Naruto had woken up to see his home town, konoha, sitting on the horizon a village naruto hadn't been too in over 3 years when he had attended jiraiya's birthday held at a local hot springs naturally he had invited all of the... younger generations to his party
and had promptly vanished at around the same time they had left Naruto and small number of other People jiraiya had thought had to be invited. needless to say Jiraiya had been found out by Tsunade when she had mysteriously appeared after escaping Shizune's method of forcefully getting her to do her duties as Hokage. Naruto didn't know much more then that since he had left early, impatient with his perverted sensei's antics. over the last 3 years naruto had grown up somewhat and had gained a fair bit of muscle, his hair still grew in blond spikes but had started to bend backwards in a style similar to jiraiya's however it ended in a ponytail.

With a yawn Naruto Began to pack up his rather messy campsite, it seemed somethings never changed, before heading out to Konoha's Gate.
"so kit Coming back to this dump again?
"come on give me a break you damned fox" naruto groaned "i just woke up go take a nap for a while"
"fine but don't expect me to save you again if you fall in a hole and can't get out"
"c'mon that was ages ago you evil Fox"
"what did i say about being called an evil Fox, BOY!"
" oh just go away Kyuubi i have things to do"
whilst having this little talk with Kyuubi, Naruto hadn't realised he had almost reached the Konoha Gate, Naruto sprinted the last 100 metres to the gate as they started to open...

"who are you?" demanded the Guard
"who the hell do you think! i've been gone a year or three and you forget all about me" Naruto said enraged to have been forgotten
"Go Away your not welcome here, no shinobi have left on missions and nobody is scheduled to come in "answered the Guard to Naruto's Displeasure

"kill him boy"
"no now stop telling me to do that to every one i get into an argument with!"

"let me in or i'll... i'll...."
"you'll What? boy" interrupted the guard
"i'm not a boy damn it" naruto shouted " that's it, Kage Bunshin no jutsu!" all of a sudden the entire road and trees near the gate were engulfed in smoke, as thousands of clones appeared shouting to be let in.

at the centre of the village in the Hokage tower Tsunade woke up to the enormous racket "shizune! what's going on?" the irritable women roared
"well it seems somebody wants to get in through the western gate, tsunade"
"the only person i can think of that can make this much noise is..."tsunade said before shikamaru appeared
"Hokage a small army of clones are hammering at the western gate to be let in, the clones seem a little familiar..." reported shikamaru
"It's Probably Naruto"Tsunade said "i guess it was too much to hope he had become quieter before he came back... i better go see him" she finished

"LET ME IN !!" the naruto clones shouted at different times
"Open the Gate"
at this the narutos all went quiet looking for who had spoken until they burst into smoke and a single person was left
"hi granny Tsunade" naruto said as he recognized the hokage's silhouette against the rising sun
"well open the gate"Tsunade repeated to the unhappy guard
"Hai!"came the reply before the great wooden gates crept open
naruto walked slowly past the gates until Tsunade stopped him
"wait naruto i need to talk to you"
"what for?" he asked genuinely confused
"just wait" the Hokage snapped before stalking back to her tower
ah well can't be helped he sighed before leisurely walking through the familiar streets to the hokage tower stationed at the centre of the village in front of the hokage faces her face in a permanent place next to the 4th hokage's.
as naruto walked through the village many people seemed to have forgotten him, ino didn't notice him as he passed her
Kiba merely said "you smell familliar" and sakura seemed confused on how to talk to him after being away for so long.
"greetings naruto"asked shino aburame
"hi shino atleast someone remembers me" naruto said " i gotta talk to the old lady seeya round though"
as he passed the Ichiraku ramen bar Ayame waved " Hi Naruto where have you been?"
"around" he said grinning.

Finally Naruto had reached the Hokage mansion and knocked on th door to Tsunades office and enterred, seeing her waking up with print from her current scroll written backwards across her face."so you finally got here" she said stifling a yawn
"what have you been up to" she continued
" oh just training and learning" he replied cheerily
" for 3 years?" i find that hard to believe, any way if you were training so well, why did you come back? Tsunade questioned
"well i came back because i heard some strange legends so i thought i'd ask you about them" Naruto replied without missing a beat
"and what are these legends?" Tsunade asked " and why do they matter?"
"well i needed shelter so i helped an old man with his farm chores and he asked me my name i told him i was called Naruto Uzumaki
when he suddenly seemed afraid of me and told me to leave and not to return, so i was confused you see so i went around and asked what the people knew about the Uzumakis they told me that they were said to be one of the smallest clans in history but definitely one of the most powerful however they mysteriously died out" naruto said "i figure most of it died out about 50 years before the uchihas, i wanted to know what you knew about it"
" my answer is not much, from what i've heardover the years the Uzumaki Blodline had a powerful kekkai Genkai, however nobody knows what it was and they had a some kind of deal with the demons. and in exchange for summoning them for 1 day it is thought an Uzumaki was given a small portion of that demon's power, this went on for a while when something happened and all of them suddenly got very powerful however they were at war with the uchihas and from one of their diaries there is an extract concerning it it says I set their captured demon free, it destroyed them all, one escaped i shall end her life there is one more here
i can't read it maybe you can make sense of it " Tsunade finished handing naruto a piece of paper with un organized scribbles scrawled across it's surface it read i have gathered enough chakra to summon the beast they contained it will tear apart her child and The uchiha will finally have triumphed over the Uzumaki bloodline, Kyuubi will be his death! Madara Uchiha
"Madara Uchiha who is he?" Naruto asked
"Madara Uchiha was the first Uchiha to discover the mangekyou Sharingan and he was said to possess enormous chakra reserves but died a few years after itachi was born he for some reason sealed his chakra away and nobody knows why..."Tsunade explained
"hmm thanks Granny Tsunade you've given me alot to think of" naruto told the hokage

with that Naruto left the tower and headed for forest outside of town to confront his demon
