. We're going to talk about this after I see who's on the phone. It will be the first thing we do, no matter how important this phone call could be. Wait here. (Sakura walks out of the room to the kitchen, where the phone is.) (She picks up the phone) Sakura, its Tsunade, I need you to come to my office. There is some paperwork I need you to do. I'll be right there, but first I need to talk to Naruto. Some things really bothering him abut last night. I think I caused it, but don't know how. Tell me what happened, maybe I could help. I don't know, it's kind of embarrassing. You can tell me anything Sakura. Anyways I had an embarrassing night with Juriya last night myself. Things got a little out of hand. I'll tell you about it later, what's most important right now is this. You two are like the daughter and son I never had. O.k. Here's the story....... 2 minutes later she was done. Sakura, you are one of the densest people besides Juriya and Naruto, I've ever met. What, no I'm not, what do you mean? He's in love with you. He has been for a long time. It would be like losing a piece of myself, like a piece of my heart. I mean he can be annoying sometimes, but he has a lot of good qualities too. He puts you in front of everything else. He's kind, funny, and handsome. He treats me like I'm the most important thing in this world. He cares about me, unlike Sauske. He even almost killed himself trying to keep a stupid promise to me. If I had known what he was going to do, I would have never said, what I said. He doesn't take advantage of me and would protect. Did you hear what you just said Sakura? Do you still believe you have no feelings for him? If that's not enough, think about all those times you wanted to go after him. Oh My God Tsunade, you're right! What do I do? I don't know what I should do? Looks like when the relationship evolves yourself, you forget everything. Tell him how you feel. You two are a perfect match.
