Beloved

It's been two days, since Hinata and Kiba confessed each other for their love together and their promise off never leave by side, no matter what. However to ever succeed, they knew that it was not going to be easy and they needed friends supports, most off all the Hokage's protection and the clan Inuzuka's and Kiba knew that his mother will either be furious or getting worry, everyone knew better than anger Hyuga clan, even for Hokage.

But they decided to keep their love for each other in secret for awhile and only Shino Aburame, from insect-clan Aburame and their sensei Kurenai Yuhi would know that. The third day, on training ground, everyone was back from their business. Shino from family mission, Kurenai from her date and Akamaru, Kiba's dog were finally free from sickness. All of them were practice their jutsus as usual, until it was a break time and they all sat and ate their lunch. Hinata and Kiba were looking at each other, figuring out, how to tell Kurenai and Shino, Akamaru was the only one, who noticed that these two had something to say and barked a little.

”I know, Akamaru. I will tell.” Kiba said, and petting his now large dog.

”Telling what?” Now it was Kurenai, who asked this question. ”Is there something important to tell?” Shino stopped eating and were looking at Kiba and then at Hinata, who suddenly become nervous, blushing and looked down at her knees.

”Well Sensei, you see... me and... well when you two were gone... Hinata and I... sign.. we...”

”Yes Kiba?” Kurenai known for being patience, were suddenly suspicious; ”Had something special happened between these two, while I was gone with Asuma?”

”Sensei. Me and Hinata are couple now.” ”You and Hinata what?!” Now Kurenai's eyes were wide opened and Shino kept starring at them.

”Yes, Sensei. Hinata and I are in love and I wanna marry her.” Kiba said more clear now and Hinata hadn't looked up, she was shaking. ”Is this true, Hinata?” Kurenai asked, now turning her eyes over to Hinata, her favorite student, her little angel. ”Hinata. Please, answer me. Do you really love Kiba or not?”

”Ye... yes.. I do.. love him.” she whispered softly. ”I see.. and that's what happened, when me and Shino were gone, am I right?”

”Yes, Sensei. It's true.” Kiba answered, finally reached his hand over Hinata's tiny one and held it. Shino signed and looking now after Kurenai's reaction, he could feel that it was all than good. Kurenai's serious face was worrying her students, but signed and said: ”Hinata... You know that you're like a daughter to me and I love you, but does your father know about this?”

”No... I hadn't told him, not yet.” Hinata said, still having problem talking normal, because of her worries and this tension in this team right now. Kurenai said; ”Well this is not going to be easy...”

”I know, but we're not going to give up! I can't imagine anything else without her! She's the first and only woman in my life and no one shall take her away from me!” Kiba interrupted her and the both couple, filled off emotions, were shaking, while squeezing their hands together. Shino wanted to say something, but he couldn't't any words, instead he looked at Kurenai, felt like he wanted to plea her stop torturing his friends with those questions, somehow he knew this was happening.

Shino's POV

Two years ago, before we kids were teamed up in small groups with our own senseis, I had knew Hinata since Academy and unlike many girls in our class, she did't had any friends at all, none off the other girls were noticing her at all, she never really smiled, nor talked much at all, not even when we were practicing our jutsus, she was simply there invisiable. There was only few thing, many had noticed, she was the only one, who never laughed at Naruto's dreams, she in fact were watching him, without making him notice her.

I've noticed her, unlike many others, I wanted to help her, but in beginning I was too shy or too distance to understand, when it was time to taking step forward, I wasn't social either as a child, because many students avoiding me as much as they could, father said that people never liked Aburame-clan, yet we were one off few clans, who really knew how to protect our country, yet the people were nothing than ungrateful. I remember once about my father's and grandpa's stories about when Aburame still was one off greatest and strongest clan, we had more than 100s off members, but because off those endless wars between Konoha and other countries, we've lost our members so much that, we're just less than 40members at this clan and we were splitted out in many areas. And I can tell if anyone would ever listen, all those great sacrifices we Aburame-clan did for Konoha, nobody really cared or appreciated us. Just because off my clan were different, looking different, acting different. I had never expected though to be very fond of one girl in Academy and that was Hinata, an eldest daughter off the Main Branch, Hyuga Clan.

Hinata, known for being so shy that she stutter every time somebody talks to her and it happens when popular girls like Ino and Sakura teasing her for that, but she remain still and quiet, taking all harsh words from kids. And boys weren't so much better towards Hinata, especially older boys like her cousin Neji, always tries his best to break her with those words, that no one wants to here.

I had never liked Neji, in fact I hated this boy for being the reason, why Hinata was so broken inside and I hated Naruto, for never noticing her, for always being so dense. But things changed, we kids were graduated as Genins and we were team up, three students and one sensei.

To be honest, I was relieved, when our sensei Iruka chooses Hinata in our group and not putting her with Naruto's and these idiots, Sakura the popular girl and Naruto's crush and Sasuke, although his popularity, he's pretty much selfish and arrogant, not caring about others feelings and calls himself Avenger, after his older brother's massacre the entire Uchicha clan, only Sasuke survived, no wonder why he's so fucked up-kid. Anyway once we were teamed up, Kiba, his dog Akamaru, Hinata and I, we got our sensei Kurenai Yuhi.

We were the only group, who got female sensei, although I never mind about it, beside it was good for Hinata after all. For me, for Kiba, our only real concern was Hinata. It was all about her and we loved her like our sister. Somehow I had known that she felt the same for us, yet we never talked about our feelings, yet I remembered that we boys always picked her up from her house, well let's say her home is like a huge palace. But what Kiba and I noticed, she was more or less in caged bird, but once we all three left, she were acting like she was fleeing for her life, we could notice her small footsteps, running faster as she could. During those first months of training, Hinata was the one, who trained ten times harder than any of us boys in our group, yet she failed all missions, and it's not exactly because of she was week when it comes to fighting, but because of her lack of self confident and she easily gets depressed and once she failed, she barely talks to anyone, not even with me or Kiba. Sometimes she could be quiet for more than a week and it made us nervous, but most of all Kiba.

Oh boy! He tried everything to cheer her up, but his bratty attitude wasn't helping and only when she saw Naruto training by his own, not giving up, she were on better mood and start talking again and we all three were on at training, when Hinata got better from depression and most important of all, our sensei wanted us to be prepared for Chunnin Exam and to do that, all three of us has to assign or non of us would be able to join.

Hinata was least excited, but did't say anything, Kiba however was and all he wanted was to beat crap of Naruto, yeah that's what he was talking about all the time, they were rivals.

Naruto and Kiba. It was all about the winning, nothing more, Kiba laughed at Naruto's dream, Naruto loathed him, but when it comes to Hinata, I was sure that she's secretly taking Naruto's side, hoping that he would win and show everyone that he's not of what people thought off him, but only I knew her important secret, not even Kiba knew about it and to be honest, I was glad. Why? Because Hinata trusted me and I was actually one of her oldest friend, she knew that I never gossip or doing rash mistakes as other kids and I remember those first moments we had. I was out on forest, working with my bugs and suddenly I saw her holding a butterfly and I've decided to talk to her and asked: ”You like butterfly?”

Hinata looked at me, a bit surprised that I came from nowhere, but sank her head down and heard her whisper: ”Butterfly is one of best creatures Kami even brought to the world. Butterflies never yell or hurt anyone. I can talk to them, without hearing harsh words, they're always there for you and I believe so. I love them so much, that I can barely breath and they're always nice to me. Isn't so Shino-kun? Bugs never hurt your feelings like human does, right?”

I were silent, listened to her words, then said: ”It depends on how you treat them. My bugs would only hurt me, if I deny them. But of course, I never did.”

”I see... umm Shino? Would you...ummm... mind if we picking up... some flowers or... just watching them?” And she let the captured butterfly fly away. She got red, probably nervous about asking a boy something like this, I mean normally boys dosen't pick up flowers, but then again it's Hinata, she never had friends and neither had I.

”Yes, I know some good place with plenties of flowers.”

”Really...? You mean that?” For the first time, she smiled at me. I simply nodded and we walked to the meadow, where we could pick up flowers and that's our friendship begin.

Kiba Inuzuka however, he never really noticed me in beginning, he was hanging out with Naruto, Shikamaru, Choiji or other boys around at Academy, but he wasn't really popular because of his temper and he got average grades, not really good as it should. He always got in fight, Naruto or someone else, but I remembered one day, Neji who was in that time 13 and Kiba 12, we were finally genin and had our own training ground, and during our break, Kiba and his puppy Akamaru were playing ”fetch and catch” , while Hinata sat watching over them and I were looking after new born butterflies for Hinata, suddenly Neji showed up with his snobby attitude over his cousin and asked: ”So Hinata-sama, you're still training huh?” Hinata refused to look at him, instead she turned her face away from him, trying to pretend that he wasn't here, but unfortunately Neji wasn't going to let it happened. ”Why are you still doing it? You know that it won't do you any good.” That got Kiba's attention and so did Akamaru, he asked me: ”Hey Shino! Who's that idiot?!”

”That's Hinata's older cousin Neji...” I said.
”Then why is he talking to her like that!?” Kiba growled and Akamaru did the same, I said nothing, because I did't know of what to say about it either and I heard Neji keep talking;

”A failure is a failure, no matter how much they try, Hinata-sama!” And we heard Hinata softly whimper, hearing her cousins's harsh words was the last thing, she needed and Kiba went furious and yelled: ”HEY YOU! Leave her alone, you asshole!” I suddenly went to Kiba and warned him: ”Don't be so hasty, you don't know who you dealing with!”

”But Shino...!” and Akamaru barked, but I shock my head, I knew who Neji was, but Kiba did't or seemed to care about the consequents. Neji just smirked at Kiba and said: ”Yes, follow your teammate's advice. That dosen't concern you at all. And as for you Hinata-sama...” when he look over Hinata again, she was crying and starring at the ground, but it did't stop him.

”Give up that facade! You will never achieve anything for our clan and you know it damn well!” And she kept crying, all I wanted was to beat shit of him, but on other hand, the Hyuga-clan isn't the one to mess with, a lot of other clans had tried and later payed their consequents afterwords.

Neji however lost his patience over that Hinata refused to speak to him or even give him at look, he yelled: ”Look at me, when I'm talking to you!” And was going to slap, her but Kiba rushed to her rescue, before I even got time to react and lap Neji's hand away from nearing Hinata. Hinata gasped and I felt unable to move, these two boys were starring at reach other with pure hatred, Kiba and Neji. Kiba said: ”I won't let you touch her! You hear me!?”

”Kiba-kun...” Hinata whispered and Akamaru barked again. Neji kept glaring at them, ignored that I existed and Hinata stayed closer to Kiba, for protection, when Neji was glaring at her, but turn around and start walking away from the training ground. But before he disappeared, he said to Kiba: ”So... I guess that you will her watchdog now. I pity you, Inuzuka.”

”Like I care, Hyuga!” Kiba shouted back, but Hinata grabbed his arm and pleaded: ”Please... Kiba... stop...”

”Hinata...” he whispered back, now softly to her. Finally my legs start moving again and said to Kiba: ”That wasn't very wise. A true ninja dosen't act on impulse.” ”So what? To be honest, Shino, I don't give a fly fuck, whenever he comes from Noble family or not, nobody shall hurt my teammates and that's the end of discussion!” ”Kiba, you're not realistic. Neji is dangerous Shinobi and shinobi's like him isn't the one you want to be enemy with.”

”Like I fucking care! I don't want his friendship or showing him respect! I only cares about my teammates, Shino and you know it!” Akamaru barked twice, while I was glaring at Kiba, being pissed off that he wasn't listening to my warning, but then Hinata looked at us; ”Kiba-kun... Shino-kun... please... stop fight...” ”Hinata... you don't have to worry about anything! We are the team and we'll always stands up for each other! Right Shino?” ”Right... but..”

”Good then!” and Akamaru barked happily and I just signed for losing the word-battle, but then I saw Hinata's eyes changing, she wasn't crying anymore, instead she smiled at us.
